[Music] hey guys well it still May technically be summer but it's already starting to get a little bit colder out here and well that means lots of awesome things like hot apple cider October Fest the beginning of football season it also means increased Mouse problems when it starts to get a little bit colder like this rodents start looking for shelter obviously your house is a lot warmer than the outside a lot drier too so they're going to start coming in and what may have seemed like just a tiny mouse problem in the middle of summer is suddenly going to become an allout fullscale invasion now mous trap genius we've obviously done a whole bunch of videos about how to get rodents out of your house but you know what the best way to get rodents out of your house is is to keep them from getting in in the first place now there are lots of ways that mice and other rodents can get in there are unsealed plenums there are just regular holes in the wall around pipes there are Loosely fitted baseboards just regular cracks nooks and crannies especially in older houses and apartments so the way to keep mice out is to seal all those things up there's just one little problem with that mice can chew through almost anything well that's where this stuff comes in steel wool this is to mice what Kryptonite was to Superman it is literally the only material I've ever found that is Packy enough to put inside of those little nooks and crannies that mice like to come through but they also can't chew through it's made you know primarily for uh rubbing rust off of metal and stuff like that but it works perfectly for sealing up those little areas and you want to pack it really tight and make sure you get all of them so you do unfortunately need quite a bit of stuff like this packet has about eight pads in it I would say it wouldn't be Overkill to get 50 or 60 pads so you know several containers of this size but the good news is it is pretty cheap and I'll put a link to the stuff on Amazon where it is even cheaper than you could find it in most stores for the most part anyways just stuff this into those holes mice will not be able to chew through it will not be able to get into your house which means you don't have to worry about getting them out so don't forget to check that stuff out link is in the description anyways you guys hope you're able to use this tip to keep mice out of your house so you don't have to go through all of the trouble and inconvenience of getting them out with traps thanks so much for watching and don't forget to subscribe we do upload a new video just about every week here if not more often than that and don't forget to like us on Facebook too we do have a Facebook page anyways thank you guys for watching and until next time hope you have a great Mouse Problem free [Music] day
