NYC APARTMENT HUNTING - ONE Bedroom | New York Lifestyle | VLOG 3, 2018

I don't know if I told you guys so we live downtown right now if you guys been following me for a while you know we live in financial district and we are moving uptown girls we are gonna be uptown girls Mia Bart hey guys good morning it is Saturday Bart and I are apartment hunting so you guys know I just did my apartment tour of our studio but I wanted to get that video out because we are gonna be moving in February we have been here year you guys almost a year in March so it is time to leave our studio apartment we've been kind of apartment hunting loot like you know a little bit for the past few weeks but I have been out there wealth arts at work I've been visiting several different apartment complexes looking at different models China kind of get an idea of what we want going forward because we loved this apartment loved it but it is a studio so we definitely need something a little bigger there's like certain amenities we want like a washer/dryer in the unit of view like a better view I mean we have an awesome view but I kind of want a little bit more of a city view we want to Bart wants to stay in downtown he loves financial district I do too I honestly do too but I kind of want to explore other parts of the city so I am looking at Midtown that's where we've kind of narrowed it down so I'm gonna take you guys with me we have a few appointments today to go look at a few apartments and it really has narrowed down to these few apartments and I'm gonna need you guys to choose Bart hasn't seen them so this will be his first time we'll see what happens hey do you getting replaced looking to replace you maybe you want to say alright guys we just got to apartment hunting so you guys know we're moving so we're gonna look at three apartments possibly four but I think we're only gonna look at three today and I'm gonna show you guys the apartments I'm gonna need your feedback I'm gonna get you guys to let me know which one is gonna be the best choice and yeah we're gonna start with number one here in just a moment and then number two three four five six how many should I do would you get there babe is that your favorite look at this living this view before to ceiling windows that view is just insane the water that's in there bear what you say love won't work [Music] washer/dryer is gonna go in there what do you you want to do a shower now well they're good babe this apartment is not so that's the living room it's the bedroom so much light through these windows closet what do you guys think just like amazing look it this feel does it feel like I'm like standing on a cloud or like I'm up in the air this is so cool so cool so this is apartment choice number one we're still deciding we have a few other apartments this choice number one this is at the top of my list I brought Bart here first angels now [Music] I love it oh thank you look babe two hearts oh no they're perfect thank you we've heard that soy is harder to make like the design than almond or regular right cheesy so far just showed me sexy saxophone player like my Siva - I don't know on YouTube because we just heard this George Michael song it is hilarious it's found the saxophone player who just goes into like random malls or places in this whole channel and he just starts playing this George Michael song so great so this is awesome all these buttons number two here we come we had a coffee break excited babies apartment-hunting fun enjoy it's so much fun to see new apartment front door here you guys do walk in one tiny little closet there this is Wow this is what you see oh my god I'm like a China backup I just like hit myself alright part just went outside here this is what you see when you walk in we've got a kitchen living room bedroom let's go alright kitchen a little bit of a different layout I like those white cabinets I like this kitchen a little bit bigger more space than the other one you look out here into the living room you come over here just a standard bathroom almost exact same as the one we have now this is a bedroom and it's all staged somebody's not living here it's just staged high ceilings here we go okay look at this view Empire State Building this is awesome oh I'm like de Brian have to leave well you know I'm working like crazy right now I'm super busy it's a huge so just text me yeah say hi Brian okay let me just finish up this look at oh my gosh I love this view you guys look spin bikes now I think it's golf mini cutting just to keep your keep your A game their bikes would you guys think of apartment number two it's got a more homey feel to it it's got like nooks and crannies and it's not just like a square like the first apartment it's very modern very sleek almost like a hotel room yeah I'm talking about talking about and you guys and the second one it's a completely different feeling vibe it's like awesome views big open space but not the floor-to-ceiling windows but it does have you know a little more depth to it just but we just took a moment there a little pause so a little bit more depth to it super super cool we're gonna see we try to get over to apartment number three with all right guys so we've just seen two apartments so me and Bart we're sitting here right now we're discussing the pros and the cons because we don't have our meeting with the next apartment yet until a little while so we're gonna discuss the pros and cons this is the first time Bart's all both of them so it's exciting we're like house hunters so let's eliminate one oh we got to see the third one before we can eliminate one yeah come in her love this closet opened two years ago in February not the best view here this is [Music] bathroom is so big I like love that very very cool kind of a small closet I'm not the best here gosh yeah alright guys my hair look at this err they're not gonna let me into the next Billy there could be like uh ma'am you need to fix that situation up there click vlogging and walking it's like a hazard so we just saw number three choice the view was not not really the best awesome layout tons of light time which is a fun fixtures were amazing we're gonna get lunch right now talk it over before we go to the next one I wasn't sure if we were gonna go to another one buy things we might go to one more yeah we'll split it Bart got a tuna and I got egg salad if this bad boys bad boys what you gon do oh my goodness dude she can see all those police cars we walked into the Sun for a moment we're like that son and now we're back in the cold apartment hunting is no joke like this is this is art huh babe yeah thank you oh gosh were lost okay I'll come back guys I want this in my home this button comes out so you pick whichever one you want which one did you do babe the big one okay another apartment here this is cute this is like so big for New York standards so big how many square feet was this one I guess 773 let's take a look front door you walk in Hudson River views here awesome look at this nice kitchen look at how much room a huge wide hallway just insane not crazy about the carpet on the floor bird gazing out what view is this oh I didn't even see that oh yeah awesome okay walk-in closet which is almost unheard of in New York City again not crazy about the carpet nice big bathroom over here wash your dryer and then another room here like a storage room very small but unheard-of in New York yes I don't have time for that so now we might have tea at this really cute little coffee and tea shop and we're gonna house hunter this we're gonna sit down and write down the pros and cons of all the apartments and what we're gonna decide and I can tell you right now let me tell you guys right now he's a little bit of tension between me in part she has I want one apartment and Bart wants another one and we've got to convince each other that the other one is better let the battle begin you guys apartment hunting it's a little stressful and it's a little hard we can't decide there's just like every apartment almost has everything but then it's missing like one or two things and AH it's a lot and you're making a commitment it's a lot of money so I don't know what do you guys think think you guys saw forward let me know what you think I kind of know which one I like Bart knows which there's a few that he likes and I don't know I don't know you guys apartment honey apartment honey is like no joke we were so worn out yesterday I was like in the cab or in the uber lift I don't remember and like holding my camera Mike you guys alright it's been a long day going home good night bye and Bart's like no you are not posting that I'm like yes I am I'm like I'm exhausted I cannot decide which apartment to pick Bart liked two of them I liked two of them and those are just a few of the apartments we saw we have literally I have literally seen at least 50 apartments every time I go to a new apartment building I see like three or four apartments within that building some are like the very top of our budget some are right there in between some are lower and like the amenities and the features everything's different in all these apartments so that's really hard picking an apartment in New York City when I picked last time I had a broker so she did all the research she did everything and found everything for me and I just went and looked at like her top choices but this year I did all the work and it was really hard so you guys we need your help you need to tell me which one's you guys liked which features are more important is it important to have a washer/dryer I think it is like we don't have one here and this it's so hard so let me know I hope you guys enjoyed seeing some of the apartments apartment hunting in New York is so unlike anything I've ever done before there's so many apartments it's so like dense it was a lot of fun but it's very stressful but I'm done I've got my choices now I just got to decide we got to decide
