Minivan camper advanced conversion

hello YouTubers and dear subscribers so finally I can introduce you my minivan conversion uh camper conversion I didn't post any videos for a while but I was busy working on it so let's start from here here as you can see I have a 110 volt input which is using regular uh 15 amp extension cord and it's mounted on a bumper instead of on a solid part of a body because I have some sort of electronics here subwoofer wiring so I didn't want to mess it up so it was not so difficult to drill through the bumper and there is a on the inside there is some sort of vent which I broke couple of um uh pieces of uh it looks like Grill so I had to break couple of pieces of plastic to pass the wire through so it was not a big deal and I placed that Grill back so um it prevents I guess Wildlife to get inside on the top I have a the largest I think a cargo box I could get 2100 XT Atlantis uh here we have aftermarket camera mounted on a license plate and it works works with my carplay which I'm using along with um factory radio let's open the back and see what is in it just to let you know I was using the same concept um like in my previous and the very first minivan conversion and the only minivan conversion before this although I did couple of things for other people that asked me for help if they were local uh okay so the thing is the rear portion mounted permanently it's uh very solid it's not going to fall apart of any vibration but two pieces on the front uh section one and section two removable with a little bit more effort than my very first minivan conversion because of the floor plan and this one is a bit different uh and the the the floor is different it slops down a bit so it's very difficult to uh level cuz I guess the only leveled area here is my garage but it's uh kind of difficult to work in a garage it's too tight anyway I did my best and it came out pretty good so let's start from the the back as you can see the back of the cabinets are open um is open so um but when the gate is closed it's uh holding everything in place um even small items don't fall out uh simply because it flashed it took me time to ad adjust everything properly before I came out with the uh proper size also the shelves removable uh to put larger items or just to clean them all the way in the bottom I have um in that part of trunk there is a battery house battery install which temporarily I'm using my old car battery which was not even crank in the car but it Powers up 12vt stuff a special LED and even my 12vt TV but TV drains so much power that if I turn it on uh together with lights the lights will deem uh here I have my electric connections um six fuses with indications indicator lights if they blow the lights will turn on uh right here we can see 12v powered USB with touch sensitive on off this is USBC in the middle and two A's on the top and the bottom uh switches powered but not no load on it yet I haven't decided yet what I want to power with the switches rotor KN with on off and dimer for the lights which I installed instead of entertainment console which contained if you remember my some my previous video two monitors and uh storage compartments and also lights and controls for rear AC heater which is gone here I have a indicator for voltage and some other things here but I didn't connect everything yet I'm waiting for my um proper house battery to be installed before I do all this okay so the doors push lock buttons swing open all the way 180° pre-large compartment this door goes goes down and in a a horizontal way like this I may install some sort of chains or rops to to keep it open like this so I can use it as a night table to put my phone or a couple of te this the same way opens down huge trunk section on this side we have 110 volt Outlets a USB a USB C the same 12vt uh powered USB hub with one C and 2 a touch sensitive power on off the uh heater core and air conditioning was rear e was removed to gain extra space and uh also AC was not working it was leaking so I decided not to uh try to fix it because I don't really needed on the back so I top off AC at the level of Passenger SE on the bottom and um it AC only works on the front so far the rear core heater core is not removed yet but I already purchased the thing to recircle it underneath of the car it's about the same level as the U their hoses going down there there is no possibility to do it under the hood because of the construction of that the design doesn't allow me to do that so it's only can be possible on the bottom under the car so I have to wait till gets warmer anyway um so far I eliminated the duct which was taking all the space here and to use the space properly I put LED light in here also original speaker still here a little compartment storage compartment to put little things here bed uh is made to accommodate um trifold mattress 3 one width and um I think 74 in long but so far I'm using um fullsize memory pad that I got from um uh from somebody uh which basically I cut it in half which gave me about 24 in uh two pieces by 24 in and so I glue them together with Gorilla Glue and um also altered them uh the pad cover so it's not mattress cover and it gives me 4 in nice uh high density and um uh memory form it's pretty comfortable already tested okay also uh snaps here to hold this curtain blackout curtain temporarily but um in the future or for the season I'm planning to install curtains here on the window it's alling process the bed was designed so this part will lift up to make a louer uh and to secure in this position I had um crossmember here which was removed because um that part limited access to um a trunk and I couldn't put my pretty small cassette toilet which is still brain new it's not used it just was um tossed around the garage so it may look kind of like worned out a bit but it's still brand new uh so anyway I made a floor for the trunk uh so what else yeah but I'm planning to put some sort of pipe here cut couple of holes here and some notches here to put the pipe here so it goes uh right into this cut out piece and uh it will will be secured in certain position or maybe I