type in ea play buy a five dollar membership that's going to grant you a 10 hour trial of early access to madden 22 and that is how i'm playing right now i'm on my 10 hours now i'm going to spend a lot of my 10 hours well first starting with a regular team's game today we're going to play an online head-to-head game then i'm going to spend some time practicing and then of course on ultimate team start this madden season okay i'm gonna grind it okay i like you man you lie a lot i cannot wait to open some packs on ultimate team i'm so excited but but to start i've gotta record this video we've got to bring you guys my very first look at madden 22 so we're going to hop into an online head-to-head game and guys i think i'm going to use the chiefs i think i'm going to use the kansas city chiefs this is my team it's such a fun team to use i'm here to tell you right now we don't care we got patrick mahomes with all sorts of abilities travis kelsey has a route cam and then tyrekil of course 99 uh speed in terms of playbooks i am going to be rocking the las vegas playbook to start this year it's got strong close as gun tight and it has a bunch tied on so it has like the three formations i want to mess with the start of the year all in one playbook so that's perfect for me then defensively i am going to be going with the four six playbook really good every year has 35 normal through the five wide big clover g nickel normal dollar has like everything okay and then i want the ball first okay because this is my very first game of madden 22 i want to bomb my opponent the very first play of the game let's start let's go let's go i am so stoked okay i kind of know what to expect it's very similar to next gen madden 21 and i also played one game of the madden 22 beta i've watched a lot of people play this game too it's like i have an idea of what to expect but uh i haven't like played the full game and today i finally get to do it it's gonna be a good year it's gonna be a good year i'm optimistic what the hell is this game planning set offensive focus i haven't seen this yet throw it deep throw it deep life's too short to check down come to bring me my money [Applause] pros and cons boost deep rat running boost spectacular catch defense reacts to medium pass i don't want them to react to medium passes better that's really bad i'd love to do that that's bad faster pocket degradation this is really bad okay i'm not doing any of the throws because all of them have negatives let's just go with run inside okay we'll do run inside i don't even run the ball okay defensive focus uh we're facing the niners niners really good run team let's go outside run they have you know raheem moster one of the fastest running backs if not the fastest running back in the game make sure we stop the run i do not want to get run all over in next gen okay it's offense is really easy in this game anything to make it easier on myself defensively i'm all for this is exactly what i've been waiting for and i'm the home team too getting ball and we have momentum i don't know what how it works exactly like i think this little kc chiefs thing i think the thing at the top right there i don't know what it is what's going on that's all i need it it's the biggest piece of dog [Laughter] oh my gosh this game is so terrible is my very first game of madden glitched i was can i come up and grab the ball well this is a really good start to my madden 22 season this is this is awesome what the is happening this game is so bad i literally just talked about how optimistic i was i know this is like don't get me wrong okay i'm gonna say this i'm gonna use this moment to say this one in a million glitches or like you know glitches like this don't mean that the game is bad it just means it's not necessarily finished i care about how is the game when it's no fully working two weeks into the game like when the glitches are kind of just out of it glitches don't make madden bad bad gameplay makes madden bad you know if i can literally glitch a cloud flat every single play against someone up and down the field for 12 months that's what makes mad and bad not a little my first true game like you did see that all right so they changed the play call screen they changed everything about subbing and audibling and i don't know how to do any of it so i just called plays i just called pa boot over every play okay i just got pa boot over every single play now we're gonna run a tour we're gonna run a big old las vegas raiders tour this game all right nice and easy nice hell very similar to nextgen madden 21. uh defensive players don't play anything your user can't lark anything uh the zones that yeah they don't do anything uh holy crap do fast wide receivers make a difference tyrikil was just running by defenses and then when i had bazooka activated with my homes i could just run around evade db or of adn's of the escape artist and just let the ball fly and it was getting overthrown some of the time like 80 yards downfield so geez this is an interesting game um i'm excited to use more regs teams let me know what team i should use next as you made at the end
