Diamond stitching that's a really nice spec huh [Music] we even figured you can't get one set of golf clubs in Corvette engine 5.7 [Music] acoustic stripes this one's got the LED tail lights Gardener Douglas cobra Ford 302 to build it yourself no thank you what horse powers are kicking out 350 horsepower the car that weighs this much uh I am up front and it's uh sounds awesome yeah all got that V8 bubble and they they got a bubble yeah [Music] I just want some more authentic look you know yeah so it does get on your nerves after a while the noise is that an automatic gearbox no I thought I like the headrests they're nice on the boulevards that's the main thing yeah yeah she got a garden at the glass the Ford V8 first time out today as well March 66. it's a good thing for my wife picnic place that's the main I was quite surprised how big the boots aren't is yeah they're massive yeah you get loads in it yeah so it's excellent for a road trip [Music] you go yesterday thank you a bucket engines it's a 302 Ford it's a factory five racing Daytona 65 cup yeah as I see it depends on how Allison feels after this year's major score it's not interested see the fan nice smack hardly even the white Club tails or cream cloth tails let them know I've seen this one before tops that car nice for sale this probably doesn't come out on video as good as it looks in real life yeah hey key cobra we're very very cool blue Mac Wrap very blue supercharged 17 inch Jolly brand Wheels class black centers supercharged LS3 600 horsepower let's check the spec out on this one earlier the diamond stitched this one's have a tasting in trim then they've done a good job of this perforated Diamond Stitch lever Essence finishing a stunning metallic blue I think a candy metallic red stripes and it looks good when you stand back and look at it let's check that out questions in trim automotive seat in they've even trimmed the boat I will be honest you probably get one or two suitcases in there it's not a bad bit of luggage probably better off a whole little stay sits foreign we've got a full leather facing interior with a boot specked out as well we make a slight wood frame and we make the door frames and the door cards and then we fully heat the seats and it's three nine before taxes and that throws in everything including your Gators and all the carpets and lots of protection mats as well and that's in trim what I want to sit down at yep does that price include the the trim of the boot or yes thank you very much thank you XCS designs they've got different wheels on it this year nice in this color blue foreign nice back nice touch got a matte black frame the matte black side pipes the Dax Cobra this year look at the four to seven and the Daytona Coupe called Brown the hawk stand Ferrari a classic look with this one 289 register classic cobra which is the engine size yeah and we are just more interested in the smaller [Music] the cars that we like it just so happens that all four of these cars are hawks apparently and so we have um bras as well we have people who've got original cars we've got people with a couple of people with 427s um but it's more about the earlier generation of cars like this which are based on the ace yeah so of course the Forerunner of the government yeah so that's that's basically what the 289 register is about we're a small group that as it says powered by enthusiasts 230 of us in the club need to get to 289 yes that would be great we'll have a big party for that one actually 25 years old this year so yeah we've got a big celebration coming for that so that's good but um yeah it's it's more about cars that have got a bit more originality too yeah than some of the ones you'll see which are you know sort of 18 inch wheels and Tiny tires and chrome so these are the original before the 427 that's right yeah yeah so what first happened was the Ace in this shape had a six cylinder engine and then the supply of engines to AC dried up they were using Bristol engines right and an American racing drivers said well a V8 would be great in one of these and that's how the Cobra was born so it started off with the smaller 260 cubic inch engine and then after 75 cars they went up to a 289 it's about 4.7 liters and they were really successful in sports car competitions in America um but of course they just wanted more speed more power right and come 1965 that's when they redesigned the suspension because they used to have at least spring front and rear so they went to Independent coil spring suspension and put the big seven liter engine the 427 cubic inch and that's the ones that you see most of with the big big arches yeah but um these are the pure truer sports cars and as they came from the factory intense didn't okay thank you very much excellent thank you no this is um actually molded from the original 1963 La monca uh so you need a split boot to access the boot I haven't got got around to fitting mine yet so this is how they originally were the 47 ones hinge up here so you don't to modify your boots right which is definitely handy so we still used to put on a rainy day yeah yeah but it's only two bolts two clips and unscrew the petrol pipe if I have a puncture I need to get the spare wheel or something so it's not a huge job not yeah not enough to worry me enough to make me uh to get the smell of fuel in the car without that much no not much at all it's pretty uh pretty leak proof relationship s remind me like that foreign [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music]
