thank you so much you can sit down I didn't do anything um I noticed that section up there you guys didn't get up cool well that's before I do comedy so as far as digging into the Bible stuff I love Isaiah 60:1 one through six you can treat that and let me know how it connects let me just say what's up to all other campuses and stuff what's up other campuses it's a lot of money we got a lien like Jackson Hole Wyoming I never been to a wild well I went there a couple of times there was no purpose I just was there though I was there and then I went to Cofield prison that was fun we'll talk about that later yeah Oh Oh y'all just got out well welcome welcome they're here I like that orange jumpsuit man it's awesome oh so listen when I talk to you even though you're watching that it on a screen really cool like because there's no comedy it's fun but I also want to go like the song said I like to go deeper so we're doing this really cool meetup in the DFW area so I'm gonna be like 120 people but we do some cool stuff like that randomly so the first hundred twenty to show up is we're gonna do it we're gonna dig in and be funny it's gonna be more than funny but this is a website you can go amazing so my wife is so awesome but listen I just became a Christian it's not like yesterday bill while back and I didn't know some rules a bar on Christian ecause there's some creepy Christians out there first of all let's be real if you Christian you don't know any creepy Christmas it's you yeah yeah your friends no one they know one so before I met my wife I access go out for a day she was Christian I didn't like I'm so blessed my wife but I didn't know is she I said hey you won't go out she's like I can't I'm dating Jesus right now okay you dating Jesus alright well I don't know how you do that's fine two months later she called me you still won't go out but you broke up with Jesus like we're like what happened like first of all he forgive you for everything what did you do like what did you do to make Jesus say you know I can't do this that's okay I'm out I'm our father take this cup I can't do this I can't so what I want to talk about today is I want to UM I want everyone in here everyone watched I want you to understand that there's something amazing that you are called to deliver right here on this earth like amazing you specifically not all of us not but you specifically there's something amazing for you to deliver and you actually anyway so there's four things you got to do there's four steps you have to take to deliver this amazing thing like it's so dope but you gotta deliver and I can't even tell you what it is but you kind of know to some degree so let me tell you about when I got baptized here I got baptized because I saw the video and it reminded me let me just go on record when black people get baptized it's a little more dramatic cuz we're like water I've just some thought out there I'm not I'm not saying all black people don't like water it's just all black people I know we won't mess around swimming this is sister right here what's your name is sister you swim see I don't even know her she like know I'm saying all that who knows so I'm just saying all black you want no and the sister right there don't swim so first let me tell you how to learn how to swim right I'm me and my dad fishing off a bridge I love fishing and grew up in Michigan we fishing a fish not biting my dad's like hey let's have some fun [Music] that's how long on a swim fast forward some years ago I'm about to get baptized I have not been submerged underwater since the bridge I'm standing the water right do gonna push me I'm like you know what I'm not ready yet I'm not ready I'm not ready he pushed me again I'm like it's gonna be trouble in the water you push me one more time it's gonna be trouble in the water that's what's gonna happen and then I'm all creative I'm gonna start thinking wait a minute so white dude he got on a white sheet I don't know if this is right are you gonna let me up are you gonna let me up this is not a six minute baptism and apparently when i baptize you they say in the name of the son the father the Holy Spirit cook cook dunk you under well I was reading the Bible that Jesus got baptized but what did I say to him it's like you your daddy your best friend [Applause] so the first step you have to take with regards to fulfilling this amazing thing that God has for you like you guess something for you to deliver the first the very first thing you have to do is you got to realize that you did there's something for you to do like the first you have to know it but you can't just know it in your head you gotta know it in your heart so I was at this prison in fact Cofield prison who's watching right now I was at the prison like five years ago right and I got out so the same day anyway so I'm at this prison it's not the first time I've been to a prison but I'm at this prison I'm talking to the prisoners and then I have my camera crew with me and I figure hey let's talk to some of the prisoners and comedy has a way to just show up well me and comedy just follows me so i'ma show you this video cuz it follows me but then also do some other cool stuff that goes on in this video so it's kind of like a man on the street interview but we're in prison so I'll call it man off the street I