Millionaires $3,000,000 ABANDONED Lakefront Party House l What happened here???

all right guys so today we're exploring this abandoned lakefront property pretty sweet you can see Lake Ontario behind me and if you look this way you can see the house pretty cool place I think it's either going to be demolished or it's going to be repurposed not 100 sure yet but it's gonna be pretty cool so let's go check this one out you can see here guys the back of the house pretty pretty house off the stabilizer just quickly but here's your tennis court I believe here is your in-ground pool just over there Lake Ontario we're going to start at the back this time I'm just going to show you the view right away so if you look just back straight here got your nice pool that a tennis court I guess and very nice view of the lake pretty stunning sun room right here it's a very country-esque type home in my opinion so we're in the main living room right here see there's like a bong or whatever right there this is again a nice little room here that's interesting good design on this eh [Applause] they've Left Behind quite a bit of stuff honestly nice little fireplace with some marbles surrounding it I'm not quite sure what's happening with this one but uh it's more like most likely getting redeveloped I would guess okay it's a massive washroom guys nice little chandelier in there too women's washroom interesting that's what I thought this is the bridal room so I guess they're using this as maybe a place for brides and stuff to stay before their wedding kind of cool pretty basic room though guys that comes from July 2021 this looks like this would have been your master right here pretty cool it's got a nice door right out to the back of the property definitely seems like this could have been a bridal sweet after somebody's wedding here or before their wedding very big vanity with a nice view of the property outside got some blue tiles it's kind of funky so I did notice if you go through the washroom here you can end up at this I guess a little bedroom right here really nothing much to it staircase you can see there's a lot of stuff just sitting here left behind which is kind of weird very big lights I believe that they're just renovating this house personally at this moment there are some signs of it being like properly abandoned but in my head generally this is just going to be re developed and made in something new you can see that there's stuff on the ground but kind of an interesting little lakefront property this is your front entrance away with a marble flooring right here I did start at the back though because Ethan is here with me and he was starting at the front didn't want to overlap the audio for you guys photo book 64s when these photos are from interesting looks like they pulled up some parts from this house already too kind of interesting all right we'll head upstairs because it's kind of interesting it's just a singular room pretty much it's a very weirdly laid out house it's like a bachelor pad almost up here I think based on how it was probably like a a wedding venue type thing that's what they use this for maybe this is where the groom could get ready or the bride could get ready got your hookahs and stuff this is a very wild washroom foreign that's weird it's an old fan in here hmm wow that's a lot of seeds in there it's fairly modern though the house looks like they had a pretty cool fish tank yeah a nice very nice lakefront property that is for sure oh whoa so unfinished another fish tank maybe they grew out of that tank storage space it's kind of weird foreign basically nothing crazy guys like the little design in the window here though that's pretty cool so I did come and look at this before but like the basements got a bunch of everywhere thank you okay basement's kind of interesting don't know if it was worth getting down here but a little storage area it's a literal pile of crap [Applause] crap then there's like a little Reception Area down here that's what it looks like probably just more storage a little furnace room nothing crazy I think that's pretty much it guys alrighty guys I hope you enjoyed this explore of this Lakefront home pretty cool it's a shame it's in such bad shape so thank you so much for watching hope you enjoyed make sure to like comment and subscribe and I'll see you guys the next one [Music] thank you [Music] foreign
