up to the valley are doing very well. At 549, let's go back. To Roberta for today's weather. Hey you know what, Sal? A couple of days ago, you texted me a message about Phenix, right? So you got me thinking about a particular graphic. It was you? Yes. You're my inspiration. Thank you. So, okay, let's take a look at what's been going on in Phenix. I started messaging our producers probably about four weeks ago saying we've got to keep our eyes on Phenix because their average high this time of the year is 109 degrees. And look, these are the temperatures they've experienced each and every day since the beginning of July. They have been above 109 degrees each and every day. And in the forecast today on this 28th day of the month is 115 degrees. Again Now, when you look at that 119 and 118, those obviously were record set. This past week, but they've been nearly as hot as Death Valley. And I don't see any kind of improvement as far as their average high is concerned until potentially this Sunday. Next week will be much better for them. All right. For us, this is our big, beautiful bank of low clouds and fog that we welcome and embrace here in the Bay Area . It does supply us with some cooler temperatures. Tuesday was the hottest day of this week and will be the hottest day until at the end of the month. What we're looking at today is morning cloudiness and a summery day, an overcast start for your Saturday, then lots of sunshine on gray morning on Sunday. But Sunday's going to pan out to be the warmest day of the weekend. Now, right now, we do have clear skies and Clayton, 53 degrees. It's clear in union city as well. North bay numbers 48 in Windsor, 49in Healdsburg. Those are the coolest temperatures I've seen all week at this hour. Meanwhile, Peninsula, we do have some gray skies and pillar point and also in Montara in the 50s it's dropped to 49 degrees. Now in Woodside and across the Santa Clara Valley. All eyes on Santa Clara for tonight for the Taylor Swift concert. It is currently in the 50s going up to a high today of 81 degrees. Now, meanwhile, these temperatures are up to eight degrees cooler than 24 hours ago. The winds have been breezy east of the bay, flat around the peninsula will blow westerly 10 to 20 today. This trough right here, it's a good thing it's churning up our marine layer a little bit earlier so everybody can enjoy our Friday. We're talking about 62 in Pacifica to 79 in Redwood Shores as low 80s and Cupertino and Campbell 88 and Concord outside number today 90 degrees And your extended forecast does call for very little movement in our temperatures each and every day until we welcome the first day of august.