think he's the best house it's uh eight and a half years how long you been in I've been here about seven months I've been locked up for two years fifteen months you got your name on your say offender okay cool um what do you think about today rosado's for the shadows of every needle a trend la palabra yours there are no city la felicidad the yours cannot thrive as a nosotros he said he got filled with chunks today to the Holy Spirit so that is awesome man oh snap is at the bars I didn't even notice that did you ever say hey I might want to now had these go teeth yeah you know actually when I get out on give me the Hollywood Hollywood smile what's that veneer the vanity all white cool that's what you had at first oh brother hey first but I'm gonna get it back when it's I'm all black mole removal I would move black mold can't you just say I'm a mole remover we know you're black you got some ink on your chest you got some ink Oh what does it say it says uh man you ain't got to touch it and stuff why are you talking to me man are you rub it on your chest why are you talking to me man no it says a wise man knows how to defeat issues without raising hand he who does is fine faith but not in anything that you do this Wow what you here for I'm a salt [Applause] read your chest do so we had some truths in his head but it's not necessarily it wasn't in his heart there's a huge difference there's a huge difference so um I like to pay attention and stuff like I realize like I love people like I just I really do love people even though I'm kind of an introvert offstage but I do love people like and I noticed some things about men in particular like I'm a hugger which is cool but some men like all men actually we have this rule around a hugging that we've never talked about like it's not written down anywhere but we just kind of know it there's some rules of two men a to heterosexual man we hug we got rules and the fellas in here right now you're like what rules are you talking about cuz but when I say um you gonna be like yo that's a rule that is true that is true so here's the first route vers rule is we know our hug is gonna last no longer than 1.7 seconds and the way we know it's over is every time we hug we tap out tap tap release every single time you just tap out alright bro tap tap release fellas you ever tap out and they don't release tap tap tap tap bro I was doing Morse code on this do back that have to have to have to have to tap to have to have to have to have to have to I tapped him so hard he burped I'm like dude you need to release you you're supposed to release I don't know what you're doing right now another rule we have we never talked about before we just noticed it's a rule man we notice right here it is left hand under right hand over tap out release we've never talked about this before we already know left hand under right hand over tap out release you know how I notice as a rule fellas you ever had somebody go under under dudes you can't go under under you go under under I got to go over over now we slow dancing that's what we're doing right now we are slow dancing right now we can't you can't go under under it's another rule this might just be my rule but I'm pretty sure there's a rule across the board I'm six-two if you five - we can't hug man I'm sorry I don't know what to do with your head in my chest there there there there there there there there I'm tapping out tap tap tap tap which is I don't know what to do with the step to that you need to do that you have to do if you really want to fulfill this amazing thing that God has for you particularly is uh you clearly have to know that you have everything that it takes like you've got the skills you already have it you can develop the skills and go to school you can like but you have it already like it's in you God already put it in you suck at this friend that I went to school with Marcus Marcus is great like we weren't just friends everybody thought we were brothers he actually thought we were twins that was a good-looking dude Marcus is awesome anyway so we grew up with each other since we was like six years old like and we're just like we've always tight like he would go to the store and in my parents they knew we show up and we got the same outfit it was weird we would go separately anyway we used to always compete at everything we used to arm wrestle we do everything to compete and my dad was always around in my life my dad is awesome Marcus never met his dad before just like a bunch of other kids in my community but Marcus was he's kind of a thug really so we hung out but sometimes I was like do dueces my dad no I can't do that but one time I decided what I'm gonna do is I'm a race Marcus cuz I play football I was safety and receiver in high school I had some and I was pretty fast so I'm like I'm a race Marcus so one day in high school we couldn't find our way to class I don't know what happened if they moved it we just couldn't go to class so after school that I went to they had this thing called a catwalk or catwalk is like a covered bridge that connects to buildings right and it's and just this catwalk was long as maybe like a hundred yards or so and at the end of it they would have doors just like they have in most buildings with the bar that goes across you open the door and then the door - hydraulics slowly close the door so I'm at one end of the catwalk and I'm about to race markets and I'm like listen here here's what my plan is he don't notice but I'm gonna run real fast but then about halfway through I'm gonna kick in full of speed and blow this dude out the water so I'm like all right on your marks get set go and I take off running and the dudes right next to me and I'm running and I'm running right then I'm like I'm a kick in the gears and I kick it in real hard I remember closing my eyes cuz I kicked it in so hard over my eyes and Marcus is right next to me and I'm running hard then his dude says to me in a calm still voice are you ready and this dude takes off I mean he just blows past me I'm like what the deal I didn't know he was that fast so then I had this idea imma get Marcus to race a king Jenkins you understand I came Jenkins is the second by less than a second he is the second fastest high schooler in the state of Michigan he's only the second faster by less than a second like like he is crazy fast at first they don't even want to race each other but I put a little salt in the game I was like I can Marcus said he heard us - I'm just saying I don't know if you want to show up enough so we couldn't find our way to class again it was crazy right so these dudes are at one end of the catwalk I'm at the other end of the catwalk and I kind of I gotta be real with you I want Marcus to win but there's no way cuz this dude's the second fastest high school so I'm at one in I'm like on your marks get set go and these dudes take off and they are moving out and Marcus is actually toe to toe like right next to keep it up with the second fastest high schooler in state of Michigan I'm all excited go Marcus go go Marcus go and there I'm moving out then Marcus turns and a calm still voice it says are you ready and blows this dude back he ran so much faster that he blew through his door and then when it closed a king was just getting his door crazy skills abilities and talents already in them but never really developed he didn't he he has excuse after excuse after excuse as to why he can't do stuff one of the big things is he never met his dad before nobody was there to encourage them just because you haven't had a relationship with a father doesn't mean you can't have a relationship with the father I would argue but I would argue a lot that on some levels in fact actually when he was 24 years old I counted he had been in and out of prison 18 times by age 24 but all of this talent not just athletic talent but he has so much skills so much ability already in him and it's stagnant but he can get it done he's in prison literally so and I want people don't understand I want you to really really understand these talents the skills some of them who know about what some of you don't but I want you to understand in fact I got a video to help you understand how you are actually prepared whether you know it or not just want you to know that how you better than everything good know it's been kind of hard lately I've been getting getting bullied all the time as it's getting to be a regular occurrence I don't I don't really know what to do bully brawl you don't understand I've been preparing for this moment there's no bullying you were prepared I think it's time I show you something I think it's time I show him something take your jacket off show me the dad Zack that's how you dab right show me at me now show me the Nene [Music] you're ready show me the whip okay show me the floss doing that stuff so here's my point some skills some abilities you have and you're not even aware of them because they have to be revealed to you by the father like even some of the pains and some of the hurts you've been through can actually be used to propel you into what it is you're called to do you may not understand it because maybe some of these things makes you angry or upset or frustrated but the father can explain to you how they can be used for good so there's another step this is one my favorite steps or that was step two point five step three is I just added a little sticker that I wanted to show the video really step number three is uh you have to get your feet where they need to be like you literally need to just get your feet where I need to be and the coolest part about this step if you you've already done that you've can't you show it up here today you decided hey I don't even know some of y'all don't even know why you're here you like this blazer Oh what what happened I thought I was going to see I thought it was just jokes the whole time so first thing you gotta do is just this step is simple you just get your feet where they need to be and you don't have to understand everything like how many people here understand how a microwave work I mean exactly in detail how did how it works you like y'all I'm just I'm a hungry step one put the popcorn in there and now see so you don't have to understand it all at first you just gotta make this step and you've done that you're here so the first time ever performed out of prison right I was scared it was uh was in Washington the state of Washington I'm scared for real I walked into this prison the warden takes my belt from me I shared the story before but I want to help you understand what how a steps are important so I walk in and