want it to be something that this is the dress you have to buy because this is the one that's being put in your face knows it's the right dress Diane doesn't want to go any further she feels like okay this is it let's wrap it up you want to talk with Mom inside you're certainly welcome to and I'll put the other dresses back and whatever you feel I personally don't think in an hour and a half you can make an a decision on a dress I feel be sure Melissa Diane she was wonderful with Melissa but she didn't find the dress my daughter found the dress okay because my daughter was the one that brought that picture in and said this is the dress I want to try on so now I daughter fell in love with that dress it look beautiful on her what I'm saying is of course it's going to be pushed down okay well this is the dress well I don't know what else I would put on you I mean there's the other look with the other dress that's like this was the Kenneth pool which she wasn't as happy in I think the bride feels that she's in a store that has like 1,400 plus samples there's no way she's just going to try on three dresses try another dress and think about my mom is hesitant only because it's the first time and she just wants me to be sure with the purchase and she knows how I am I don't want you to go home and say well I maybe I should have tried a little more dress as Melissa cuz I know you Diane did her job she got the right dress she put it on her it's the first time we we go shopping for dresses yeah like I I I don't want you to make a decision and and you really didn't try on you know a few dresses I'd rather be short I don't know I was just like wow this dress is like insane it's so beautiful but then again I feel hesitant to purchase it only because it's the first time I tried it on so it's like it's it's bittersweet it's a Bittersweet feeling she wants to know if they'll hold the gowns for day I don't like to give a final price on something and then find out that the bride is vacillating other things on as well yeah she had four or five other the dress usually when I give the the better price it that price is for the dress to go it was the dress Melissa came in wanting to try on and when she did she loved it I want her to be happy with the choice that she makes and if she needs to go and think about it then I think that she's entitled to that but even with a new sales price Melissa's mom has talked her out of buying the dress today we put on something a little more traditional aine not too much poop my fiance every time I came up first person I would look at is his face and I could just tell that you know oh Joey's not going to like this I don't like the top you don't what don't you like about it it looks like like a fish like a fish scales oh because of all the the pleaing and stuff they ring looks like a fish she can't come walking down the aisle the first thing I'm going to think of is she looks like a fish I've never in my life heard it be described as fish scales it's it's nice it's elegant it's just not oh my God I guess this is like prom on crack so I guess that's you know she's got to look the best all right so let's go do another one I just didn't get very much to work with I didn't know how to read it Audrey's at a loss and she's hoping that manager Elise can save the day I'm looking for her and I can't find her course Elis is always on Roll escapes I need help what happened she had said that she wanted something with have all Beed I saw her in I saw her in they didn't like that because that gave her JLo butt Liz has a vision of how she wants to look Joe probably has a vision of how he would like her to look also and that wasn't the look he wanted her to have we were strategizing about exactly what was happening with the family Dynamic that was going on that rouan that would be per she could do a dropped waste if we if if he liked the roou it would be we'd be finished by now if we can find a dress that blends a little bit of traditional with a little fashion forward then maybe we have a sale here I'm going to take it what the hey we're going to try and Elise pulled a dress they gave her the best of everything it had a bit of tradition but yet it was a little fashion forward with the kick pleats on the bottom and the organza very soft very flowy Elise is about to learn firsthand what Audrey's been up against Jesus who wants to go first you don't like no I'm I'm not crazy not white enough yeah looks dingy boobs look good but the it's it's dark I think everybody had their own idea of what they thought her vision should be you don't care for this one no there always seems to be something wrong it's not that the bottom is so flouncy right it's not flattering to you it's not I just really hate the color lots of opinions but they were lovely don't get me wrong and I said to Audrey the last dress put that on her it does have rouching but I think maybe we can trick him into liken the dress all right well we have another one in the room okay okay so let's put that one on and see what happens with totally fine with me if that dress doesn't do it you know that's it let her go this is an aine she has her rushing she has some of her beating and she has a longer train it's a nice dress pretty it's pretty it's okay I was happy with that last dress that I tried on I just like this right here I think looks I like it's flattering I don't feel like I have to suck in as much no the reaction that I got out of him today with that last dress where he was like yeah that's nice yeah I kind of like that wow that was it this is definitely the best choice it's a lukewarm finish but for this family it's the best so far I'm excited cuz I I like that one a lot so we'll all talk about it and see now you'll have something to compare to when you try on other dresses exactly I think that Liz in her family I think they have a lot more shopping to do before they really know what they want she'll find the dress and I'll do my best not to judge when I see her in it oh look at your mom I know she doesn't like it I she looks like an oke with all the leaves I don't like that skirt at all is she kidding me I don't know what do you think like it I I kind of like the pickups I mean I think it's a romantic look I think she must have had a few drinks in the dressing room while we weren't looking you don't like it no honey it's not you the mother's looking at her straight ahead saying no I don't like this you look like uto chokes but what do you think what does she think she wants to probably now go throw up I think the veil got to your head I didn't like the way the top looked and I definitely did not like that skirt you don't like the pickups no but that doesn't mean you can't like them yeah if you absolutely love the dress and want to look like a white a white oke get the dress this could be a bit of a challenge for me this is going to be hard okay next next sorry I know they're being rough on you oh no no it's fun the third dress I liked it right away and