mini weekly vlog! getting my hair done, grocery haul, & ulta haul

[Music] good morning guys and welcome to today's vlog can you say good morning good morning say hi are you saying hi thank you jacob so happy huh it is currently probably like 11 45 and this is going to be a little bit of a weekly vlog we filmed a q a for the first vlog going up this week oh gonna get down we decided that we will just film a little bit throughout the week which normally we just vlog like throughout a full day we'll see how you guys like it even though if you really like it we probably can't do it that much because it's just easier to film a full day versus like pick the camera up on random bass because you have no idea how much wood you have anyways i just shot a couple of things i got stuff out to start thinking about lunch cove has some leftover cafe rio she's gonna have i'm gonna have some avocado toast and probably a few bites of this i got her her own burrito i've started getting her her own food in a lot of places because if we share it then we don't have enough for leftovers the next day so big girl are you mickey oh you want mommy you want your mommy huh we might need to wash this today i think we can put a new outfit on you because you got some stains on my new favorite shirt that you got let's get the size on this we got this new tower yeah so i've mentioned before that i love malaina siciotti's videos she just is the cutest her daughter is a few months older than cove so i love seeing like what i can get for when cove is a little bit bigger so i think it was on instagram she posted a link to this little tower and i've been wanting to get one of these but i didn't know when i should get one i think coke's probably still a little bit too young because she's not walking she'll stand up for a while but it's probably the shortest one the shortest one you think yeah but anyways this is it's like a kitchen tower thing so we can put it in the kitchen and she can be like helping us like make lunch or whatever just kind of like see what we're doing she loves to be up there seeing what we're doing either like us holding her or her sitting on the counter but obviously if she's sitting on the counter it's like a little more stressful no how did you get you got through the diy baby gate this is not set up all the way huh you want to go play upstairs but anyway so i'm excited to have this and even if she's too small for it now she won't be in a couple of months did you find your pjs oh thank you so much thank you yeah thank you so much oh you want it back will you let me help you oh oh okay dad set that up i think you're gonna love it cute should we go try come on let's go pick out an outfit and then we'll try come on go upstairs oh thank you you're not gonna be able to reach it you can't have a binky right now okay he's trying to get those binkies huh so that you're not tempted also going to take her sheet off because it's laundry day okay got a cute new sheet swapped in some different pillows now let's you can help mom make avocado toast yeah that's your food huh no you want a piece of bread that's for this fall so she has a little bruise oh what are you eating did you get a piece of that she did oh my girl this is gonna be your new favorite huh you can help me make your lunch okay oh you're just gonna eat a whole piece of bread okay nice cute baby no not another one you just have that one all right here is cove's lunch today she has bean and rice burrito avocado and veggies my latest discovery is frozen veggies so easy i felt like she wasn't really eating enough veggies she eats really healthy and i was like oh there has to be like an easy way because i can't cook something every time then i was like oh duh frozen veggies so we use those quite a bit for her meals i feel like pretty much every day at lunch and usually dinner i'll either do that mixed veggie thing or corn or yesterday i did pee so easy way to help your baby get their veggies for me i'm gonna have some avocado toast and probably a few bites of this burrito i'm sure she'll eat more but that is for lunch today guys if you didn't know the secret ingredient to avocado toast is seasoning salt dude why are you giving away my secret it's a secret for a reason the other secret ingredient that i thought everyone put on but apparently they don't is lemon i couldn't eat it without lemon i also want to give a the description we just got our groceries delivered and i'm gonna do a quick haul of everything we got starting with this bread that i have never seen before i think it must be a substitute to what we normally get we got some eggs we got milk two cans of pinto beans four packs of this instant brown rice some of my favorite chicken and biscuits a new scrubber for dishes some more pepper and mrs dash some chickpea rotini vegetable broth lemons avocado limes green grapes that is the most sorry little thing of bananas i've ever seen we only got three tiny little bananas some broccoli sweet potatoes carrots zucchini onion some lime rice tortillas and strawberries that's everything okay it is currently 3 p.m i'm about to go to ulta i'm gonna pick up a couple things i was gonna bring the camera but i hate vlogging wearing a mask because like the audio is so bad and it's already so bad when you're out in public so i'll get two clips on my phone and kind of like montage style and then i'll show you guys what i got i'm gonna go there and i think i might go to michael's to grab a couple things for cove she's supposed to be sleeping we've been trying