the warden takes my belt from me and I'm there to do comedy I'm like hey I'm doing this big event I'm going to prison for hand it's a captive audience this would be awesome so walk in the warden they take my belt from you can't have a belt they might try to hang you I'm sorry what what happened why we what hang me that's not on my contract I don't know if you read it or not Brooke hey like I'm in prison my pants loose it's a bad idea I'm just saying like I had a belt but when I came in here then I'm walking in and I'm scared and Britain they got bars open in front of you some bars close behind you to bar somebody uh no I'm Tom ball welcome home so I'm scared I'm walking this prison I need a joke immediately I need a joke immediately and I'm walking in and I start out I got like seven to ten guards with me at the beginning we're walking in like yeah we bought these jokes and I notice like people start dropping off all of a sudden like like there was a sniper somewhere so I'm like what's going on like suddenly I get down I got two guards left and then they stop and the the bars open they like all right let us know if you need anything I'm like wait a minute what and the bars closing my hold on where we are going where we are going and explain to me that's as far as they can go they gave me this little black box with a pin in it they said if anyone tries to attack you just pull the pin and we'll come in here help that's the plan that's what we're gonna do that's the whole plan just pour it opinion what if I drop the box somebody else got the pin they're like man and then and like what I don't understand what's going how's this pin gonna help me they end up in a lot of pins work so I'm scared I got all sorts of excuses as to why not just because it's scary I don't know what I'm walking in and they're prisoners and there's no stage there's no glass we're not gonna comedy on the phone hey bruh two dudes walk into a bar bro like I don't like and I'm walking in and I remember I get it's probably about 15 steps and all the prisoners are in this big circle then this big circle and there's a little opening in the middle where I'm supposed to do jokes at and I'm walking through prisoners and stuff and then I got two steps left but I don't have anything funny popping in my head nothing but I'm walking in and I'm walking I take just I got two steps left before I settle and then probably two beats after that they'll know that I got nothing I don't know what's gonna happen and I'm not sure if this pin thing don't work so I go ahead and I take the first step a little the second stand I got one step left I lift this foot up nothing nothing nothing and I set this foot down and for real sitting in front of me it's a white dude with a white beer named Moses I was like thanks Laura when I said these words of Moses the place exploded and laughter and we had an amazing time I said Moses this what I want you to do when you see the prison ward I want you to look him in his eye you look him right in his eye and what you say let my people go for real here's what you gotta catch though I didn't know what I was gonna say or what I was gonna do until I got my feet where they needed to be you guys have decided today to get your feet where you felt like they needed to be and in the last step which could be seen as a hard one there's a baby crying in the back it's not that harsh a client cool is that your baby cool cuz it's always weird when babies start crying and then somebody start walking off with it the baby be like oh like we don't even know is this like we don't even know if it's the baby or not like it could be the baby I don't know they're different colors maybe so I don't know adoptions awesome anyway focus Michael jr. focus told you to lower your expectations so the last step which is the most important stuff because why would you do all of this stuff why would you even get to this point I know with some of these steps God has been working on you guys before you even got here probably whatever that looks like so the last step is simply to invite God in you just invite them in because something amazing happens when you take that step okay there's a sentence there's there's three or four words you can use at the end of any amazing story and it makes sense to people I'm gonna tell you right now so here's an amazing story I met a lady who had a tail like for real actual lady she had a tail um I was at Walmart you see what just happening at first it was like no she had a tail that's crazy outside Walmart oh yeah yeah yeah I know her I know her yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah I know her I know her oh no here's my theory I don't think the people at Walmart are crazy I just think when you go to Walmart we become those people I think it's all of us like soon as you walk in three T fall out suddenly you got on some house shoes you like where these come from I don't even like bunny rabbits I don't even like bunny rabbits why do I got on these house shoes and these pajamas where is my jam buds come from because you walked over that threshold or you became anyway that's just creepy okay so me so so you have to make a choice to invite him in you got to make you you actually have to do some movements when I say vitomir talk about actually deciding choosing to invite Jesus into