this is quite a I want so serious but it's quite an exciting formal day we've got big things planned so let me sit here in the dining room and tell you guys so as you guys know recently nearby I think you can probably even see it from here throughout the window is bloxy Burger bloxy Burgers of course as you guys know was demolished in town it was kind of upsetting because you know being the mayor of bloxburg I found it quite difficult to make sure that everyone would love a bloxburger as much as bloxy burgers that we all know and love and has been around in bloxburg for many many years but it's been such a success everyone loves it there you know it's been a really great highlight to the town now and I thought we should do something more so obviously Taylor is getting to that age now and she's gonna be 16 soon but but currently 15 and she is looking to start making her own money she's bored of me giving her pocket money she wants to kind of earn for herself basically and is looking for kind of like a little weekend job on the side kind of thing and of course blocksy bear glasses is literally just open they are looking for new employees I heard their manager Danielle can be quite strict but uh she is looking for hire everywhere that she can get obviously being the mayor have those connections so I was able to get her the little weekend training session that they've currently got going on for New young teams and stuff that are looking to find their first weekend jobs and things like that so Taylor is going to be having her first trainee session ever at bloxy Burger and obviously if it's successful then she can get the job as like a little weekend job which would be so so much fun she's also got her bags packed here because if it is a success her and her friends are gonna have like a celebratory sleepover they're all going to have a big celebration have a huge sleepover over at their friend's house which would be really nice for them of course so I'm hoping it all goes to plan but I'm sure even if they aren't to get the job because like I said that Danielle is very strict then they will still have a sleepover anyway let's go to Evie first now she has been kind of a joking with Taylor because obviously she wants to go work at bloxy Burger and that's not Evie's ride battle so let's hope she can be supportive today Evie there you are dancing away Bin Laden yeah skills I'm in a funny mood because I find it so funny that Taylor's going to work well okay let's not make fun of her now okay I know she needs to work at wherever she can find but that's what it's like when you find your first job wherever you can get whether it's a bloxy burger Pizza Planet if about Audi who knows you know what I mean you've got to go with what's going so don't get me rude okay true but who's gonna hire her Evie oh my gosh that's so problematic oh okay don't tell anyone that let's just keep that to yourself Taylor but from problematic hey heard that one um today because uh Taylor you seem very very very stressed and I've seen this dress for all your life well yeah but I'm also excited but I really really don't want it to fill out Subway that time do you remember that oh yeah Subway yeah that was Dreadful uh never again but at least you've had that as a learning experience you know blocks Burger I want you to take this one seriously I've tried but what do you mean you'll try nice well Taylor look sometimes uh just shut the door on me rude sometimes um you're not gonna like everyone you come across in life so if someone's rude if the manager's rude or if you've got other trainees there that are being rude you just kind of you're just gonna have to suck it up and deal with it okay but that's a bit easier said than done mom no I don't think it is listen if someone's stressing you out in the workplace especially this is your trainee day so you can find your feet whether you prefer to be a cashier or behind you know um doing all the cooking and stuff which I thought you will by the way so I expect you to really be working there but anyways or supplying you know whatever it is that you're doing you can find rich people you prefer in certain areas that you feel like you're gonna get along better with you know but with that said don't just pick something because if you make a friend there and then there they want to be a cashier but you don't actually want to be a cashier you get what I'm saying do what you want to do at the same time on the training day you want to make the most of it okay definitely let me go get all of that I don't think he actually knows much about what Taylor's doing today so she'll be excited to tell him since he loves bloxy Burger Oliver yeah what you doing um I was describing my airplane describing your airplane is that for your like summer homework that you're doing before we actually get you set up in school yeah I'm just doing it so I know that's cool well do you want to come please okay I can do that for sure well Taylor let's just go through some things okay um seeing as I want to give you some actual advice instead of like the Practical advice you're going to get on like how to use an oven and how to grill and how to fry the french fries and all of that stuff okay some actual life advice okay if you don't like someone just try to avoid them as much as you can okay don't start any arguments with people if they try to start an argument with you you need to be professional you're not at home you're not with your friends okay just sort of need to try try and mediate the situation okay you just need to keep your calm can you do that I guess but what about like fighting fire with fire uh no you're just gonna stay calm okay we're not gonna do anything crazy all right you just need to follow the rules as you're told and also it's speaking of rules there's gonna be some things that you don't want to do that your manager is probably going to give you is like a job to do or a bit of like a chore or whatever but if you don't like it if your managers told you to do it or anyone higher ranking than you you just do as you're told okay okay but like what if someone's being rude to me then what am I meant to do because I can't just sit there and let them be horrible well if someone is genuinely being rude to you and you feel like they're attacking you almost then you speak to a higher ranking yeah but that's just snitching and snitches not stitches so well tell you that sometimes life doesn't work like that okay and it looks like Evie barely ate any of her bacon and eggs because she's been laughing too much Evie what are you laughing about um I can't say because she'll get mad at me just say it you know it's practice person it's not go Angry