to shorten her or like push her afternoon nap back if she doesn't take it today this will be like the fifth day in a row but every time i say that people are like oh do one nap she's not quite old enough for one nap yet but i need to do instead i mean it like depends on the baby so if shortening or like spacing the naps out more doesn't work we can try one nap but two is super helpful right now for all the work stuff that we do seems like she is going to sleep she just needs more like awake time in between she's down half an hour later today and i'm gonna go run a couple errands which i never do okay i'm back i'm gonna do a little mini haul also didn't even have like the number one thing that i was wanting to get but i did pick up some of these clinique concealers the even better concealer so i got a couple of those i didn't know which one was my shade and you can't like touch anything in there like the samples and stuff so i got some of those i'm going to be working with them soon ooh this is so cute and then they also have this moisture surge pop that i thought looked really fun i got that to try out and then i got this i don't know how to say it way way texturizing hairspray like dry shampoo and hairspray had a baby oh yeah i always see jc talking about this but i've only heard her call it like the texturizing spray i feel like or maybe it is hairspray i don't know but i thought that it was gonna say something different so i don't know if i got the right thing but anyways i got that to try and then these are some of my favorite chapsticks the burt's bees that's not focusing but the pomegranate flavor and then i also got a little size of the dry shampoo of that same brand but i wanted to try the bali body self-tanning stuff and for some reason they don't have it at my ulta so i'm going to have to order that online maybe i don't know look at a different ulta there's probably one close but then i went to michael's and i went in there what did i go in here to get kind of forgot i went a little bit crazy i went in there to get some pipe cleaners so i got these and also some of these little pom-pom balls whenever i'm on pinterest they always show diys are like little baby toys and stuff that have those so i got some of those for cove and then they had a bunch of halloween stuff out so i got two of these little things so that she can like try to paint them she still doesn't really understand if i ever try to have her like paint something or like a color she usually is still just at the age where she wants to put everything in her mouth but i did get her some paint brushes i also got just two colors of paint i got orange and green so i thought that would be a fun little halloween fall activity and then i figured we would probably carve pumpkins at some point so i got two of these little pumpkin carving kits as my haul from ulta and michaels okay guys it is now wednesday and okay never mind gotta go because the light just turned green hold on okay add another red light and i'm actually going to get my hair done and of course i'm going to be a few minutes late because i somehow cannot follow the map you guys live in lehigh you know that the construction there is so confusing and stressful i accidentally took the wrong freaking exit and now i'm on like all these weird side roads so i texted my cousin that does my hair i was like oh my gosh i'm so sorry i'll be like five minutes late and she's like no me too don't worry so i'm like sweet okay finally here i'm not even gonna fully blame myself for how long it took me to get here because i swear there was at least like two or three times that i followed with the map sat and like took a turn and then it told me that i needed to like make a u-turn so i don't even know but anyways my cousin also just got here so it's perfect timing i'm going to go inside the hair swan is so freaking cute in here so i thought i would bring the camera and show you guys i don't even really know what we're going to do with my hair i never do anything that crazy i also haven't like vlogged in the car like going out somewhere in so long so it won't be fun to bring the camera okay ainsley is going to get my color but look how freaking cute it is in here look at that beautiful mural they have so much cute stuff these cute little puff things and like these tables and stuff are so cute too it's so cute in here so here is my roots before i think she said we're gonna just like bring up the blonde and still leave it where it has like a little bit of a root but it's supposed to look like that so that i don't have to come in like every single month to get my hair done because my hair actually grows kind of fast i like when it is like a little bit grown out yeah basically we're just like touching up okay i'm finished but i wanted to show you guys how cute it is in here it is seriously the cutest they have like a little gallery wall over there if you guys can see all the lights are so cute everything in here is the cutest thing ever okay so here is what my hair looks like not that different but basically she just like brought the blonde up and made it so there's still like a little bit of a root it looks super cute we didn't cut it or anything last time we went like kind of short it's grown out a little bit but i think i'm gonna keep growing it because it is too much of a pain to always have to have like five bobby pins to put it up in a bun yeah this is what it looks like got a snack for the road i also have my water and i am not going to get lost on the way home [Music]