made couple of cuts here so um will be different levels that can be lifted that's a good idea I didn't think about it okay let's see how much space I gain by removing this thing also my idea was to make my minivan for one person uh camper not two but in case if our I want another person or the time comes to share this mini one with somebody else I may uh build extra pieces to be thrown here and I will somehow design probably some sort of uh points here where that can be placed on top of it to add extra space I will that will be for future thinking but right now that's what I have and that's how it is right now let's close the tailgate and go to the front Okay once we come here we see nice couch and a table this table was originally installed well it's made to be installed here originally because the swi seats which go here and there uh they swi around and uh you can have party of uh five people comfortably sitting around the table and having tea if you'd like on top here I have a omnidirectional antenna for my TV okay so here I have a little switch which Powers up the light inside here when it's nice and dark outside and nice and cozy inside um this light adds extra comfort and ability to see what's going on also reading light which is pretty bright okay yes that's my 12w TV okay so table I intentionally didn't place all the way in and lock it in place so it's going to be easier for me to remove it to show you uh because uh you really need two hands to do that so there is a Leever pull here this lever over here when I pull it I can unlock the table from the leg uh and legs got locked in into that t um how' you call it okay let's uh hold on let me unlock it I'm just going to put my phone down for a little bit [Music] oh it's not that easy H so what I have to do I would have to place the table in here that didn't think it was going to be is so difficult un lock the table okay I have to unlock the [Music] [Music] leg Okay so piece of work but when it's done with two hands it's pretty easy okay so kitchen area as you can see it has a electric faucet with a switch built in and it's only one option for cold water or warm water if you'd like also it can be folded down little dish Rock I'm using this nice cute bowl for sink Bute stall my little speaker um nice microwave galance 7even uh 100 watt switch to turn on the lights inside of this shelves oh my God I have so much stuff it's not organized yet I just I just finished this building process okay doors here doors here another power outlet 110 volt here USBC usba my little entertainment multimedia uh player with 2 tbte hard drive loaded with movies TV curtain temporarily I already purchased the um curtain rod to be installed here okay also besides all of this what you see I have 12vt input here who the hell need this I just have it okay uh okay what else is here to show okay the bed this is removable and when the bed is down it also can be used with additional uh construction option structure option it can be placed here it's the same with um to match between the cabinets and the bed platform it was intentionally made that way so uh to install some sort of extension lots of storage underneath and some kind of like Hiway storage where I place my batteries for my royi cordless tools and I forgot that here so the hi the way works pretty well the bat is very sturdy it's not moving anywhere and amazingly I don't really remember where I secur it besides uh besides one point here that's the only actually point that I have it tied down to the floor and that thing holds it so tight I can't even move It shake it I can't even shake it I should say okay this is uh my roobi um 800 watt inverter that thing is not the best but you know for emergency it it did a job when I need it okay let's uh um unfold the bed I have to watch my oh also I wanted to say um these legs over here this one and the other one they prevent uh the bed to go and fold all the way flat to to to the other portion they hold it against here so it doesn't allow to go when you lean on it okay so let's open the bed it's weird to use one okay okay so once the bed is open secure the legs in place Bingo you got the bed as you can see the bed is wider than the mattress for the reason because I said the bed was made 31 in wide so in 31 in mattress okay so I guess this is pretty much almost forgot almost forgot I'm trying to do it in a hurry because gym and dinner time and whatever here under the floor we have five gallon water tank the water pump the only gravity water fill up is not connected yet I still can't find I have two of them I can't find I don't remember where I put them and I don't feel like buying another one for my collection so um yes here I have a window blackout uh on that side I also have window blackout that one installed uh almost permanently behind the cabin I can't gain access there anymore uh I have two more made for this door and this door and so um if let's say I wanted to watch movie sitting on the mini van hiding from my neighbors that's what I'm going to use okay oh yes by the way they are here that's a blackouts that go there and I disregard the mess I'm I still have to work on it it's my Ryobi tools that help me to build this conversion okay one last thing to show is this uh side so it uh has Total Access to the back over here so haven't decided what's the option I will have here um but so far it's open um I will probably go the same idea of using containers and as you can see the water is not connected yet nether electric that's my cute Bowl I I'm still deciding on on this to be honest with you either to use this one so pretty I don't want to cut the hole in it uh dilemma okay so uh this is it thank you for watching please leave your comments what you think uh I guess there is nothing else to do with this anymore although I want to install trailer hit so I can have my platform on the back and carry generator when I need to take it with me because having it inside although I don't G it up until I get to the campsite and the uh canisters I keep in the trunk there on the top um it still smells especially after I use at the campsite although I'm burning all