then when she put the lace on it I loved it even more I could tell like with the aine it was very flattering I always wear turtleneck and they were kind of making me like I wonder if like a bridal gown comes with a turtleneck I really hope your mom likes this one me too well what do you think you know what um the mom is like you got to be kidding me okay you what you you like you like this one it's Victorian looking it is Victorian this will come off okay oh so then it's just plain yes that's too plain without the the top uh-huh and you don't like the top and I don't like the top it's not you honey I really liked the dress I really thought it was a beautiful dress and I was kind of surprised that they really did not like it it's not me no I'm victoriia yeah I know no no you're not it's not you you see that she's absolutely in love with the dress and then you just totally Crush her what do you see her in I wanted to hear that answer to that question too what is going to please you what's going on here I just didn't know exactly what she wanted me to try on I don't really have a preference because we don't have the same taste but I want her to look the best she could possibly look like that I would never wear for myself do you like all this up here like even if it didn't have this and had the little cap seve that would be pretty but this to me is like cuz I I'm claustrophobic let me show you I mean we're trying to make the best out of a bad situation I'm not I want this dress but she's showing me she's questioning me what do you want the mother is not smiling at all they wanted me to sit here and cry with my tissue [Music] baby that her 37 year old baby you show no signs of happiness that made me sad what do you think of it now it's pretty that is gorgeous you're right you think it's flattering yes yes it is yeah absolutely I think great yeah I just want to get a vill for her the mom girl everything we're trying on her is bashing forisha to have a difficult time with somebody that's a little unusual you brought the picture in of this or yeah I wanted I saw this on the website and wanted to try it on so what do you think of it I it's beautiful it's a it's very different from anything anything I want you to come with me and listen to her mother okay all [Music] general consensus on this dress now no love here well I don't like what's going on in the middle it's hard to tell because is that supposed to be up is no no right you know that her silhouette is much higher so even in her size this measurement is not going to change what you want to do on this dress is do this see that's what you want to do to because that's her that's really her silhouette so that's why this dress you know no yeah so that's okay okay it's a very very hard sale you feel sorry for the bride it's turning out to be not a great happy experience you can see it's getting um sort of like a Psycho Drama actually I like both of the dresses can you believe that dress they're pretty you scare me you know that the lace is the one that she loves how can you why would you chop it down I kind of like the turtleneck you did you did yeah who is this girl what happened to you did you get dropped on your head while we left the dressing room Louise just hates everything Marie was frustrated beyond belief you know she broke down what honey no I think this is the dress oh you do oh do you like that oh my God is it I think so yeah oh okay when you're making the decision about the dress you're picturing your wedding day and that's when I started crying I was very surprised when she burst into tears and said I think this is the one that's not a dress I would wear when the bride started crying I think it it had to do with a lot of frustration she's trying to get her mother to love the dress I could tell that was a dress I could see myself wearing on my wedding day that was definitely a dress that I think is more me and my style this was a great compromise so is this the dress I think yeah yeah I think so cuz I don't want to be going through the tunnel and you saying well do can we think about it can we think about it overnight it's up to you if you want to think about it sure now she's going to think about it which is typical of her I don't think they're coming back I don't think we'll ever see them again Marie and her mom never came back the bride with the threeyear lead time is beginning to annoy Audrey I really don't think Laura is here today to buy a dress I think Laura is here to experiment we're definitely going to show her this one and we're going to try this one that's that's it now we're talking finally I'm thinking this is absolutely stunning I like it a lot it's got a great great neckline to it it's very flattering and sexy but still classy and tasteful this makes your boobs look great she had the body for it but the person Al it wasn't there effort you have to have a certain kind of flare and she was very sweet and very wholesome girl but uh I appeased Tom here we are next one this has a similar feel it looks like you're shedding it's the lace it's like a chanelli lace I don't hate it I'm just trying to get used to it there's a very interesting texture with the lace on it which I'm intrigued by and like cuz it's very unique it's interesting maybe you feel it's just not for her maybe it's not for her I think that's how I feel I just don't know how much it's me the store is closing soon but if you want I'll bring you one more dress I feel Tom had a lot to say about the design of the dress not once did he ever say that she looked beautiful in the dress it was only about the dress you need someone to see you in the dress not see the dress and obviously I'm not selling a dress to Laura I'm selling it to Tom I think this is going to be perfect I think but I'm not making the decisions we're going to have to see what Tom thinks I brought you in a balll gown from Kenneth pool okay and this is a pull that I think is going to look well okay this is just something that I picked for you okay I trust you oh you don't know who you're trusting I was a little skeptical at first I wasn't huge into the the full ball gown skirt whoa it's big step up here be careful it don't you like how little I look I love that once I got this SL though I had a completely different impression and I definitely felt like one of those that amazing bride feeling that you have I'm sorry but that is just I me look how figure flattering this is this would be my choice this is the kind of dress that people will wet their pants over surprisingly she loved it Tom loved it and it brought a smile to my face to see me please not only the bride but her friend as well they so pretty I know I it just this is my element I I don't care if you're gay straight celibate whatever they want to know what the guy thinks I definitely have two very very strong choices right now and I don't think she was any way shape or form ready to purchase but in the future kleinfeld's still here hopefully we'll see her in 2011
