we also notice that this house has a really old gutters these are 4 in brown gutters and they're filled with debris so there's probably a lot of water staying in them throughout the winter and this wouldn't be a complete transformation if you also if you also not replacing the GS with the new white ones so it's going to be a beautiful Red Roof with the white gutters so stay tuned cuz we're going to give these home owners our special price we did all the membrane for the house and also we install the wood strapping so the next fight the next page is going to be the trims the starter flashings and the channels and then we going to put our start putting our panels but but one thing we noticed while working you have a really old gutters oh okay these brown ones they are like 4 in and four of video we're going to give a little explanations about the wood strapping we notice people asking us in the comments why do you guys always use double wood strapping why don't you just place the horizontal boards right so here's why we do that the first reason behind that is with double wood strapping you are getting 2in air gap between the original shingle roof and the new steel roof and also by placing the vertical wood strapping you are going against Joes and also creating perfect Airways from the starter flashing all the way up to the ridge so we have perfect air flow to throughout the whole roof so basically the same concept we keep underneath the roof in the Attic where the air comes from the sofit and is being wented at the ridge the same concept we keep above the roof so you have also perfect air flows from the starter flashings all the way to the ridge that way you know everything is always dry and it's going to last much longer uh you want burgers burgers yeah sure yeah cuz I'm going to Uber eat it I'm not tired I'm hung over right it's red it's very bright everyone's going to I hate it a little notice your house I know when they driving by that's the whole reason why I didn't want it to be so noticeable it's going to stand out oh man I think it's going to be amazing transformation to be honest once we put the roof on with the with the white gutters and the Red there's no chance for water staying on the roof okay so we can because the garage is in very bad condition as well the sh is very bright so so we can order material for that like and give you we can give you like a a really nice deal if you want to change the garage as well cuz it's going to match the house so it's a complete job no cuz that one you know what's happened on that I want to extend
