freezer so this is a mild chicken korma oh this is it this important beef cheeks feel just really soft and tender okay so these a bit more sauce yep but we're not this is key to this Michelle we're not going to add anything we're serving all her food right so the only thing we're focusing on is presentation so I can I can pimp them up a bit Oh completely you've got to give it the full room hi Michelle probably all over my shoes so now it's time for Michelle rude Junior to heat up all of Margaret's defrosted food and serve it straight back to her in his to michelin-starred restaurant [Music] they're taking em you booked under police round we're off we're off it's happening and so now you know tonight you are going to be trying a taster menu first leg a brush and so if you could let us know your honest feedback at the end of every course we'd love to get your real opinions on how the food tastes enjoy your meals will be this is our menu this is made entirely from Margaret's food up first we have vegetable soup which was found in her freezer and this is now cappuccino didn't it you mean so we're gonna forfeit up light and fluffy and serve it and the beautiful denny tasks something that looks very fancy in that market just a little oh yes benefit so Margaret's frozen vegetables soup has been heated up and given a posh French name cappuccino legume [Music] the risk into Plymouth which means fish pie basically crisp on that tell fish pie and you've taken off the potatoes and you squirted it back on the top plugged it back on but it's all her mash all her filling amazing service only vice versa so Margaret's frozen fish pie has been heated up and renamed parmentier domicile bisque delivered [Music] since what did you do to that fish I don't know manga while you put peas in it would do that now I'm really excited about its course because we've had two very average reviews so far the beef I would sit down and eat no problem totally I think it's lovely that's looking very good I'm very impressed with these Phillips they've been beautifully cooked beautifully cooked Margaux that's coming from the shell route you have Michelin miss Linton Margaret so Margaret's frozen beef cheeks with parents is now presented as sugar booth Lizzie Oh God we don't know what this is exactly it's pretty nondescript but kind of chicken flavor I think we can serve it with actually the korma I'll reduce this down and you're going to call it look Judy Cantrell which is roughly translated as the juice from the freezer the presenter I think she loved it must be the sauce Margaret's frozen chicken korma is now Blanca to valet and London avec [Music] so we found this chutney in her freezer and we've just messed it up and you've decided to pop it on your favorite I think it's a great sponge this will come with a coffee we don't know if it works together because you're not trying it but you you're confident all right well it's your chutney and it's your sponge you didn't determine to go together but Michel Roux has decided it will work and well you be the judge service so Margaret's frozen sponge and chutney have been united to make the tea for [Music]
