beautiful so i'm trying to give you guys a realistic expectation from someone who's still relatively new to metal detecting i haven't owned you know the biggest and most expensive detectors out there i don't have a lot of experience i started with a garrett ace 200 and uh you know i'm just giving you a realistic expectation when you pick it up and you go out to the park what are you gonna find i know people focus on the you know tests in comparisons to other detectors but that doesn't always you know sum up the machine if you can go out there and pull targets i'd say you know it's a decent detector got a 70 through 81 83 here so let's see what we got under the ground let me see it's out reading 80 81. apex is getting a little bit of wet now so let's hope that she holds up we got here hey we got a dime that thing was pretty deep in there though solid 66 right here 66.67 i think it's right on the surface here probably a penny flip that guy around in there should be right here there it was what is it it's a bottle cap florida bottle cap i thought it was a penny for sure wind's still picking up got a real solid 80 right here it says it's two two bars down see what we got in here i don't want to hurt this plug too much try to flip it back should be right here what do we have was reading i think it was reading an 80. uh hello fell in the hole yep fell in the hole i think what do for a nickel have to keep a close eye on those 74.75 sounds like it's out of the plug it's in the plug i meant i guess it was right there on the surface huh what do we got here it is it is just a penny looks like a zinc penny nothing special all right guys on to the next sounds like we got something right on the surface here it's going 67 through 77. 71.72 see what it is it is a penny krusty penny yes it's ringing pretty high right here in the 70s up to 81. sounds deep the depth reading is on three to four bars so see what we got down here rain's starting to pick up a little bit i need to get a little towel or something to keep these plugs slightly cleaner i try to do the best that i can but sometimes they get a little messy the ground's not completely all right well we got a fence wire here nothing too good but something see in the next one we ain't stopping until we get rained out i'm telling you that see what we can pull while it's quiet out here huh [Music] we'll pull that we'll see 41.55 i would think that it's like a piece of a can or aluminum but [Music] i don't know out of the hole should be right here whatever it is it's right here what do we got it is a piece of a can hello see in the next one guys solid 55 56 right here that's what it was another pull tab so the reading so far have been pretty accurate 55 56 is looking like pull tab range all right we got a signal in the 40s this is about the first signal i've gotten there all day on the little uh meter there it's saying it could be a ring so it's a 45 pretty solid see what we got under there ah going down to 42. we'll dig it up what's it gonna be what is it it is junk absolute junk little tiny piece pieces some type of metal got a target here it's looking at 73 75 78 see what we got still in the hole seems like it's a little ways down in there i might have to do one more scoop of the shovel here by the way uh the settings are on zero and they're uh i think it's one away from max sensitivity not sure what this is here something pretty deep in there it is a can piece of a can oh no it's not what is that bottle top mountain dew bottle top looks like an older one there all right well now we know what that was on to the next huh you can tell here how the water is run down this hill and watch it away some so it could could have washed some targets down with it got one right here 66 62 64. see what we got in here she's out of the hole it's in here oh there it is a little penny nothing too good just to zinken stinking lincoln apex hit it though seeing the next got a nice sounding signal here solid 81. solid 81. oh jumping a little bit but hitting back at 81 pretty consistently still out here in the rain it ain't letting up that's for sure luckily it hasn't gotten much worse but it's only a matter of time get what we can while we're out here sounds like it's still in there again this was raining okay right there it is bottom of the can top of the can my bad i need to be careful though digging around with my hands i need to get me a pair of gloves all right guys that was a solid 81. it's just the top of the can nothing too good i'll see you on the next one good sound right here 70-71 solid shouldn't be too deep join me let's see what do we have here what do we got got something here uh looks like there it is it's just another penny it looks like i do kind of like being out here in the rain though no one else around no one to yell obscenities at you while you're just trying to have a good time got a solid 51 here not sure what that could be i haven't pulled many of those on the apex dig it up see what we got [Music] pop the plug out still in there slip this guy over here pull out the old pin pointer see it right here must not have been too deep in there huh [Music] this may be another signal or i may have just completely missed it it's right on top of the surface here all right guys i think i think i completely missed that one i'll go back over it here in a second but not dig with my hands [Music] we have here oh there she is it was a nickel like right on top of the surface that's my bad just a nickel guys so 51 52 looks like it's going to be in the it performs in separation but for the most part as a general use machine for a beginner that's going to go out to the park i'd say you know it's a decent machine overall you're gonna find stuff you're
