hey everyone Carlin me--there for Fox Sports West standing inside of the change-up kitchen with the one and only chef Roberts chef how you doing today I'm doing amazing today how about you I'm absolutely amazing as well and right behind us we've got all kinds of delicious food that we're going to be tasting today but first the fans that don't know you guys serve the players this food almost-daily right that is correct and if you come up here and have say a brisket sandwich or some of the dominican food you're actually gonna be eating the same food that the players eat on a regular basis that's kind of cool thinking I could be eating the same meal as my kraut right now that's amazing right I think that's pretty cool so cool well I don't want to waste any more time we've got all this delicious food back here right now and we've got a bunch of players coming in this kitchen are you excited I'm super excited I can't wait for them to get in here and try this food let's go okay boys come on in well yeah let's do it get in here come on here we go here we go man wherever you want to meet you I put your fingers there please are you guys welcome to the change of kitchen you've been here before I've been here before have you veneers timer we're gonna dive right into it and taste test what do you think looks good first what do you wanna do fake it to the chicken on the truck circuit the chicken okay chef what's in the chicken all right this is our oil grease Otto okay and I know we've served it to you guys numerous times throughout here support Dominican braised chicken with some dominican rice and black beans and some ago dos which are fried plantains oh my gosh okay bring it down put your eye out there I can't wait to see what do you guys what do you think good you guys really really good for dinner up for lunch what's the what's the deal yeah dinner the most part yeah what do we got next this is called petit Neal this is braised pork when you were growing up going to the ballpark did you guys have food like this cuz it's just hot dogs and nachos hot dogs yeah it wasn't nothing like this for sure do you have a favorite that you can probably check and finger ken just I like nachos I'm big nacho guys chicken fingers good way to catch ball game like can we just call you the chicken finger and now you can no scratch that [Music] what do you think are you eating down there yes are you sure is anyone watching in all I know is there's two forks right here and there's so much okay there it is okay all right so now we've got some sandwich alright moving on we got some sandwiches we're gonna start off with our house-made smoked Cajun sausage then also we have a pit beef sandwich what's a pit beef beef do you know I'm not the chef okay you guys gather around grab a slice see what we got and the sausage is a little spicy as well right there all right fellas thoughts your riot is spicy is it that's good though are you do you like spicy stuff yeah I love spicy stuff yeah it's kicking in now oh yeah oh do you guys shut ani [Laughter] all right our last two items that we're gonna showcase this year in change up kitchen we have an Italian beef sandwich classic from Chicago and then all the way at the end our house smoked brisket we smoked a ton of brisket at the stadium okay about 40,000 pounds of year Wow oh my god we've got Red Alert that are on the ground we dropping food good oh good good okay Pullman you got stuff all over my shoe there's stuff everywhere man this one's a little messy but it's really really good so hey do you cook at home there right very nice to do it what's your favorite thing to cook at home on wood that's the nice dish to have it sees learn something new every day maybe next year on the menu we have a Pokemon what we should do that yes please put him on the spot you should fellas thank you so much for stopping by trying this food yet again if you were to tell angels fans to get to the change-up kitchen to try some of this food what would you say to bring everybody in here yeah I think there's just a little something for everybody here and definitely some good sandwiches in here and just get food to kind of complement a ballgame there you go [Music] incredible well said guys thank you so much for coming and chef Robert thank you for making awesome a kills it every single year [Music]
