today we overcome a time Tony when you were put in a closed room yes tell me about that um I guess I got in trouble from talking and so they put me in this room but it is the room sorry not very big it is full of all this stuff - what kind of stuff with a flow of this wood canned food some boxes I do have pictures I'd like to see it please okay so there's no TV in there in a wheelchair and some canned food it's a storage closet yes sure okay any other children put in a storage closet yes there's other children - the door work could you open the door and get out it locked this door handle is broken how many times we placed in the room five six days always because of behavior just we were talking not doing the right thing Shoshanna where are you in school now Tony come on entry so you're back in you old school Jonah how you doing pretty good doing better yep when you were put in this storage closet Tony how frequently did somebody come in to check on you every few hours miss Myers I'm going to start with you how long have you been Cornerstone I came at the end of October of five where did you come from from hilltop so top is what hilltop is another private school in the community how long would you been at help out off and on for 22 years did you graduate yes when in 2002 is when I completed all my credits so you work the hilltop without being college graduate yes because our curriculum is accredited are you work there without having a degree in education yeah that's up what is your degree in I have an associate's so you don't have a bachelor's degree in education no I do not because our curriculum doesn't require it this is a school for special needs children to the curriculum comes from Texas fully accredited by California's educational system I didn't ask you for the brochure answer is the cornerstone Christian school a school for children with special needs no but you'll accept children with special needs yes we do what special training do you have to deal with to who have special needs I have an AC e you don't have anything I have an ECE you have nothing I'm talking about the school you have an associate's degree they wouldn't permit you in most jurisdictions to teach at any school I'm asking you what special training anyone at the school other than yourself because you have no educational background to treat children with special needs you don't have a bachelor's degree in education and you don't have a master's degree in education and certainly don't have a degree to teach children with special needs I would see you for a lot more than the return of its tuition how dare you how dare you take children who have special needs clearly this is a young man who came from a school where he wasn't functioning appropriately because he had certain behavioral problems you took him into your school you have absolutely no background and children with special conditions or handicapping conditions you don't even have the requisite credentials to teach in most jurisdictions children who don't have special needs what is your educational background I graduated from high school I don't know what your definition of a special student is but I will tell you that the only special need he needed was to be able to sit down and work at his pace he couldn't keep up with other kids so ordering when entering let me stop you right there reservist let me stop you right there sir someone who has a high school education does not have the credentials to tell me or to tell anybody who happens to have a little bit more than a high school education what a special-needs child needs I worked in the Family Court for 25 years I know about children with special needs I know about children who have ADHD I know that children who have learning disabilities I know children who have behavioral problems and if what you're telling me is that you believe that your school and the people who teach and I use that word very very loosely or who guide sir very guide very very loosely people who have no more than an associate's degree recently acquired have the skill to take a child for whom they have done zero testing no we're destiny zip who tested them I did you have a high school degree sir no I look at him with the curriculum and you're not even asking about their curricula listen mr. England I'm telling you sir you're wrong mr. England this is not a give and take situation service because you're not robbing it's not a give and take situation sir I don't think that I have to listen to nonsense about two people who have a bare minimum education where you couldn't get a job in most governmental institutions taking the child with clearly a behavioural special need and putting him in a closet a closet bed had stored food with a table and a chair and told him to work there during the day and somebody who worked for 22 years to get an associate's degree when it is said they need to go to the bathroom judge them for the plaintiffs name out to twenty seven hundred and fifty dollars that's all step out secret - doesn't October yes

Heck! ...... Locked in a closet is a lot better than the biblical punishment for a stubborn and rebellious son. Deuteronomy 21:18-21 recommends that townspeople should stone him to death.

Ugh... Judge Judy getting one thing correct doesn't change the fact that she gives actual working judges a bad name, and her fake "court" show is a disgrace-- This kid's case shouldn't have been in arbitration on a dumbass show, it should have been in a real court where those responsible could face real criminal charges for child abuse.

I went to Catholic school 5-12 grade and in the middle school they regularly had nuns teach who had no formal education beyond being a nun. They also liked to wrap your knuckles with a wooden pointer when they thought you weren’t paying attention. Ah the good ol’ days.

We had a similar show in our country and I've also seen such shows on other European TV stations. I can assure people that in the case of the shows with a judge and two parties, which I watched in my country, at least some of the plaintiffs and defendants were actors.
