hi I'm Afton when I found out I was pregnant with my second child I was smoking up to seven cigarettes a day it didn't seem a lot but when I met with the Midwife I was shocked at how high my carbon monoxide levels were this gave me more of a reason to start for me my son and my unborn child I began to talk to her stops making advisor I was informed that not only would I be offered one-to-one support but nicotine replacement therapy and if one solution didn't see me I was supported in trying alternatives even if I had a cigarette after a stressful day I wasn't judged but supported seeing my carbon monoxide levels reduce made me feel proud and motivated and by the end I was officially classed as a nonsmoker I couldn't have done it without the help of the stops making service thank you
