Put the egg white in the big bowl. Give cute yellow yolk to the sweet potatoes. Burst the yolks. Mix. Pale yellow turns to cute yellow color thanks to yolks. Beat the egg white. If the dough doesn't stick to the toothpick, it's done. Put the plate on it and flip it over. Perfect shape to tap!. It is really yummy as it is but I will add sugar powder this time.
