it matters that gray impressive hello it's great to be here and then I know it's been a few years but about five years now since we've seen you guys on Merlin do you miss it no yeah I do yeah I do as well I was I mean I was only on the show for a year the last season so AIT mr. Dumas and I know I do you know it's a fantastic show and to be part of and yeah we do I still haven't that I didn't get to wear every day have you still got yours okay I'm a sweet just sit there crying that's why I feel uncomfortable because nobody Sunday I'm home watching you guys got a great vantage you see each other have you seen each other much since like no I don't know his name I was like I thought I was billed with there with Tom Hopper so I was really excited and then I saw Rupert's name and try to cancel many talked about but then I realized people had booked photo ops group photo ops those no we have no banter at all no it's good we still see a lot of each other actually it's and it's yeah I know a lot of us have been bit we've been busy and so you do get to come together and and we're all still yeah we still see each other I saw Tom last week and then Bradley the week before and yeah you said you run into each other it's that weird thing it's like being a school when you're at school most people go to school for five years and Mona was a bit like that that you you no people inside now in a you argue like their siblings and and so yeah you have this kind of unspoken friendship annoyingly always probably be there a with a cap and gown most graduate we were blue the gown we got the camel no but then didn't Owen Owen Owen stole every prop known to man he lives you wouldn't be ready to guys his room and the last day of filming and he just stole all the what's that I don't know I don't know take a full bag full of people running after him I know when you can't steal that that so the higher prop and he's like in the last day be like what's wrong with the excuse walking like that we all we all got the train back from Cardiff to London together on that last day of filming and he just did you watch him in anything now he still does that like a night shift he just brings it out different there crying into his props yeah I think it was cuz you you most of what you saw with the sword fights were real you know they would speed bits up every so often but it and add sound effects but it was actually there so the choreographed and it was brilliant you'd wake up in the morning and you'd get your team out I'll actually have sword fights and it was it was great and then when you watched it back it just always looked fantastic and it was you know it's like every young boy's dream is to have sword fights so my answer yeah my fit my first ever sword fight on merlin we've I've been rehearsing for a couple of couple of months a couple months couple of weeks and and he was outside the castle in Pierre form which is where people can come watch which probably most if you came to watch sometimes and not only so am i doing a my first fight sequence for merlin doing it with Bradley who's very very good and also ending in front of a crew and also a lot of fans about 200 people watching so yeah yeah then I got and then I think I got back on my thumb and ballooned up and yeah I was horrific that's for the work in you see if you put the work in you don't get all right dad and there's a whole sort of very diverse fan base I certainly know both my sisters for a while it was their favorite show and it was something cells not anymore you know in terms of that and like your fan base you notice it's quite you know you get all people of all ages and used to watch it together we were talking about this yesterday we're saying is it's the one of the last proper family shows yeah because you know strictly and x-factor you were saying I say there they've got they've saw that they dominate the BBC and ITV sort of Saturday night 7:37 p.m. slot you know doctor who comes back and we know that's gone a lot darker now and but merlion was the sort of thing you do everyone had watch it from your children to your grandparents and everything in between so it was the first it was the last proper family show yeah I'm actually amazing about these things coming to conventions as he meet people now and as someone who was saying this was my childhood and people who are now growing up and what re watching it and and that's what's exciting isn't seeing it on Netflix now and it's about starting sci-fi again it's a whole new audiences coming to it and and it meant so much to so many people is it overwhelming how how popular it is and as you say different age groups different all around the world that's huge I've said this before I went on holiday to Sri Lanka and I remember walking down this little path in the middle of nowhere with huts and someone went Leon I was like no my my ego is getting way too big the end this boy ran out and pretend to have a soft foamy and I was like this is so bizarre and it's huge - like a sultan I'm sorry yeah no it's really it's extraordinary how big it is a worldwide and and you've been to conventions worldwide and and it's you know it's a classic story and it's it's it's great it's you know we're very very lucky to be part of it because you're a fan of the show went you before you actually I was funny if I stopped watching it when a character called sir Leon was introduced that's all people started the train no I watched season one as a fan you know I remember it was the sort of Robin Hood was finishing and it was the sort of replacement of Robin Hood and dr. who and who's always that Saturday night sort of suggest that I would watch and same with my family and I watched yeah what's the whole first season and then sort of just grew up went to drama school became an actor so it was a weird to become part of a show having watched the show and not never think that you would ever be in there or next and at that time I never thought I was going to be an actor so when I went to drama school and then graduated did a job and then suddenly they were like we're looking for a older version of this guy this headshot came through for my agent and he was a sir place of birth field sort of possible which is lovely to hear from your agent know yeah you've got the job and yes it's weird to be part of something that you actually have already a big love for you know that's nice but did it make you more nervous joining or more excited nervous and