NYC best food spots you must try

I went to New York City for the first time ever and one of the things I was most excited about was the food New York City is known for amazing food and famous food spots that are known all around the world so I love trying new food so I try my best to try as much food in place as I could here's a little insight to amazing New York City best food spots that are also worth it in my opinion keep in mind I'll definitely will have to come back because there's so many more places I wanted to try but I didn't have the time for because I was only there for a week so I'll have to come back for that also while we're at it I documented and vlogged my whole New York trip to which I made a two-part series that I posted on my YouTube channel and you guys should definitely check that out if you want to don't forget to give this video a thumbs up if you enjoyed it and make sure to subscribe to my channel I would appreciate it first category is breakfast first and foremost New York is known for their bagels which came in perfectly as I love Bagels so much it's one of my favorite foods ever I seriously dropped on a day where I could eat New York City Bagel for the first time I tried to make a deep Research into the best bagel place in New York and let me tell you there's so many places and it's so hard to pick and find the best ones because there's simply so many amazing places so as we were only there for a week we had to narrow it down to a few places first place we straight up went on our first morning was Essa Bagel which I've only heard great things of so we just stood in life an hour I say paper bagel and I'm really excited I gotta egg sandwich okay it looks really good did I do a first bite I'm really excited [Music] Pizza that's really good I've never had like an egg bagel before and we also got the scallion cream cheese on a bagel for the pink room [Music] we seriously loved asabego so much up today it's still one of my favorite bagel places ever and we also got a scallion cream cheese bagel on everything bagel which was just one of my favorite Bagels I've ever had in my life oh my God it looks so good it shocked me I don't know if it was because it was my first day and everything we ended up going back to esebago I think another one or two times I seriously love this place so much to have a huge variety of cream cheeses of salads and spreads and everything we're gonna have Bagels again but this time in a whole new District it's various Bagels I'm really excited they're really hungry [Music] we were really lucky at Murray's Bagels as we didn't have to wait at all in line which surprised me as the reviews were saying long lines are a daily thing of Mars I love the variety of smoked fish that they had and their menu really looked so special and diverse [Music] this is so good I ended up getting their traditional bagel with cream cheese Nova Scotia salmon Capers and onion which is usually my go-to order and it was a 10 out of 10. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Bagels were phenomenal and this was also the exact reason why we came back one more time it was really good I got an egg sandwich but it was not what I hoped for as I thought that I got American cheese so it would be melted but it was not so it was on me I was seriously so excited for Tompkins Square Bagels I've heard numerous people calling it the best bagel place in New York I'm a really indecisive person and especially that day I was so indecisive I couldn't pick what I wanted to order and we were in line and I really got nervous because it was almost our turn so I ended up taking the smoked Mead big on everything Barrel which don't get me wrong it was amazing it tasted amazing but I regretted my choice so much Daniel had these spicy chipotle chicken salad with tomato lettuce bacon and it was perfect like I don't know if this is a universal experience the boyfriends always get the better choice he says it's his best bagel he's had in his life this is with cookie dough [Music] couldn't go to New York City without going out to one of the famous brunch spots bubbly's was on top of my list I've been seeing it everywhere they serve typical Homestyle American eats and they're especially known for their pancakes biscuits and breakfast platters we didn't get the biscuits although I would highly recommend for you guys to get them Danilo got the steak eggs benedict and I got the famous pancakes which comes with everything on it you can literally imagine with caramelized bananas toasted walnuts blueberries Nutella mixed berries and on top whipped cream now we come on to the next category which I name it lunch or quick bites quick eats just places where you don't necessarily have to sit down in a restaurant and those are amazing places on the top of our bucket list because everybody kept recommending fresh fruit pizza is the best or one of the best pizzas in New York so how to get one as a rough feeling snack spicy spicy we got a famous hot honey pepperoni square pizza it was so so so good it was really spicy but it hit the spot greasy it was really good and one of the best Square pizzas I've ever had what is the mission right now taco salad we're getting those tacos number one of the highest ranked things to get here I was extremely excited about this Mexican food is one of my favorite foods ever they serve tacos tostadas quesadillas and mulas and they even have Aguas Frescas sorry if I'm butchering but this is a Mexican drink this was the most recommended Food Spot in New York and it lit up to its expectations it's a verdict was amazing yeah one of the best tacos definitely we've ever had we should go [Music] [Music] we're at our next Food Spot I don't know exactly where we are show the chicken I saw this chicken place online on Instagram and my boyfriend and I we love chicken like fried chicken hot chicken everything about chicken is amazing I think I've saved this place in my safe folders for like about two years now and we're finally here and we're gonna test it out unfortunately you can't eat inside what is that chicken waffle oh my God this place is so famous that even Lena Haiti from Game of Thrones Game of Thrones fans this is Cersei she came here and also um Ned from Spider-Man uh Peter Parker's best friend came here so we'll see if it looks really delicious the place is called 375 chicken I think we're about roundabouts south of New York almost at Brooklyn we're back in our room and now we're gonna show what we ordered we got the chicken waffles