Fat of the Land is such an outstanding album. Still sounds great more than 20 years later.
Low key my fav song on FOTL. Breathe, Firestarter and Smack my Bitch up get all the glory but Narayan and Climbatize are top tier tunes.
Best thing about this tune was having the album on tape and being able to listen to it seamlessly merge into Firestarter. Godamn those outro beats are excellent.
Who posted the Crystal method the other day? Been listening to electronic music since the mid 80s(kraftwerk album i found on tape) and between this album, crystal method, chemical Brothers, and fatboy slim, that was my electronic music discovery days. Early 90s I discovered Sasha and Digweed, and that cemented my journey to learn to dj.
Ahead of their time doesn't even quite do it.
Definitely my favorite Prodigy song.
