back in farm country again we're looking for 7330 that ever the one that we the alarm went out on and it was causing a code we got the alarm it finally came in and we had to get it down there to order it from Canada so we got that but now it's out in the middle of the field they said said they used it for I don't know over a week digging strawberry plants and now all of a sudden every time they turn to kion it blows fuses so I'm not sure what fuses it's blowing but they finally unhooked it and they went got one of the old 7120 case isn't stuck on here then him guys are kind of spoiled they like to creature comforts of the newer calves on the newer dawn deers but I can tell you one thing them also have anyone Tony's they don't ever quit they just go and they go and they go so they're on their line because the cab's not you know it's nice is that 7330 is but one thing about it ain't going to break down every five minutes I'd like dawn do your stuff I don't get me wrong but any of this even then knew even the newer case stuff I don't really care for a lot of the newer stuff I work on a lot of it and I just they've just gone way way overboard with the electronics you know I mean there's just too much of that junk on there anymore I mean there's a controller for the seed there's one for the air conditioner there's one for the engine one for the transmission one for the hitch one for this one for that it's just you know and they just I don't know because they could just simplify things a lot more by doing things the old way like you know what's wrong with a lever pulling a lever and a cable that goes back to remote you know instead of I don't know you know once you learn how to diagnose them the stepper motors and stuff like that aren't too bad every once in a while you'll run in the one like that 6400 I did then where it won't throw a code so you have no idea what's going on that's what can really kick in the ass you know most the time when they feel a code they're pretty easy to diagnose but for the most part there's just there's just a lot of things that they're getting a little bit there are over engineering some of this stuff that can be simplified quite a bit I mean all we're trying to do is go from point A to point B and move a little dirt that's all we're doing here you know and I don't know now they've got a little star green star and an auto farm and guidance systems on them and it's like getting in a [ __ ] space shuttle really is so I don't know listen to me [ __ ] but you go and work on something like that old grader I worked on out there in the woods and it's just mechanical hydraulic clubs in it you know a wet klutz and just stuff like that then you come out here and you work on one of these newer tractors with 13 onboard computers and it's like dumping from the Stone Age into the Space Age so anyway out of the frying pan and into the fire we're gonna go get after it and get this thing figured out see where the got a feeling the wires running around the corner close to the cab or probably rubbed and they're rubbed on that corner post that's where they always seem to sort on those safety three 20s and the 30s though we'll go see here shortly okay well you get how much fuses then the fuse panel something I'm making noise right now making like damn boys it's a controller it's a controller making noise back there Oh bear with me I'm saying if I put this coat up that's the only codes it means control that's only act of okay here we go you see you codes water in fuel water and fuel filter signal voltage high causing that's the sensor right here well yeah the waters broken to you but they said it's blowing fuses so we're gonna figure that problem out that can't be unless that wires come over against something and I gotta see what fuses it's actually blowing what's the single start they don't have it in part we get going on here [Music] see now think sucking through this one here I gotta figure out what's going okay guys serious something out here pull the line off and I know there was no fuel coming out a lift pump lift pump wasn't kicking on this fuse down here was blowing on the bottom down here engine systems restricted function let's see if it'll most likely look up and get primed back up it's gonna take a little cranking to get it to start see if I can fix that more than fuel sensor on it how's that [Music] anyway my flashlight I'll show you what I found back where that lift pump tucks up under the frame rail look at wires we're right up against the frame rail smashed between the pump of the frame rail [Music] it's kind of weird you know that water fuel sensor was not broke off like that when we looked at this tracker last time they had this problem with the fuel code and they were screwing with [ __ ] and ripped the wires off the fuel what water and fuel sensor let's make sure it starts it's starting now there's still water in fuels sensor code it's the same thing that ninety 703 [Music] how many [ __ ] fuses did they put in that oh they got some uses here at least it's starting now you know that lift comes keeping everything primed it [Music] okay is there any fixing this or is it broke off right inside when they busted it off right inside right inside that they busted it off I guess I'm not too calm because it's broke off inside inside the water in fuel center it's broke off let me call and see if I can get one if they got one over there now Jerry rigged up in the bottom of the water in a little Center just to see if it gets rid of the code and it did there's no codes at all now don't caution light flashing so all right so I call Pappy well there they got a water and fuel center in stock I'm gonna send one them guys over to get one because that's going to pop out of there and go through a code again [Music] yeah I wouldn't start before so just [Music] farting right up make sure nothing comes up no messages you just play okay well I want to go back and mess with some other things I got a tee for 110 it's like D rated or something with a urea problem is that the shot and I got a 64 30 there and I got to get a loader out of the shop so I got a lot of data well I'm coming back out here again I went in there and told them that I got all the codes out of the 73 13 and he says well I always had to heard about what happened out there about 20 minutes ago and I what ecology said but you're here he said I guess the 6170 are number one out there stolen some kind of code and derating or something so he said can I ask you to go back out there I said yeah I'll go back out there and we'll see if we can find this 61 70 artists out here somewhere I don't know why these guys got to irrigate the road like that make any sense strawberry guys so that's an 8000 series there right there okay this might be the one I did the engine in last one came remember if it was number one or number three that I did the engine on she'd be able to tell no wasn't not this one because I put a new head on it and I did not paint it I don't think I painted it well this is not the one it was number three once no one I rebuilt the engine huh I'm pretty sure I didn't even paint the cylinders at heart no no it wasn't this one I mean these these lines here don't even have a wrench marks on them the fuel lines has never been touched on it okay yeah so it was the other one whose number three so when I rebuilt