Oddities & Curiosities Expo 2024 | St. Louis, Missouri

so we are here in St Louis Missouri at the oddies and Curiosities Expo yes ma'am with the name oddies we had to stop by and see what this is all [Music] about I don't know where to look so there's a lot of fun boost here thing to check out we don't really know what we're getting into it smells really good in here smells like bacon and cinnamon rolls I don't know I thought it was Dumbledore for a second I thought and off look here we got some neon pictures lit with black light which is the only way to light neon Picture People are creating artwork and they're creating magnets and all sorts of just fun odd thing right we got Pig fetuses in jars I just see some animals over here I don't know oh go get them kind of scared we're entering the Taxidermy section oh no no no he has Junior mint oh no oh it's my squirrel friend you can buy a squirrel friend for $350 this one over here is pole dancing I love it I mean Oddities and Curiosities that's what this event is all about here we have an animal head Taxidermy but in his neck here is some sort of civilization like a a living room or maybe a a cheap apartment here in this animal what do you have to say about this are you the landlord you're not going to stay we're going to check with your neighbor here to see if he has an opening sir actually you know I don't know if I want to live here this looks more like an outdoor setting yeah that's not as cozy this is like a creepy out in the woods sort of earnest Scared Stupid looking type of thing he's got the Moss coming down through the eye here it's a beautiful piece of work in a very creepy way I like it I dig it bye friend bye they even have a few shows it looks like they're setting up for maybe some kind of a concert they have classes that you can take like Psychotherapy practices and all sorts of fun stuff would you wear that yeah definitely would you wear it right now please no a man have to wear my St Louis shirt of course what's in these little hanging things here what's in here oh okay the witch balls each have different uh intentions so the white is like a house blessing and there's so there's Sage there's I can't remember because I did these a while back but these in a winter getting detail and then like this is a protection and I try to find a little charm that sort of goes with each each one and then the green is a abundant some Prosperity so if you have one of each you're covered on all bases yeah you're good it's all good all of yeah a couple of stethoscopes they might frown on me putting these in my ears a glass skull with oh looks like a dead baby sticking out of it excellent o look at these old cameras we would be using this for audity Odyssey if you were shooting 100 years ago what are those wood carvings Ed these are really pretty like a lock box those are awesome so you can buy all these things at most of these booths that's cool yeah I mean you're supporting local businesses and artists yeah create all this stuff let's Wander over this way yeah we've only been on the right side of the convention we're making our way to the left it seems very little oh look quite Pleasant Roswell New Mexico and the loch nest monsters what do they all have in common they're all hanging from that pole okay great all Oddities that we would of course go visit if we could so these are cool these are vintage maps of places for from like 1889 Georgia is this actually a tunnel to Infinity we'll never know over stimulated by the odd here's a guy with a big dead bird sticking out of his yeah I don't know if we can put this [Music] online so that's the oddies and Curiosities Expo hey check it out yourself they're on tour throughout the United States got to recommend the rat Taxidermy class but costs a little bit extra anyways got to roll see you on the next one
