I remember watching this live and screaming encouragement at Mo through the TV. I was reminded of it today because my performance this morning was almost exactly nothing like Mo's!
Great race all around. Mo's kick is deadly and as an American Galen Rupp taking silver was incredible as well.

Amazing how tactical simply running around in circles can be. Salazar must have been thrilled when he saw Rupp come past Bekele in the final straight. I think it might have turned out differently if the Kenyans had sent one of their runners ahead to push the pace, instead of letting Farah dictate the race.
Looking forward to the London Marathon! Can't wait to see what Farah can do over the longer distance.
Best feeling while running is to space out and imagine that you're on the last stretch of marathon or 10k.