the engine you think about it sometimes no news is good news see ya knuckleheads kind of cool to pop up in the same just get some kind of Khujand turbocharger actuator fault engine power eliminated active exhaust filter clean unavailable continued operation will result in the loss of machine availability well that's an easy bill to figure out I heard it cycle though let's check it one easy way to check these actuators exist okay so let's move in there let's do a sweep test with our laptop I'm gonna go get it fired up okay so we're here texting in here to load up why is my involvement it means you have to have a computer to work on these things all the time you have to put a spot oh that would probably be why it is not working son good makes a huge difference okay now that we have uncorked or it's my ass alright now I know the 8000 series you can do an actuator travel test I'm not sure about the 6r I can't remember just go to G hit it go around the same guys I know it's tough to see six-hour series somewhere down here and the diesel injection control you that connector there they got one stock over there and I told them you better go get one instructors gonna do rate on you out there in the middle of the night when you're digging strawberries and you're gonna be down well you better go get the part so we can get it fixed maybe is eight come on babe or dukkha sack okay decreasing engine power vgt tonic actuator calibration vgt actuator position okay so those are our codes let's see here summary job of cleaning go to settings I think you can do reprogramming VGT learning values beyond the 8000 series you can actually do a travel test let's try it on this okay so excuse this calibration only the vgtv a position has been replaced well I'm not gonna listen to you there and activate with engine off yeah yeah first piece off press turn key to stock press confirm all right so it's off wait for approximately 90 seconds I didn't hear that VG t even cycle when we turned the key off and she'd be cycling right now you know and getting this travel I mean it's it's screwed up so that's one of the first things you want to do is go grab the linkage and make sure it's not froze up and I've seen a lot of guys change actuators on them and they didn't check them I mean that that rod doesn't move where the BG T goes into the turbo then it's stuck in a turbo and sometimes it takes out the actuator too it'll break the little gear in it cuz it tries to force and turn it and it'll strip the little gear inside the actuator so usually if they seize up in a turbo it'll cause cause two problems it's not something wrong with it it's not doing anything turn on the ignition start the engine first confirmed alright we're gonna press confirm now wait for 60 seconds it's cycling it now self-calibration area unavailable gokhan lawsuits laws of machine availability that's usually if they won't calibrate they're screwed up you know reprogram me these values done the actuator itself probably right that the position sensor is probably screwed up in it it doesn't know where exact let's clear that those two they're cleared this one here here so let's go to brown actually here [Music] opening [Music] there's little actually a reason whoa actually two okay position VTT actuators status point eight warm desired vdt vein position zero volts doesn't seem right huh and then nothing up here use and all of the lifestyle closing position all that [ __ ] says zero that ain't right and let's go it's still a 41-7 handful system does not react correctly so one of those thing we'll do a poor region with that code in there because I could in there it's not going to see that's the thing I told them you need to get this fixed because it's gonna it's not going to read you nor anything till you get this thing fixed and there go we don't need to do it I was just kind of curious if it would do a service region I can get to quit during the region I went in here to disable click it and then with backhoe Auto and that shut it down ok let's let's start it back up and see what kind of cool it pops right back up I'm sure that actuator codes gonna come right back up you know I need to wait for this all the schools just to shut down [Music] all I can hear it it's real slow yeah you can hear it wine and yeah it's that actuator you can yeah it's screwed up the actuators it's real slow let's pull that actuator off the motors bad and that actuator the mechanical system is not so the motors the motors dragging in it is what it is you can hear it to you let's get it off of here Oh wires and cables okay let's get the hit on it you remember these actuators are and you have the current line going to them so you're gonna lose a little bit of water and you pull the whole thing off remember last time what I actually did yeah it had an Allen in the end of it that's what it was then you pop that off right there on that Allen plug it back here and there's there's right there's to plug in for that's turbine speed sensor going above it yeah this one's never been changed got two eyes two little brackets holding down on there goes through the turbine speed sensor as well oh we get it 7120 coming [Music] [Music] little spot okay he's kind of here towards the people running in the field on [Music] Hey turbines beat sensor separated from the actually harness coolant lines it there is no need in return oh I see it comes into the actuator that comes out of the actuator feeds a doser valve and of course it's not higher than they can overflow tank so if we pull it off we're gonna have water everybody whatever work he the actuator so we're just gonna have to hold off for days barely at all is better yeah there so there's just one two there's four bolts here holding it once we get which is hard anyway we're gonna beat that Allan out of there disappointing it's bad the way if I got take this whole damn bolt pop this lines out and we're just gonna be doing kind of a quick swap over it's gonna be about an hour so if he gets here so like that really that I better close the hood on it and pull the key out of it so I get back put all the nuts and bolts inside and I hate getting my hand burn the hot exhaust yeah I just hate it it's not a very pleasant experience [Music] okay I need to get my laptop everything nothing's to put that and run back let me howl and that time I get situated there pull that off that way the tractor isn't on fire when we get back Oh we just let that hang down there for now let's get the key drift out of it this is another strawberry if I ever showed you guys in depth the other ones okay the same principle is that the big one you guys looked at I mean you can calibrate those at the kind of calibration code there's no really no need to really I know I just stick them on there do their self calibrating ECU that was where it was turbo code at 1569 there up the other ones were dr8 good so put in clear um you know what all right let's let it shut down and see what it does here just to make sure I got the water and fuel sensor for that 7330 over there - you treat it just like the TV's gonna go start the tractor okay so we're good to go all right so there's terrible axle interchange on that I just got to tighten these to hold down bolts up for the little brackets here and then she's good to go I'm gonna top it off with water I didn't I might've lost maybe
