*NEW* Easiest way to get an ARK Server - Nitrado

what's going on guys I'm going to show you how to run an arc server using natrado I did a video on this in the past but they updated their website so I wanted to show y'all how to do it with their new website the trotto is a game server hosting company that allows you to rent a server for games like Minecraft V Rising Arc rust Daisy and many other games like that before we jump into it though I wanted to show y'all this real quick so I am partnered with natrado but I wanted to show y'all that I have actually used natrado before I even partnered with them because I know a lot of people like to say they used the product before or whatever and they haven't actually used a product but I want to show y'all that I actually have used natrado before before I was actually partnering with them this is in 2018 in August and July I actually rented servers from the Trotta and I never had any problems with them so I wanted to show you all that before we got into it I'm not going to suggest any products to y'all that I don't actually use myself so let's get into it so starting from the home screen you could either click on Arc fajora right here you could scroll down and click it right here or you could go to products up here and click game server and then click Arc survival evolve right here so I'm going to click Arc and it's going to give you some options you can choose any of these pre-made options right here they got little packages that you can use and you change their platform I got PC Xbox PlayStation Mobile and Nintendo switch or you can customize your own I'm gonna show y'all how to customize your own you could also choose prepaid or subscription right here subscription or automatically renew your server each month or if you do prepaid it'll just pay for a month at a time and you could pay for another month after if you want so I'm going to do subscription and then click customize server I'm going to choose PC and then scroll down you can adjust the amount of players that are allowed on the server right here this is the max amount of players that can be on the server at the same time you can choose anywhere from 10 to 200. I'm gonna go with 10 slash thoughts and then right here you're going to choose your run time for the server you can choose three days 30 days this is three months and you get a ten percent discount if you do three months or you could do a year and get a 20 discount I'm gonna do a month and then right here you can choose subscription or prepaid again and then this is asking you where your servers should be hosted you see these little boxes next to it the red and the green this is going to be where you want your server to be hosted you're going to want to pick the location that's closest to you or wherever you think the majority of the people playing are closest to so for me I'm going to pick Miami and you see it's pinging the Miami spot right there and then I'm gonna just click choose this configuration on this page you're gonna choose how you wanna pay you can pay with Visa PayPal Mastercard American Express and then right here you can even see more payment methods and you can ask it to remember the payment method for future purchase is or uncheck it if you don't want it to choose your state choose Louisiana if you can't tell by the accent and then click order and then you're going to go through the payment process and all that I'm not going to do this part because I already have a server but all it's going to ask you to do is confirm everything and right here you can use a coupon code and just enter a coupon code you can use code or banjo and it it'll give you a five percent discount take off a little bit of the cost for you but once you order the server you can just click on your account right up here at the top right and click on my services and then right here in the my services category you could just click on game server and your server should be right here now if you want to change the settings of the server or anything there's going to be these little gear icon right here you're going to click that little gear icon and it's going to bring you to This Server dashboard page before any of the settings take place onto the server you're gonna have to restart start the server or stop the server in order to change what I like to do just in case is stop the server before I start changing anything I don't know if it actually affects the server or if it'll mess anything up but I would do it just in case just stop the server because you're gonna have to restart it anyway just stop the server and then you can start changing settings so I'm going to go ahead and stop right here it says the server is shutting down you're just going to wait for it to finish shutting down and then you can start changing it shouldn't take too long now that the servers stopped you can click right here in the settings click general and this is where you would change all the settings for your server if you'd like me to do a separate video on this I can just uh let me know in the comments if you'd like to see a video on that and I'll try to get a video done for you and then right here is where you would add mods to your uh to your server I could do a video on the mods too if you uh want to see a video on that just let let me know in the comments but after you're done setting up your server you can go ahead and start the server back up if you added mods it might take a few minutes because it has to load all the mods in and it takes a little bit longer but it shouldn't take any longer than five to ten minutes once the server started it should say it right here at the top left server started and you should see this little connect to server button that should tell you that the server is live again now I'm going to show you how to add the server to steam that way you can get on the server so all you're going to do is you're going to go to steam you're going to go to view and then click on the servers Tab and you're going to go to favorites on this favorites tab you're going to click add a server now you're going to go back to the notrado page and you see this IP address right here it has it right here and it has it right here you can just highlight either one of them copy it go back to steam and then paste it in this little bar right here now don't click add this server to favorites yet you're going to want to go back to the neutrato site and you see this query port number right here you're going to copy this go back to steam and you're going to change these let this last number after the colon to the query port number the only digit that was different in mine was the last one but it might be different for years so just change the whole query report number just in case and then you could click add this address to favorites and you should see it pop up on your list refresh it and you can see it on the list now you could exit out of that whenever you're done and then you should be good to launch the game now that I have Arc launched I'm just going to click join Arc and then go right here to favorites and you should see the server right here on the favorites list and you could just join the server if you added mods it might take a little while to load in all the mods it might be five minutes or so and you shouldn't have
