My Entire Life Was Hacked Scam

bank and computer was hacked at 4 45 a.m and used to make fraudulent purchases on a certain website by overseas hackers sit back grab a pile of cash and possibly even a bucket of cereal or something and let this journey flow over you I'm Ralph netbus uh hello support Jason Hi how are you doing I'm good sir how are you oh not too bad it's been a fine mourn so so we just got a missed call on our number sir oh yes was this about the um I'm not sure what this was regarding exactly I'm about the support message was this from yesterday was this from yesterday sir yes sir yeah yes yesterday from yesterday oh yes kind of into the future here now um yeah sir yeah so how are you doing today oh I'm not too bad how about yourself I'm still good sir oh great so now uh yesterday we are uh right we are doing uh some kind of pants on your computer and devices am I right sir oh can I remember yes yes yes yes yes yes yes sir we're those system scans all completed I wasn't I'm not sure there are still there are still going on oh could you let me know what that was again um yesterday we are on a path to you to your bank fraud department through the secure line of Microsoft am I right yes yes yes that was happening yesterday I believe um I haven't talked to the bank yet though because there was supposed to be some reports done after 24 hours I believe and make sure you have to tell them each and everything you know what you have to tell them sir uh I'm not sure I'm not actually sure okay I'm going to explain you each and everything once again oh thank you you have it's an attempt of hiking and tell them there's some illegal activities still in the reports there I know we're running support scans I believe or some system scans yesterday I'm not sure what the report that was on but um I hope those were done today or at least this morning yeah we are going to have done each and everything today we're going to free all of those Checkers but it will take time like two to three hours from now so uh and what you have to tell them tell them to your bank for Department sure yes yes yeah uh like once you are done with your bank flow Department I'll be uh they will be going to connect your call directly to me and also that will go ahead and run each and everything on your network various of the ages we can run please um we can run run all those scans or those have already been run I hope your Wells Fargo and that is your primary Bank am I right sir uh yes that was the primary Bank the path is moving forward today to complete this I I hope right now you are on the secure line of Microsoft so that no one can hear our own audition um and now tell me what you have to tell to your Banker when I connect your call what you have to tell them um I'm gonna be telling them about the system scans that were run I believe and then um we're gonna be putting the old Security on that um on the accounts was that correct I tell them that you are being hacked by some bad people oh the bad people where were they from again I don't know where that was coming from I'm not sure and today you're from China oh from China okay do I relay this information to the bank or are they already sent some agents over there yeah you have to have to tell them sir that you are being hacked by some bad peoples and there is some illegal activities on your name so you just need to put some extra file or extra security on your account for next 48 hours oh for 48 hours not 24 we're gonna need it for the the additional days oh there's kind of a kind of a gap maybe not in between but together is one there will be the 48 hour situation great no no oh the card was this thing which card was this sir oh Wells Fargo okay let me let me grab that describe all the cards in your hand just from uh Microsoft here just trying to get this um he had some reports I'm about the hacking activities and so he's transferred me over to Wells Fargo to get this taken care of but we have to set set some security on my account he was saying I'd love you for sending your last name so I can pull up your location yes of course it's Ralph netbus here uh n-e-t-b-u-s-s um is this Wells Fargo he just um he just uh transferred me here the bang for the half of it I'll be able to put up your account details oh that would that just be my number then I guess oh it's six seven eight are you there sir getting those security aims on oh hello yes I did I was going to your account details and I found a transaction on your account today at 4 45 a.m in the morning going towards the website called www.pornhub.net for twelve thousand dollars because you don't have any foundation like that in the past no absolutely not 445 what yes am in the morning and even so because no I wasn't even awake then it was the Chinese going towards the Chinese Gateway I need garments yes that's that's the site they were using then again [Laughter] can we get that canceled and then we need the security put on that sir we also called you to verify the transaction at 4 52 a.m in the morning that was the automatic response system call made on your phone number 678 yes it was something like did you authorize the 12 000 transaction on www dot no absolutely I did not authorize anything of the sort but so we got the authorization from your raise the phone number someone pick up the phone and press one to authorize a transaction unless that was blacked out this morning maybe I I don't believe so absolutely video who might have a phone and authorizer transaction on your behalf no no unless they you know I don't know I could have been fortunately this is a scheduled transaction the money is still in your account oh yeah cancel that for me please and then we need to put the heises get everything canceled for this card of course in the meantime let me go ahead and call Microsoft from my side and see exactly what's going on yeah the thing is that I'm confused at the moment we have seen too many scams going on in the past from people running from Microsoft like there are people who pretend to be from Microsoft and they take your information no no this is Jason I was talking to this morning and then he connected me verifying that with him I hope I understand that but I just want to Recaro that you're not talking to some scam artist because these people can be very convincing so I haven't happened to have a number for them this is Microsoft uh this was Jason I was talking to and he did give me that night so if you could just go ahead and verify that I'm going to verify enough from my side because no yes getting ported through me I guess to Wells Fargo so let me go ahead and talk uh talk to Microsoft and find out if there is a Json working with them or not okay yes