she looks really good just a simple chicken tenders and hot and I don't remember what sauce I think this is Buffalo honey and Ranch this is the Buffalo honey chicken sandwich and it has hot Cheetos on it it looks really good and then I got this with fries test it out right now I know one person here is really excited for it everything we ate was Immaculate you need to try the chicken tenders and if flaming hot Burger is also something so unique and special something really important to me was that we had to go to Chinatown we went to this place that I can't pronounce that's what I'm gonna blend in here I went with the mission of eating authentic dumplings which I got the pork and chives dumplings were so Juicy and Delicious if you love spicy you need to top it with their chili garlic oil it was so good we're about to head to dinner right now we're having dinner at which is the burger restaurant my boyfriend loves Burgers above all so that was the best girlfriend and I searched one of the best burger restaurants in town if you want to experience a typical bougie New York City Vibe dining experience from indoor Decor atmosphere to food this is the perfect place it's in down Cortland alley and it's an American restaurant especially known for its amazing famous double cheeseburgers I think oshiba is the perfect dupe for the most famous burger in New York City restaurant for Charles prime rib where it's almost possible to get a hold of reservations even though I would still highly recommend getting a reservation for ocean we got the general James Fried Chicken as a starter the portion size was huge but the Fried Chicken was immensely good for domain we both got the double cheeseburger with thick cut bacon and egg with a side of the bacon and black pepper mac and cheese and oh my God I think this is one of the best meals I've ever had in my life I'm not a burger girl and I still think about this restaurant daily it's one of the best burgers in my life and one of my favorite dining experiences we went to the famous Ruby Rosa which I absolutely love the atmosphere and in the little bar that I have was so cute we at the Eggman parmesan which was really good and then we had the catcher and pepe pasta and the a la vodka pasta my pasta was absolutely delicious I just wish my potion size was a bit bigger but other than that it was really good I know they're known for their tie-dye pizza but prior to this we have printed pizza so we weren't really in the mood for pizza again which I actually regret so much because this is the menu item they're most famous for one of the most known pizzas I think in New York but also it's like I think it's International whatever Peter Parker worked at Joe's Pizza just with my eyes and uh yeah so we're gonna share your pizza right now Joe's Pizza is like the first thing that comes up when you think of American Pizza maybe there's definitely better New York Pizza out there in New York pizza slices out there Joe's Pizza is kind of like a traditional staple the line was really long it is a really famous spot their selection is really amazing I really wanted to come back to try their white pizza but we just got classic pepperoni pizza it was so good it was greasy it was a mess cheese pulled the pepperoni was amazing it was big it was everything that I imagined when I think of New York's sliced pizza it was amazing and also Peter Parker worked here so 10 out of 10 for me Mason pickle is another one of these classic New York City American restaurants where it can have dinner and brunch another perfect atmosphere in indoor setting you need to get the are famous pull apart bread we got the garlic parmesan one the Buns were so fluffy and light and it was so good one of the best things about this dinner experience their trademarks are their French dips which Daniel got and he absolutely loved I got their buffalo chicken mac and cheese with blue cheese ranch dip which was also really good but it was so dense and filling [Music] the attraction I was here for was their famous 24 layer chocolate cake dessert and even though I was so stuffed I had to order it and eat it because it's a Once in a Lifetime experience foreign [Music] I'm really sorry for butchering all their pastas handmade and is very authentic Italian food the place is very tiny but very Italian feel touched to it I really recommend to get a reservation if you want to eat there I was really looking forward to their truffle pasta Daniel had the beefaragu and their wine was also really really good we're going to new set which is a pretty famous restaurant I think it's a steakhouse it's by Salt Bay I know we don't really like salt Bay but he has a restaurant and it's supposed to be really good you need to get a reservation for this restaurant even though we had one we still had to wait an hour for our table which really sucked and was a big minus point because I was so hungry we had their special salad as a starter which doesn't look spectacular it was with cranberries walnuts goat cheese apples it was definitely really good we then had the eight hour roasted asado short ribs they even did the little Salt Bay presentation thing I had it with mashed potatoes as a certified mashed potato lover these were incredible plus we got the herb crusted fries and these were Perfection this restaurant is really pricey and enough for everyone I know that it's definitely a once in a lifetime experience for special occasions this was not only for Christmas but it also was for Daniel's birthday and he really wanted to go here there was one thing one major thing I wanted to get before leaving New York and that is the main Bakery Levine Bakery I saw all over my for you page and just in general Levine Baker the cookies are supposed to be so good I also saw it on some YouTube videos from YouTubers and we love cookies so much so we're gonna get cookies and we're excited I saved Best For Last I've been waiting for this day to go to living Bakery it did not disappoint it's not overrated I don't care what anybody says those are one of the best cookies I've ever had okay which one is this one I have no idea it smells really good they were gooey they were thick they were 100 out of ten I don't even know how to describe it the Walnut chip chocolate was definitely my favorite that is all the New York City food spots I have for you guys today I think I just scratched the surface of so many more food spots in New York City so I'll definitely have to come back I really hope you guys enjoyed this video maybe
