most important part when hitting these rocks together is make sure that the joints are consistent is anywhere whether it's pose we like to match them the shape of the rock that we're laying into these rocks have a side that doesn't have any moss on it and aside that that does we like to mix them both in to get the wall a little bit extra texture and we use our rynders with our diamond templates to do most of the cutting it seems to cut this rock really well now edit cut followed the same shape as the rocks around it and uneven parts we'd like to grind off just so it's easier to fit the well I put about three quarters of an inch on here I it has a cup shape to it so more than anything I usually make sure that that the edges have a little bit more extra on it so that it can crash in and bond properly there's going to be a little bit skill out but you can clean it wipe that right up and then the next shape I'm going to do is I'm kind of on a rock that fits the contours that are left here from the rocks before there that fits on there just about a little bit I just use a construction consulta mark that cutout I'm cutting off the extra rock to make sure that you know I can fit bigger pieces in it's easy to lie it's easy to trap yourself into a caucus a lot of little rocks so let's see this piece this is a Wolf Creek stone could you show another side of this stone the the Wolf Creek the Wolf Creek Moss has the cut backs and it's a little bit more slippery I don't put as much mud on this because it's more apt to slip as you can see here it fits the contours which is what we're going for is red this red baize in there gives us the different color contrast that works well I usually use my fingertips as a spacer just to make sure that all the rocks are the next shape I'm going to fit right here to be mrs. believe is opening an open of a space as I possibly can I'll go back to the wet East desert blacks going step so it has both sides not cut both sides uncut and depending on your altar around it like this wanna dilate the back side out then I give a little bit extra color contrast you can see the top it leaves a wide open space for a big rock to fit into just a little bit of Sheen is required now and this is seized as a black stone you can use any side right both sides so you're marking we do probably 80% of the of the faces out the mossy side out and just randomly place a place the back out just like I said to give it a nice color contrast very good for year or spin together nicely and we can move on to the next row which is