please yes yes the person the name of Jason working for Microsoft and he is the one talking to you oh yes yes I was just talking with him before to Mr Jason have he located him verify everything by Jason there I hope and then get the uh I want to what really talking to Microsoft so earlier I was just trying to verify that were you really talking to Microsoft or like to someone who is pretending to be yeah I was talking to Jason if you've uh connected to him yeah [Music] what's that Mr Jason told me Mr Jason told me that your entire network been compromised even your online been compromised right now that's why he connected you to me because how about physical line okay the secure line but yeah I believe that I calling to him the hackers can hackers are manipulating your telephonic lines as well yes the old Parts systems they were flowing in through that I believe but they were from China he was saying so I don't know we cannot be sure where they are located when they are making that transaction to what Chinese government because of their goals and some policies yes listen to me first of all according to my of your phone line being compromised and what I can see in my doctor in my screen that we did all you are now I think that when we the Microsoft and I was speaking with Jason um so he is yes listen to me yes yes conviction I told you that it's been authorized but we're gonna be needing to cancel that correct that 12 points sir hello yes hello go down listen to me what I have to listen to me what I have to say yes okay yes Mr Network yeah it was the hackers who authorized transaction by manipulating your phone oh we didn't know that but that's why I cannot stop this transaction at the moment because we didn't know you were hacked so we come up with the alternate solution probably yeah yes we need every solution of the sun being done now and so we need to conveyor as well they'll be able to get the security Rings flowing there is only one Solutions which we can help you up with my manager told me about this now let me tell you sir this is called a duplicate location or duplicate charge have you ever heard about duplicate transaction uh what now have you ever heard about duplicate transaction no is that just going to be buying you know what it is getting some groceries flowing or something but as far as that applies to this situation I'm not I'm not aware will duplicate transaction is a transaction which happened at the same time at the same place for the same amount at the same Merchant now at the exact right now we're able to kind of port on in there I guess yes yes at the exact moment now we are thinking of doing the same thing with your case we are thinking that we should create a duplicate transaction for twelve thousand dollar on your account yes we can do that and then if that'll get the other one canceled you know if we do that then we will have the resolution to cancel this up right now the senior statements to network it's a very viable solution to hack made on your account was at 4 45 am in the morning and I cannot jump back in time and simply create another transition of twelve thousand dollars sir we don't want to be doing any of that so well if we could I guess we could maybe you know or something but maybe the duplications [Music] that could have been several years in the future they would have been doing this 12 000 transaction as well so I just want this ticket yes we don't have too much time so just listen to my explanation and if you do not understand that just let me know okay okay well time is just we are thinking Chinese hackers apparently this morning so we need this taken care of today and this needs to be canceled today we'll take care of it today what we are going to do we are going to create a your online wallet under your name okay okay once we create a secure online wallet you will have to deposit exactly twelve thousand dollars into the wallet okay but before you in the cost of the money we are going to encrypt the wallet with a QR encryption code which we are going to send to you how to do that yes because you are encryption code and then deposit the money into the wallet yes it will send a signal to the bank it will send the message to the bank where the injection is taking place I guess for the for that transaction right that's what's going to happen okay now before we proceed sir do you understand the concepts and everything I just want to ask you a few things can you please tell me which branch which branch do you basically bank at oh this would just be Wells Fargo would be the bank do you know the location like where is located which street is it located at Roosevelt Street or the one at uh White Whitlock Avenue which one do you Branch at uh is there one over on Whitlock uh I don't know if I've gone to that there would have been a branch it's pretty close actually I used it about two months ago had to get some currency exchange Roosevelt Street Roswell we about that recently is that the new Wells Fargo initiative I I don't know where that is basically we are going to help you open a new account a new wallet ID over there and then you will deposit the money yeah and that's getting deposited from there the Bitcoin it has no collect it has no connection with the Wells Fargo establish the SSH or something with them or there is no connection between Wells Fargo and Bitcoin ATM no the reason I'm telling you to open the account a wallet over there because we need to have you a new secure Wallet account okay it is a separate account from Wells Fargo because your account would have been compromised and they can be accessed inside the product so we cannot trust any account with Wells Fargo we are having you open a new account with Bitcoin everything's been compromised it seems like my whole life has been hacked here now before you head inside okay let me tell you do you see any shop with the name of Paradise Liquor no I'm not getting any liquor I'm not getting liquored up yet maybe after this is all taken care of you know then we can pop a bottle together and as far as you're concerned man I don't know if you'll be able to the ATM I'll be having a drink or two after this let me tell you sir you know once this is all put behind me for the day so I might head over there what should I grab machine yeah you have to look first of all locate the store Paradise Liquor okay I see there's the cleaners there it could bring us bring this cash in and clean it just kidding um is the liquor store inside of Laredo sir no it's not inside I'm gonna go in the Laredos here we still have a little bit of juice well if we need to get some juice from the store and I'll be kind of infused with the sustenance from that into my phone right