your house now at first I'm telling you before I did this stuff was creepy this is some creepy Christians thought that stuff was weird to me at first but now I understand it's creepy everything like it's um I got a friend who's Muslim who does comedy dude is hilarious does comedy we're at the airport not too long ago together forget the airport and he-man cuz the people keep stopping him at TSA he-man really just cuz I'm Muslim I dude you not hurt it says I'm the bomb that's the problem I'm just throwing out there haha I wanted to stop him I was gonna stop him anyway so it's creepy everything like everybody every group of people like everybody got their uncle willow off anyway so you have to invite him in so I got this story that I like to tale to explain to you what it's like to avoid Jesus in literally so the way I came up with this story is I was writing a joke I was preparing to do some TV show or I don't know what I was doing right but I'm writing this joke and and it was a joke about the good room how many people here know what the good room is raise your hand okay how many people don't know every campus how many people don't know what the good room is okay so the good room you actually know it just didn't have a name I just gave it a name so it'd be easier to talk about the good room is that room in your grandmother's house or your aunt's house or maybe your house it's that one room that's better than the rest of the house okay nobody go in there's plastic on the furniture it's really just for looks how many people know what the good room is now exactly so I was writing this joke about the good room and there middle of writing this joke I felt like God stopped me and said hey instead of making this a joke I want you to turn this into a story and tell it to my people so they can fully understand what it is there's something amazing I have for them to deliver so this is this is a story I normally do the story with some music some improve there is you as fast man last service he went there and he ran out you got some skinny jeans oh I almost started a fire it's crazy so Froome skinny jeans like fellas like if you a grown man you gotta point your toes put your jeans on you're making bad choices like you just you make adventure understand all right so sorry you play well it's awesome but you're making bad choices anyway so so here's the story so I want everyone in here I want you to imagine every campus I'm talking to every campus in our H I'm talking to you I'm talking to you I know you're looking at a screen but I am absolutely talking to you so I want you to imagine imagine that you are a house this is about having a relationship with Jesus imagine at your house and outside of the house is Jesus Christ and he wants to come in but he'll never force his way in he actually wants you to invite oh man and the reason some people are here a reason you haven't invited Jesus into the house is because you're cool with the way things aren't right now so it would seem whenever you need something whenever something happens you walk up to the door or crack it open tell them what's going on say a little prayer close the door go back into the house that's not a relationship at all how can you hear his voice under those circumstances how can you really understand what it is you're called to do under those circumstances but in all circumstances who technically are in prison and a reason you won't let them into the house is because your house is a mess where you think you need to clean it up first maybe there's drugs or pornography or just a bunch of stuff in your house or relationships you brought other people in there hoping that maybe they could help you clean it up or at least distract you from the mess but how's that working out for you the only one who can truly clean it up is standing outside the door wearing an apron with a bucket in his hand waiting on you to truly open the door then there's other people right now you're watching right now you're in here right now and you used to have Jesus in the whole house and whether you realize it or not you've moved him to just one room in the house the good room have you ever notice how the good room most of the time is the one right up front with the big window it's when people look in they think the whole house is clean but it's not it's just that one room so when I hear about you coming to church they think the whole house is clean but it's not it is just that one room you quote scriptures but it's just that one room you give money but it's just that one room you got a Bible app on your phone as you look at some time it is just that one room Jesus wants access to the whole house and I'm telling you if you would just open this door and let him in if you just open his door and let him in he'll show up with a contractor named the Holy Spirit and they'll make sure the house is fully functional way was intended to and the Holy Spirit isn't something creepy and strange you already haven't it'll just be in you and you for some reason you'll make decisions you'll say stuff like something told me that I should be here you'll bill you'll make different decisions it's it's almost as if it's a navigational device to help you understand what it is you're supposed to do so you can be where you're supposed to be so you can accomplish what