My €1500 quadcopter runs out of battery ABOVE the sea!! Can I still save it?

I'm a little bit worried now, because i've been flying with the second battery all over there... ...to this ship. I said return to home, but I feel like it's not gonna make it. And this is how i lost my drone I'm a little bit worried now. I'm a little bit worried now, because i've been flying with the second battery all over there... ...to this ship... ...and it said: "ohh i want to return to home I canceled return-home, because it always says this to early... ...so i hang out just a little bit longer... ...and then... ...I said return to home, but it's against the wind! So right now... ...I'm at two and a half kilometers, with twentyseven percent battery... ...and I feel like... ...it's not gonna make it,... ...because the wind is too strong. Sooooo... ...the wind should lay down a little bit... ...and give me a break. It can do a kilometer with 10 percent battary... ...normally... ...and I got twentythree percent, two kilometers, so it should be able to just make it,... ...if the wind is not that strong. And probablay I'll have to land over there and not here. Well I can see.. *stutter* Probably I will just make it. It should! It should! Wow. 18 percent.. seventeen hundred meters (1700 m). Wow! You not gonna... ... ki... you're not... kidding me... I... 15 percent and one and a half mile (he meant killometer) to go. 14 percent, 14, I think I'll have to land it on the sandbank. It's not gonna make it. Thirteen percent. Twelve hundred (1200). It's just gonna crash right in front of us. It's just gonna crash. It's gonna descend. *loud beep* Wow *loud beep* *loud beep* *loud beep* What is happening? *loud beep* Low battery. *constant "beeb beeb, beeb beep,..."* I just landed on the sandbank over there! It only had nine percent battery! Wow! It's all over there! How do we get there!? Je! *laughs* Now I need to find a boat! To get my drone back! Seriously?! At least the sun is shining now... We gonna ask this ship. Because it had to go against the wind. That, that's why it failed... But... Let me see. I think the only option is that we go to the harbor and get a boat somehow to pick it up, because... ...we can not wait here and it's too far to swim so... I'm gonna go to the harbor now in a city nearby and I'm gonna try to find somebody... ...with a boat who wants to go there with me. I just wanna pay the guy whatever he wants. We need this one and the camera. The deal is the harbor guy found somebody with a RIB boat who wants to drive us over there... But It's a drunk shipperman. So we can not film him... ...and he doesn't want the boat to be filmed... ...so we have to leave that out of the video. We found a drunk shipperman to bring us over there to get the drone back. So i'm happy. Yehaa! I think I can easily find it when i walk out there. As long as I am on the sandbank I will find it but now I can not see it. And the ship has found a good spot where to put the boat. this sandbank is just way more big then I ever thought. It's huge! I know it's out there. They are yelling at me. I think, they think, it's dangerous. Or maybe they allready got it. I see them having something white. In their hands. I think they got it. Wow! I got some great guys wth me! One of them is my son! Oh man! What an adventure is this!? Who could have thought that? Well anyway... I don't even care that much, because... ...you can rent a rip-boat... ...and have some fun... ...and so I did. I have some fun. We rented a RIB boat and we got the drone back. So... ...it's fine with me. Oh boy! You have the drone! Where was it? - Just more closeby? - Just along the coast.
