great name huh I tweaked it so that the crow would respond to my Monga Sharingan and come out if the time came what do you mean I knew that Sasuke would take my eyes for himself to get the real power Eternal Mong cure when that happened the crow would respond to the theft causing it to appear and hit Sasuke with the genjutsu at least that was the plan plan the plan but why'd you put the crow inside of me because you said Sasuke was a brother to you so I thought you were the only one who could stop him because to me he's just like a brother he's more of a brother to me than you ever were to [Music] him that was enough for me there was someone besides me who trusted Sasuke there was no deceit in your eyes nope I knew you were someone I could trust a straight shooter I really felt like I could trust you with [Music] him and that's why I left him up to you Naruto Itachi thanks for trusting me but you don't have to worry anymore you did more than enough for the village already so you this it is possible that the chaos and hatred throughout the Ninja World can be dissolved leave this Moder to us we'll settle this quickly oh I don't know about that but they let this be a first step toward putting an end to the hatred I representation of all the ninj Clans coming together for the future oh no that part I get but you're not going to make sure it worked MOA and the new beating both Victory ours right let's win [Music] this we cuts through the sky he kicks the Earth and becomes a whirlwind the battle has come to its climax breaking through times of chaos the one who lies Beyond oh man yeah like I I could sense that the end was coming and I knew I wasn't going to be happy about it I was right yeah but flew by I mean that one was 50 minutes uh one of our longest ones we watched as far as the parts go um and it delivered like every single moment in that was just so powerful and like I just my favorite though was was Itachi and his talk with nuto and um yeah just like his words of wisdom I don't know man they give me like give me chills I just it made me like Itachi even more uh in this I'm like man so I was curious what what happens like I mean now he's reanimated he's back and he's not under control so until someone seals him then he can keep living his life I guess um so I'm curious what's going to happen with him now uh going forward with Itachi I was just I was so struck by like what a gift to any actor to play that role cuz it is such a complex character M you hate him then you love him then you're not sure how you feel about him and then you then you then you're like so proud of him like like he just it's a constant Peaks and valleys with him yeah um which is fascinating I mean that like for a character to be able to play on our emotions as the audience that way so successfully and so extremely speaks volumes to how well-crafted the character is and how well the actor delivers on it um um that and gar like yeah oh gar I am just so proud of him and I always impressed by him now and like that is why I hate his father you really did so much so so much his final words is being shed in is make me proud screw you dude you should have been already yeah like uh yeah just he's not doing this for you any okay he's not doing it to make you proud he's not doing it to prove to you that he's actually worth something all right it's uh it's about his people um that he's fighting for it's not just fighting for one person he's not fighting for just for himself he's not fighting just for like his dad he's fighting for for all ninjas really um because not just about his people because he you know he wants all you get that speech bringing all the ninjas uh together and um yeah so gar great and the you know what I mean we gave the suag a lot of crap uh just for being kind of a um I don't know kudin and which she was talking down to Gar and and whatnot but like which he did yeah but he also like and then he came back and he said you know gar speech really got to him and uh he took it to heart and seeing all the Ninja Alliance all the ninjas come together and the different Clans come together um made him realize that uh you know peace was possible and that a common goal was possible and that like you can overcome differences and uh yeah and so I thought that this was just great for his character and I mean stopping that big ass Boulder and you know he's like basically on death's door and he still gets up and he wants to fight MAA and then freaking uh suady and raag come right in uh that was just ah so well done that was such a great shot at the end to see the five yeah together like that um and yeah onoi I mean he I'm probably not pronouncing that right and I do apologize but he he really did um show us the other side of his character like the side that I would say is the core of who he is but he masked it by being this kind of negative elderly kudin who's just kind of grumpy all the time and and extremely dislikable in in that sense like I mean not not dislikable like G's father who like but you know um he's not he's not somebody that you'd want to like grab a drink with after work like he's so miserable um but he showed up in a big way and he showed up when it counted um and despite being Gravely injured like that I loved that uh POV shot from his perspective after he's been injured and he's getting up to fight so that GAR doesn't have to fight for him like like that was just like CU then when you're seeing it through his eyes you you can so much get the sense of how much strength it's taking for him to just put one foot in front of the other to inch forward to try to get back into this fight which you're like dude there's like you can barely stand there's no way you're going to win um but he was willing to try and that that speaks volumes Kabuto really can't wait till he gets it I I said it while we were watching it but I mean it's just like one of those characters where I don't see anything redeeming about him like now they've done a great job in Naro about uh redeeming different characters and um showing you two the different sides of all the characters uh like even like MOA I mean or you know uh Obito whatever Toby like he at least I think is fighting for something like you know it's it's one of those villains where um he feels like the ends justify the means and uh you know kind of like how pain was too where they're trying to like find a better world but like going about it a really crappy way and just like okay well if you know if most people are dead then uh like pains the whole thing is that you know if people died then world would stop and uh and like so his end goal was peace but the way you go about it was was terrible and I think for like moer so was Thanos is but he was still a raging [ __ ] no but see but at least Thanos had at least like the the end goal was what he said was that he wanted like you know I mean to bring balance to the to the universe or whatever with Kabuto I don't feel like there's any like oh well I'm doing this because I want to bring balance to the to the Ninja World or like you know I want to stop all the wars from happening it's like I don't get his his motivation like I feel like he just like wants power and so like those like he's he's the uh King of the ashes yeah he's yeah and he's the the villain you know twirling his mustache whatever that's just like a villain like just a it's just a bad guy um like doesn't really have anything redeeming about him um you know that's how to say I like MAA but I don't hate him like I hate Kabuto especially like using this reanimation Jiu-Jitsu um which uh Jujutsu Jutsu that everyone else has said is like an Abomination and twisting people around and making them fight uh their friends and yeah it's just I mean only a scumbag and a piece of [ __ ] would do that true yeah very true I mean that's an interesting philosophical debate like who who is the worst or evil like the person who is self and it'll destroy the planet or the person who's like it's it's hard to imagine it's sincere so I'm I want to phrase it as pretending to have altruistic goals like I'll destroy the planet to save the planet it's an interesting philosophical debate as to who would be worse in that scenario like it's it's making me think of um uh Chey from which philosopher would have the answer to this question I mean cuz from from my perspective I tend to get angrier than people who know better and do it anyway so like if your goal is a better planet and you have this idea of like how that could be but you're like it's okay if it's an absolute Massacre to get there I'm like no something about you tells me you know better and you don't you're just going to do it anyway versus somebody who's maybe like sociopathic and just self- serving and then it's like well I mean I agree they're still a piece of [ __ ] but I'm also like I don't know you're you're so broken inside that like it there's just there's nothing there's nothing there but like somebody who's doesn't have that same that same break with reality who's like no I I want to serve the world I just want to like burn it to ashes first because I'm doing it for your own good I don't know there's just something so condescending about that that pisses me off yeah I mean but like I think it's also the the fact of like for me that's they think that that is like their way is is the only like like this is the only way it happens not like oh well you know we just need to kill or like half the people or whatever in the universe just because uh you know that's M Kink and I think that you know I'm going to justify it by saying that it saves the world it's like no I don't think that I think it's one of those things where okay I want to save the world or the universe or whatever by any means necessary and even if that means that I have to kill half the lives in all the universe then that's what I'm going to do because it'll be better for the other half of of everything else it's like it's a twisted sense of uh justification um you know still still a villain but to me it makes him more interesting villain and uh I think also a good interesting villain is like someone who sets out on the right goal but then keeps compromising himself more and more and more and more and little by little yeah uh chips away at at their values and their beliefs and they know what wrong they know what they're doing is wrong but man if they they can just do this like you know just okay yeah yeah I know it sucks I know we said that if we need to kill half the people but if we just kill another half of the people then we'll be you know then then we'll be fine that's when it really really happen like they keep changing things uh around go post like like this is my line I won't cross it okay well I'll cross it today and then and then I'll just move the goalpost back like five inches five inches isn't going to hurt anyone but you move five inches every day Where Are You Gonna Be 365 days from now that's why I like the scene in uh Game of Thrones with uh kind like way off topic here from narut but uh in Game of Thrones with the hound and um he was talking about like a man's got to have a code he's like oh you'll uh you know kill a a little boy or whatever and you know throw him over your a horse or whatever but like stealing horses or whatever is like beneath you and it's like well man's got to have a Cod it's like I mean you know you could say one is definitely more is worse than the other but there's like a certain line I won't cross okay this I can do cuz like you know I am like like for the Hound he was a killer and that's just what he was supposed to do and he was filling out his Lord's orders and that's what it was and So like um he was like who was he to question him but then there's other things that he won't do it's just like I don't know again it makes him more uh interesting character um when they have certain lines they won't cross and then to see like you know how the story or or you know what will push them over that line if they can get over that line I mean I think for for anyone we should have a sense of oursel and what our values are and what our morals are and um that isn't a say to be so like rigid and self-righteous but at the same time like you have to know where you can compromise and where you can't umh a friend told me that apparently Benjamin Franklin kept a journal where he had essentially what all the people he murdered that was a different Journal okay um but he basically had like what he considered to be the the sort of like the pillars of of his person like honesty Integrity um you know and and kept a journal about basically like how he did or did not live up to that in that day so like he could track I dig that M on course or or am I going off course am I staying true to myself and my values and my my morals or am I compromising myself and and and moving away from the person I want to be um and I I remember when I heard that just thinking that is fascinating and I love that and that would probably be so I mean like at the same time we're also busy I get it who has the time but truly investing in yourself in that way leads to Greater happiness and like if you know who you are and if you make sure that you are in line with yourself and your values and stay on track that can pay off exponentially to your own sort of mental well-being I'm glad we got off topic so I can hear that story that was good I like that I like that that about Benjamin Franklin that's like you know now I would keep a journal just for that that's maybe something I'd do I'm not going to do it but you know I'm gonna think about it I do keep a journal but like I I heard that story in the middle of the year and I thought that would be a good project to do at like the start the year from like January 1st to December 31st track your year and figure out how am I doing and I mean first you have to really clearly Define those things for yourself too like what are what are my pillars what are my values what are the things that I want to Define myself as that I need to live up to you know like that that's another piece like I think we all kind of know in a in a sense of like oh if we were if we were watching something on TV like I relate to this character because I believe in honesty like I'm I'm a stark because I'm I'm honest and I I will you know serve and have loyalty and like whatever like we all have that sense but I don't know how often like we actually kind of have that reflection within ourselves be like what am I like what what does it mean to me and to be a good person and how would I Define that and how do I make sure that I abide by that and not just as a concept but like actually every day where like if serving others is important to me how did I serve someone today and if I didn't I'm moving off track and I need to get back on track getting back to Naruto uh I did like seeing Sasuke and checking back in with him just for a little bit and uh Curious how he's gonna what's going to happen with him in the ninja war how he's gonna I mean because he clearly doesn't want to be a pawn for anybody um he's got his own agenda he must uh destroy the hidden Leaf um but now the hidden Leaf's band together with all the other alliances so he really has to kill kind of all of them um so yeah which I think he's willing to do yeah again um but he's not like that's where the the five have their strength right they're an alliance they've bonded together Sasuke is not really bonded with the other villains like as much as they want him they want to exploit him and he wants to tell