your toast accomplice and truly be fulfilled and be freed from this prison walking all of the gifts that they the goddess has free [Music] he will never force his way in he'll never force his way in your house he wants you to invite them in so if everyone in here if you could just close your eyes and bow your head every campus close your eyes and bow your head every campus thank you if you're in here right now you know you need to invite Jesus into your house whether before for the very first time or to give him full access to your house again I'm actually do something really really simple on the count of three all I want you to do this is so simple it's just simply put your hand in the air every head down every eyes closed the reason we have your your eyes closed so you could have a private moment where no one's looking around so on the count of three if you need to invite Jesus into your house for the first time or to give them full access to your house just simply put your hand in the air on the count of three hands are already going up one two three nice and high nice and high praise God praise God go ahead and put your hands down alright now look up at me first of all let me say this I'm very proud of you I am really really proud of you every campus I'm proud of the hands that just went up now I'm actually do something else there's no public speaking involved in this but Jesus says if you will take a stand for me before man I will take a stand for you before my father in heaven so that's gonna look like right here on earth is everyone who raised their hand and even those who should have raised their hand on the count of three I'm gonna want you to stand to your feet and come forward on the count of three this is very important Jesus says if you will take a stand for me before man I would take a stand free before my father in heaven if you can't do this say here we're we're proud of you you won't be able to do it out there and you have to stand for something so again everyone who raised their hand even those who should have raised her hand at every single campus on the count of three wants you to stand up and come forward when you raised your hand you were reaching for the doorknob but when you come for when we do this prayer you're blowing the door open so one more time this is for everyone who raised their hand even those who should have raised their hand and to help with this while you're coming down everyone around you they're gonna applaud as loud as they can but it will not compare to the applause that the angels in heaven will be doing when you stand to your feet and come forward one two three just stand up come forward just stand up and come forward just come forward friscoe just come Jackson Hole just before [Applause] Cofield just gonna throw it in our ace just come forward Grande Prairie just come forward you don't have to know how our microwave works to use it please come forward you become giving them all up to here holy breakup has got [Applause] [Music] please God where's God please God just don't hold on looks like it was very a life-changing moment [Applause] everyone is to be applauded praise God all right so we're gonna pray together now we're gonna pray this is so awesome if you're up top you just need to come down yeah come around the sides if you're up top if you're up top at one or other campuses that's weird cuz they don't have a balcony so do people they're coming around if you want to you could jump I think we got a healing service tomorrow oh don't jump though he's young you know Michael jr. told me to shut up he said it was my talent no no I did I did so listen we're in the middle of a life-changing decision and we're laughing like God wants you to laugh and have fun but it's the kind of fun that you feel good about the next day that's supposedly fun we like man I don't know what happened remember that I don't tell me blah blah blah blah blah blah and into the you marry all of a sudden you just woke up married oh snap hi what's your name so here's our gonna do we're still coming it's if there's anybody sitting down or anybody who didn't come forward at another campus we're here and you need to listen like you're struggling but you need to make this decision like you need to make this decision and this is the safe place pastor Roberts though I don't know if you guys ever met but you probably have met him who's he he's just one dude he can only meet so many people the pastor of this church is like he's a really really really legit awesome dude so if you don't have a home church you should probably check out gateway because that's where I go who's the dude is dope so we're gonna pray I'm gonna pray and then it normally depend on what campus you're gonna bring up a white dude to make it official there isn't lurking he's lurking in the corner he's lurking just to make sure it's official I'm here to make sure everything's okay I just hit the jokes I'm gonna make it I don't know why that's the white voice we quit anyway sorry sorry all right so we're gonna pray repeat after me nice and loud bold and clear dear God thank you for sending your son Jesus Christ to this earth to die for me thank you Father that he rose again on the third day I believe it and I receive it come into my house come into my heart and have your way in Jesus name amen
