this is what it looks like up close there's your comb and also as you're going forward right here this this is some heavy duty angle you see the thickness as you're going forward you can push probably a half a yard of material or something they they had a measurement i think it's a half a yard or a yard something like that maybe more really like the the thought of the design seemed like someone who ran a machine designed it the way it feels like to me but this bar right here goes across the top and all your scar fires are locked into that bar and you can see the whole row of teeth and you take them up out of the way or you can use them to scare fire and then as you're backing up you've ripped the soil and now the finishing cone can finish it off and here is the rock it's in the back hinges okay sitting on that pallet i'll take it off it hinges so as you're going but as you forward up it hits that bore or slice of metal across the back it hits that and it drags the rock off as your background so anything that's left by these [Music] takes all the hand work out of it so let me hook it to the machine pick it up this is my first unboxing video they all new set of teeth threw that in right here really easy to deal with just call them talk to them went ahead and picked one up and decided to try it out [Music] looks like a fairly good construction everything looks strong got the plates over the hydraulic hoses hoses don't look like they get any crink really like this this kind of keeps it up out of the way here's the rock break i was talking about it goes all the way across tires or foam filled and see where they put the foam in it got all the scarifiers you can just tell the construction on this it's really good we'll see how it holds up here's the adjustment arms these aren't this heavy uh this linkage right here it's got a pin that stops it and it's to control how how much that uh rock breaker flowed in the back right here so it's all it's all connected and hitting it to a hinge point back here and that pin allows it to go up or down however much you want it to um you can also put the pen underneath the arm and hold this rock rake up out of the way from everything you don't want it engaged or or doing anything so if you're just ripping soil and trying to graze a little bit you wouldn't want to rock right you may be included right off or you're just trying to level down an area right quick or something you take the rock break out of the equation so [Music] so all right we're gonna go take it out in the yard to a place that i've got out in the yard and and see i've got a lot of rock it's just some old feel i'm slowly building the edge of the yard up we're going to raise it up and pour concrete later so this is a good spot to dry out the machine up top here we'll see what kind of angle we can get [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so [Music] [Music] so so [Music] so [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so [Music] [Music] so [Music] hey guys uh i slowed this part down if you'll notice you see it um right about right right there i hit that with the ripper and then you see it flip out that is a big probably 30 pound or whatever you want to call it 40 pound retaining wall block and i hit it and it didn't even it didn't break nothing uh for one but it didn't even offered to knock anything out of place or jar or anything at ripper just pulled it right up out there so seems to be made good and i got a lot of learn and do with it how to adjust it where to set those pins and i mentioned earlier in the video like you set those pins for the rock rake part it's mostly you said the pin stays above the rock rake armed and that keeps it like from raising up too much and it almost acts like a box blade in reverse like you can hit a start gathering it'll gather rock hit also pack material in reverse if you put those pins lower so i'm still learning uh i'll have some more videos later on of actually on job sites this is just kind of a practice and they're showing hit a handle i mean like a half a bucket or a bucket full of dirt you can push does really well so i'm happy with it so far we'll see how it holds up and let me guys let me know in the comments if you guys have used one or got any tips or got any questions about it and i'll go and let you uh let you watch us uh this part a little bit i changed camera angles tried to get different angles i'll have more later on but um just trying to get a little bit of the first action and this is me getting another machine and letting you guys in what it's like to buy a new piece and open it up and get the first thoughts on [Music] so [Music] [Applause] [Music] a little better stuff like that to be be out of it this is horrible so this is basically i raised this up with with stuff that came out of my um topsoil screener like the the fines and old muddy clods and stuff i dumped it all in here and it was able to dry that's why it's so rocky there's some landscaping rock in it but i'm telling you it's done pretty good there's a few high and low spots but you can see i mean you could sow grass on it then little pebbles little rocks if you wanted to be picky you could rake those off but anything besides your thumb or something like that it doesn't matter grass to grow those are settled down in the ground keeps you if anything it probably keeps it a little a little loose keeps it from the soil compacting so much but over time we're going to raise this all up and then there's going to be concrete coming all the way to the end of the house here so i just wanted to practice a little bit next time i get on it it's going to be on the job thank you for watching like and subscribe and i'll see you on the next
