My First Visit To Efteling | The Most Magical Fairytale Theme Park VLOG

oh good morning guys Sean Evans here at left dozen Thrills we are in the Netherlands we are at efterlin the fairy tale magical Theme Park theme project Haley Chris I didn't even got in yet it's incredible it's incredible [Music] oh at the moment they are having the winter afterlink uh celebration so just over Christmas look behind me construction of a brand new hotel the efterlin Grand Hotel due to open in 2024 along with dance Macabre the replacement of Spooks a lot one thing I'm going to tell everybody is a heads up and I apologize in advance for pronouncing every single ride name absolutely atrociously just gonna get that out there nice and early I do apologize but I'll try my best all right so whether it be in the winter time of course there's a maintenance schedules and things like that that's unfortunately lead to the point of having a couple of rides closed here in afterlink Drums have looked yes yes around it that's a nice easy one what's the third one Jake Drive villager Hollander which is the finder The Flying Dutchman in the indoor boat ride which I was actually really uh actually looking forward to but I'm just going to turn you around I'll keep stopping just showing you everything that was incredible foreign Georgian the dragon with brand new hybrid track for 2023 [Music] here you make your choice water or fire you should have your energy bites 40 that was smooth like butter smooth someone who didn't like it I didn't like it like at all what really I don't know it made me feel a bit ill but why I don't know getting on it was tight and it's just it was smooth it was a good ride I just personally didn't enjoy it it's fun but why we will be going on that at some point this looks like a guy holding a pizza there's a bit bits a day it looks incredible from the outside couldn't even look forward [Music] [Music] I don't want to have anything to do with this shine [Music] music Heroes treasure and you just join the queue and whichever one you want to choose and then you stand by your corresponding color and your Journey Begins our Chariot has arrived [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] performance [Music] that is officially the most phenomenal dog ride I've ever been on in my entire life as soon as they come out into a little uh gift store and you can actually smell the ride where the room spray it smells just like the scent pods that they experience in it oh it smells gorgeous it always smells magical it's incredible that you've just taken the words out of them that is better than any Disney attraction that I've ever done now we've done Adventure there's music and heroes left to go so it gives us two more excuses to go back on it five minutes later and I'm still not over that experience from the pre-show how that staircase opened from stock there wasn't one bad space there wasn't one empty space English person takes English rubbish takes it to Holland located bin yes this is a bin yeah [Music] all right now we're getting inside Carnival festival thank you [Music] [Applause] [Music] line was fairly straightforward and quite simple in design and then all of a sudden we were and then it's a small world with a Twist an indoor roller coaster whoa this is a big station building wow [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] things to see in there minimal kind of reminded me of flight Force for a split second there all that theme in on the outside for that ride comfy seats though on all the roller coasters great soundtrack but you are the weakest link part of a winter afternoon inside this beautiful Christmas tree filled Wonderland we go [Music] [Music] an ice skating ring down here look at my escaped in it's my first time right I don't know how you do that on blades I I felt unsafe with just my two feet it's always nice when I park but see effort into like preserve its history it's nice lots of concept art for the rides and drawings and things very nice Alton Towers you've got a cottage in the garden you know what to do Museum we're on the hunt for something a little bit different than the it's the standard theme park route after searching I've gone for that tried old Netherlands famous noodle snack it looks like a proper meal Dutch Cuisine yes and for those who are too impatient to wait for their food you can do a contactless one and get a snack and get a snack eight Euros that's noodle snack apparently curry sauce let's go noodles this noodles which is actually quite nice not too bad you get a lot of Chip and the chips are nice the world's first the coma Madhouse Villa Volta [Music] that was a very long pre-show and we've got another one I like the detail that's very nice [Music] thank you enjoyed that for the old Easter for government house it's definitely the most well maintained the fata Morgana indoor boat smashed Dark Ride we're on a boat and we're not going fast then yeah yeah yeah [Music] [Music] because I don't know [Music] that was phenomenal when you're going through and you're going this is better than Disney then you know you're on tour winner oh my god Set pieces the scale phenomenal that was on the reel hmm it's mellow vision if only you could have it it smells like an Arabian temple in it cushions and incenses and actually things that are themed to the ride that we've just been on you don't need merchandise with the right slapped on everything just make it relevant you get a cracking little gift shop like this I'm gutted The Flying Dutchman is closed I'm gutted that Baron's closed at the moment but cross fingers that'll be up and running so much I'm just coming to this beautiful Bakery and I'm not yet to buy anything I'm just here to smell everything everything about this park is so magical everything smells incredible they do love a good dueling coaster here it's a ethyling as a maxim Moritz has got a five minute cue showing after Nando's last night oh foreign to the right underlay train is absolutely stunning [Music] that was so much fun I loved it on board audio and the second lap we speed the audio up and you go even quicker love that and that train is probably the best themed trainer I've ever seen full stop there yeah I've never tried this one now [Music] Train's completely different it's so cool Max wins from ride experience because of the water game yeah and Maurice wins the train design 2024 we will be coming back oh sneaky foreign you're taking over you're absolutely taking over not just in the UK Sean what did you mean by that intimate aren't having any roller coasters in the UK I'm absolutely gutted that this this hasn't even been testing today so I'm crossing oh what did why did I just say that and then the lift all kicked in this hasn't been on all day this hasn't been on all day blah blah blah come back it's the first time it's moved all day it's almost like we've planned that now cross fingers we can get on it today it's officially open [Music] this is [Music] for my former mind workers please take a closer look at times [Music] foreign comes to a close we're just gonna drop some stuff off at the hotel we are staying in the borsek effling Bostic Hotel come on staying at the afterlink bozrick hotel this evening so I'm just going to give you a quick room tour of where we're staying this evening and then we're going to come back to the park to see the aquinora show and then and then and then I'm going to Rotterdam and here is our hotel for this evening to get into your room you basically download the app and your room key is loaded onto your afterlink app and it's uh just goes through and you scan your phone when you get to your room it's spooky clever looks like we're staying in the castle suits me suits me you simply scan your phone it goes green and the building opens for you like magic door is opening times pick every door oh my God we have an apartment we got the big sweet but nice game to play hello and welcome to the afterlink bozrick room let me give you a tour here's the bed the main Master bed here's the living room quarters and then we're moving in here with the bunk beds massive Bullets by the way a story for the better yes full bath smells lovely man because we're in the Netherlands the toilet's in a different room it's like a Disney cruise there we go there you go to them you just know that's going to be our last ride of the evening before we watch the water show [Music] every single seat on every single roller coaster it's so comfortable I like it here [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] oh [Music] [Music] wow [Music] foreign [Music] an absolutely magical day here in the fairy tale theme park that is afterlink we're gonna head off to Rotterdam for a nice evening meal so if you
