well everybody my next guest is turn smoking and grilling into an art form from our destination America's BBQ pitmasters please welcome Aaron Mixon Martin I do it man forgive my brother welcome to the show they have to be hey man I'm a fan I watched the show this man is the most decorated barbecue man in the United States of America more Grand Championship than anybody baby we cranked out the queue down in Georgia Myron what are we making today buddy what we're making today we're gonna do bacon-wrapped sausage stuffed chicken breast now I fold in the bag and I throw it into soulja I had to give yourself from the healthy thought throat into cheese had to do that all right let's get out of my show us how it's done first thing you do you get you some big plump chicken breasts you want them fat ones now you got to stuff them so you got to get your hole started good thing to take a steel that you sharpen eyes with go right along in there then you go step up you'll go over and get that turkey baster yeah like a proctologist god this is uncomfortable oh god is he turning you already got a position now you reach your wedding get you sausage uh-huh don't want to get too big of a sausage gonna tab I'm very uncomfortable at this point I'm really okay all right now we got it stuff then you take your bacon you wrap it around got that plenty of bacon ain't nothing going wrong when you add bacon on top of it nothing Marvin nothing you get dog poop wrapping and baking the Velveeta cheese if you can eat it this to say whatever you want to save man you know why why cause ain't nobody don't care hundred years from now well that's it from now they're gonna and I'm talking four hundred years from now that's time to give some seasoning all right well we got a rub over here we got the brown sugar got a black pepper garlic pepper onion powder chili powder a little mustard powder we got our Cayenne little salt now all this is your very own special mix right now you read when I said honey money cluck rub you know what the money comes from don't you when they go all out and buy my rub it make me money it's all about the Benjamins it hasn't getting paid didn't pray honey money club rub all right then we walk over here we're gonna get a good coating of rub on it mm-hmm why we're doing all this we're getting ready to go in the oven got to have a sauce okay be here from South Georgia gotta have a vinegar sauce we got outside of the UH Nagar got salt little ketchup sugar red pepper flakes black pepper and Louisiana Hot Sauce you gonna mix all that together with apple jelly all right so we get all this together got it all together you cook it you get it done which is gonna take you about a hour and 45 minutes not gonna take the chicken breast long trying to crisp up your bacon then you get to do what you love that's eat it eat it baby eat it well okay let's go let's go mom you look at that mari maybe one time what we need to do just drizzle a little drizzle someone cut in here deep so I can how am I gonna get how to get over almost what my orgasm all right okay cut it a little bit I love Kia don't yes read I got sausage chicken and bacon tim is on let me in the words of my daddy shut your damn mind exactly exactly when you got a good piece of barbecue you got a good piece of barbecue like we got here with this bacon wrapped sausage stuffed chicken breast you gotta have some side items right here you got some peach baked beans barbecue beans got peaches in it peach pie filling got peaches in it god I never have done before did you think you'll be bad know what ma got my mama's coleslaw got tomatoes in it not tomatoes made us don't look for the ones with the T on it we just want the ones with me toes and this right here top-flight barbecue side is baby back rib mac and cheese you take the baby back rib you cook them too falling off the bone tender and then fold it into your mac and cheese i can go from double extra sexy to triple extra sexy that quick one that's good ain't it hell yeah you got one more thing you want sure I got one more thing I want to show you can't take no more Myra I know how big of a fan you are for our barbecue pitmaster show on destination America and I got another show now you're gonna love just as well it's called barbecue pit road I got you a Myron Mixon pitmaster kid I'm gonna give me a black shirt I'm gonna give me a white beard and a black shirt I'm fin to be Myron Mixon jr.
