match me with any kind of videos and then generating point cloud data from there and the end of this video I will show you how you guys can make a mesh from that point out data so without wasting time let's get started [Music] so this is new version 11 which is the most updated one so first we have to open nuke then let's import our footage so this is a footage just put it like this it will take some time because it's a very long footage basically in this way I will show you how you guys can exactly match move any footage and then generating point cloud and finally the mesh so you guys can easily export that mesh in any platform like serious max Maya or anywhere for tracking or anything else so I just connect it like there just large viewer for better viewing purpose just drag it like this just press F here for fullscreen okay now we need to settings something which is a project settings window C is HD 720 so our main project should be HD 720 so just roll it here it's already 2k just select it HD 720 and now the frame range my frame range is love suppose like 400 to almost like 600 so for tutorial I am doing this much only and here just global now this is my footage which is very proper I mean it's awesome footage for tracking purpose if you wish I'll upload I mean sorry I'm at the description bar this footage link you guys can download it from them by the way you can search on YouTube there tracking footages you can obviously get this footage it's free okay so this is my footage now need some sharpening thing see this is a little bit blurred so just by using sha our sharpen just add it it's Li it's already getting more detail so just pressing key on keyboard disable or enable it see the teachers are very clean okay so I'm ready for track this footage just to make sure you should have in first frame I mean this my first frame is 400 so now I am doing a camera tracking so just camera tracker okay so by using this camera 3d tracker we can do exact match move process so just select this number of features which is the tracking points like it is 150 so overall perform like it will be coming like 150 frames now I'll make it like a 500 so that we have then we can get lots of tracking points let's back to the camera tracker option here lots of options is there like camera motion lens distortion focal length if you know the exact focal length camera angles and all then you can directly like custom film 35 millimeter whatever you want but in this method I don't know the exact camera features so that's why I decided to just let it like free camera okay so the things is okay his range should be like global because 400 to 600 is my frame range and then select the track option okay so it will take some time after when it will complete I will get back to you till then just wait okay so now we are ready the tracking process is done let's click this solve button because the track should be solve so just press solve it will not getting so much time see it's 90 and yeah 100% okay nice tracked as you guys can see there's a lots of red marks and green marks but if I played this footage see but as my experience is say that track is good because the error error report is 0.61 which is pretty good because whatever is below one as per my thinking that this is good for track so let's not delete sorry change anything just delete those rejected parts I mean the red ones are very very bad tracked so just delete rejected see there's a like processing will permanently delete all the rejected track marked red are you sure yes of Islam sure so just press the yes and see if the red marks are just boom gone then deletes are unsolved whatever is there isn't any unsolved data is there just press the technicians all same option is there just place yes okay so now in my scene everything is the green ones which is the properly tracked so just need to refine something so just add this three option on and refine this solve option it will not taking so much time so just yes 100% okay so cool we have now our I mean properly tracked data just go to our first frame let's select this ground part which should be our ground plane so just by selecting like this you can easily select these ground planes I'm in the ground I mean tracks just to select it these are not the ground ok it's good in this 3 3 3 ok so now just press that then select ground plane it should be select set to selected ok so now these are all set to select it as a ground now if I double click on it the camera tracker option then go to the camera tracker mode go to this camera from scene just disable this link output and then just press create so we have now our camera tracker second one is our scene and third one is our camera and the most important one is our point cloud data which is this one so just select this and by please tab scanline renderer because otherwise we can't render it you just drag it here select the camera to camera like this select the scene to scene now see this is our point cloud data if I press play see the all the four boxes are fixed on their places because it's already good track now just tune it to some clean so just move it slightly some clear because if the viewport is not clean we don't we can't work properly so just focus just clean it slightly okay so this is good now now what we have to do we have to generate the point cloud data from here to some with a mesh so just pressing tab select point cloud generator so this will be generate the exact point cloud data if I go to the 3d view see we have our scene but it's not that much good right so let's generate point cloud data okay so now select this like this you can by pressing 2 on keyboard you can select Li in just two views you can switch it like one two one two but my purpose I'm just using only one view camera should go here source should be this one then in this point a cloud generator mode select this analyzes sequence okay guys it will take some time so just wait few minutes I'll get back to you when you feel completely done okay so now we completed our analyzing sequence so as you guys can see that key frames are 400 is showing here okay so now I have to press this track point because otherwise you can't get that point out theta so guys it will take again so much time so you guys don't have to wait I will get back to you when you completely done so just press the scope global option and okay so this is now started it will take some time so I'll see you when it'll complete till then just wait thank you okay so guys this is our scene which is generated right now which is pretty awesome as you guys can see the whole point cloud data is generating the scene completely so which is really really good so just let us go to the scanner view and by pressing this play button I can see the exact movement of this footage which is now generated as a point cloud data see it's really really good output I'm very happy with this very nice so now you can add anything in this scene but for this you can you have to generate this mesh but before that mesh generating process I want to show you that it's match moved properly or not because this is really necessary okay so just let's add a will suppose like a cube what's there q and just drag it into the scene then add shake abode sorry CH check the board for this texture just like this see it's there now this is really large just uniform scale it down now as you guys can see this thing is now ready if I press play button here see it will take some time for like rendering purpose okay just deserving this one see this cube is it's like this cube is in this team which is pretty good see I'm just using this option like this see that's good right okay so it will take some time for render otherwise it will getting slow so I'll just leave it like this go to this first frame then go back in the 3d view okay now I have to align this one with this because otherwise you can't understand that this is aligned properly or not just I have to fit this box like this chair just move it here okay so it really take some time to adjust okay now it's a completely filled this area if you wish you can fill this options also but for me it's good let's add a card for a base like a card 3d and connect it to a scene you make this checkerboard okay so now this card is here just to rotate it sorry wrote it like it's 90 degree and [Music] this direction no it's become our feet not too much yeah no it's good so if I go to this 2d view see notice that at this point cloud data okay so it's some more refinement because it's minus 55 just drag it slightly if we play press this play button see it's a match moved this footage completely and it's very easy to match from this kind of footage so this will take some time to render it first falling I'm first following this video for better viewing purpose so just wait okay so it's almost complete yeah 600 see this is tracked and match moved very very I mean neat and clean so in this method you can easily match move any kind of footage which is the way of match moving inside of nuke so this plane and this cube is fit in this thing see okay so now the main part that is generating mesh from this point cloud data so just a disable this both because this will not need now just to enable this one and just connect it here and then what I'll do just by pressing tab I'm using position make to a second position mesh just press Enter it really takes little bit time and it will generate this mesh see what a mesh already generated see I don't know see or not just go to this camera view so just use this camera I can go to this camera view and then mesh selection weight object selection okay so just press this play button you can see the mesh is generated here I don't know you guys can see this may show not because it's very bright color just okay wait sorry hola okay this is done just see so in this method you can easily generate this mesh inside of nuke now you guys can easily add a write note and export this one from your sink so I'm connected again to the scanline renderer okay guys this is end for today in this tutorial I already showed you that how you guys can generate a mesh from this footage by using point cloud data which is the trickiest way and in this method you can do any kind of things may
