New features at the KRONE trailed EasyCut mowers

hello I'm James BB a marketing product manager for Crown UK and I'm going to take a quick look around this easy cook traveler with you the machine we have air is the easy cook 3201 which is a three point two meter working machine with a cv steal time conditioner so starting at the front of the machine we'll look at the headstock and how we attach the tractor attachment to the tractor couldn't be simpler we attach via the lower links onto two balls PTO shaft connects and then three hydraulic pipes it can be up and running and mowing in a matter of minutes looking at the headstock itself drive is transmitted from the PTO shaft down the mower the drawbar to the mower via this gearbox this gearbox means we can turn tightly because it can transmit power through a wide angle so you can turn tightly on the headlands meaning we don't run the risk of bending the PTO shaft or snuffing anything so we have three hydraulic hoses which connected it back in the tractor one double-acting service or one single acting service the double acting allows us to move the drawbar of the mower in and out and the single acting service allows us to raise and lower the mower from work position to transport position so here we have the drawbar folded out into the working position the drawbar on the 32 r1 falls to the left and as a side mounted drawbar if we want we can have a dropouts Mountain Center which will allow the mower to swing both ways looking onto the bed pressure is a simple bed pressure arrangement we alter the bed pressure by altering the tension on the springs so you can see here we have two springs two handles mounted in a center of gravity position so slightly off-center to accommodate for the extra weight of the gear box and to simply adjust the bed pressure we turn the handle one way or the other to either loosen or slack in the spring we find that spring mounted mower bed suspension gives us more responsive ground adaptation than a hydraulic system so looking at the cutting height adjustment of the mower here we have a turn handle which allows us to alter the pitch of the mower bed pitch it further forwards the blades are lower to the ground and that'll give us a shot to could turn it the other way rock the lower back you leave the longer stubble height so here we are at the business end of the mower the EZ cut FIPS 201 features the smart cut mower bed smart means we've optimized the overlap of the blades and the disc is to turn away from each other increasing your overlap this increase in overlap gives us a superior cut quality in extreme conditions the smart cut bed also features what we call the jet ski effect the jet ski effect allows us to have the disc flutter to the ground when cutting it short cut height this is achievable the small gear which drives the disc set in front of the larger gear at the back which powers the mower this jet ski effect also gives us a smoother riding of undulating ground and allows the mower to follow the ground better so not only does the easy cuts that's 201 cv feature the new smart cut mower bed it's also has two new features along side firstly we have a fully adjustable swath hood as well as been able to angle the vanes in the rear doors inwards and outwards to adjust the spread pattern we can also now angle the top hood or put your downwards to allow the grass to be thrown further out or in light conditions we can angle the grass down into the to the floor this fully adjustable swather hood allows us but allows you the operator to adjust this conditioner hood to suit all conditions the next feature we have new feature inside is the new cv conditioner the new seafood conditioner still means we have a steal be time to condition the grass but where as it's changed from before we now have a hooked profile on the time this hooked profile means we have a more aggressive condition which significantly increases the wilt time of the crop another change to the time as well we now pivot the time from the middle as the time comes into the work position it locks forward if we're here to foreign object the time can still pivot backwards but in work it's locked forwards this means the time doesn't swing around as much as it used to significant reducing we're on the bush as with the previous CV conditioners we have two ways for just in the aggressiveness of the condition firstly we have a gear box on the side the gear box gives us two speeds 600 and 900 RPM simply undo the locking nut and turn the handle through 180 degrees then this takes us from the indicated hair mode to the tortoise mode the second digit we can make to the conditioner is altering the baffle plate on the top by turning this handle in here one way or the other we can move the baffle plate either further towards the x to give a more aggressive condition or move it further away which will give a less aggressive condition from the outlook it appears that the EZ cook 3201 CB treadmill hasn't changed however we've seen how we've incorporated some new features including the new smart cup mower bed with safe cut dis protection the new conditioner with the hooked conditioner time and the newly adjustable swafford on the rear torque give us full control and adjustment of the swath formation means this mower is now in line with the rest of the EZ cook mowers we see how these new features have combined well with old familiar features of these you could fit 201 CV mower to ensure we have a mower which is easy to operate easy to adjust with a low power requirement giving you the operator the machine that is capable producing the best quality cuts efficiently in the field