I was very nervous on the read-through very nervous at the read-through and actually Bradley made a joke and I'm in the read-through so in the reader we all got given nametags on this big round table problem not that deal that table should have made a joke anyway um on this sort of table and then I'm sat and because I had most of my scenes in episode 1 and 2 with Katie Colleen and Bradley so I so Richard Wilson was here Colin was here and Katie was opposite and I came home just sitting down with my scripts really early and everyone was coming back because you were all friends you don't be away for four months it was a big family reunion and I was sort of sat on the table and we did the whole first episode first two episodes and then when there's when there's that line with the Arthur says when was Merlin who says Mordred originally it was Arthur's line I say you don't rack you don't recognize me do you you saved my life many years ago and it was a really Arthur's line and Bradley made the joke of said of saying Mordred when a son in the read-through and I thought oh these guys are good they're you know this this is my life my life my life's gonna be hell watch out for King Arthur he's a joker no say yeah it was it was it was very nerve-wracking but immediately God helped and bro into the gang because they are you know that they were all really good friends so haven't doesn't find my way in hazing when he becomes a night that was that was it was life imitating art or art imitating life ya know I did I never got hazed but it was it felt like you know trying to get into the big boy club a little bit you know and um but the guys were great Rupert Owen and Tom and had otama was well at the time they were yeah everyone was just took me in with open arms and also because I was because I'm from Cardiff film in Cardiff my insider knowledge came in handy I know where to take them out you know have a good time first week first week I was like right come on Tiger Tiger No so you know they lovely lovely team lovely and so obviously you're Leon you're more dread you both nights who's better I'm not even gonna get testy all this oops no I mean of course you are I am much better I think I was trying to offer it up to you see but not for me I mean I hard to tell because Tom cards came out and I think just before you came is he yeah I know I took any memorabilia didn't even make the maybe see why it depends what are you basing basing it on you know he can do more with his magic so I didn't really need a sword say I would think as the archetype of perfect night I would say I'm better than anybody in fact you're the only one that's left alive at the end and yeah I'm Tom Tom as well sure yeah sure the only one of substance substance Tom's the one that can't afford full chain mail I always make this joke about chain mail because obviously Tom's got a very impressive j-mo chain mail that helps hehe his was always cut off but I I never understood more did when would you when evil that suddenly he went into what the chain mail stole and when so guys no longer good and bad and they went step this way have some black chain mail come into the dark sections we've been are mode some ordered we've been waiting for you know it's just I never I kept saying to Johnny and Julia just because he's evil doesn't mean this chain mail has to be black and they were like no no it's magical they are wedding bridal gram evil or good there's no in-between so yeah he does seem to be that perfect night he seems to fit that romantic notion of what I guess everyone thinks the night should be what do you think yeah I think so I think it's how much did you pay it's just weird playing this kind of a doughnut you know boy his own still having to keep up that I've got another go at some no yeah I think it's it's weird because obviously I was only meant to be in I think one scene and I turned up and I did that scene I audition for two nights one he got killed and then one who and yes I got the bro of Leon turned up and when I did my line very badly as people know I've got it and and then they said actually could you say some other lines and give you some more things and that's like yeah I'll do some things and then then it kind of I think they just saw the charisma I had and when this guy is going to this guy it's going if we go with this guy people in Sri Lanka will stop and people in America this show is going to become we go to Comic Cons four years after the show if we give him more scenes I think there's something great about services they kind of the nice I think what was so great is playing these roles and all of us and way that showed kind of kindness and and kind of it was all about being decent or good and evil and and people treating people with respect and and I think we'd leave us what I think we crave in well we don't do enough for and I think there is nothing of playing that's a simple character that is basically trying to do what is good and protecting people and being kind and and and that is why the show is so good and and and why it was a joy to play and do you think that I mean because one of the things I thought is you know is Leon almost too good to be true I mean he I'm cake come on come on you got to listen to this some point because you know relationship you know and then gets married she gets married to Arthur was there any kind of jealousy there I think I think what we've all said this forth him because of the nature of the show again there was a lot of stuff with the Knights especially that they couldn't develop as much as that we would have liked in terms of storylines or if things were in scripts they've got to keep to a 50-minute slot and so some things would be carton I think there was elements of that of you know Arthur was definitely the guy that everyone looked up to especially on the top up to but I think there was you know I said this yesterday that Leon didn't have any romantic story lines or there was not so he was quite a kind of yeah there's one story that says maybe he looked up to Arthur and loved would have done anything for him but I I think I don't know I think there might have been a kind of jealousy of the fact he was number one and I always like to think that Leon secretly at the end became either evil I was hoping early on that a she Morgana when after the end of season two and the Dragons got me and I was told us coming back which my family were like has he seen the episode I think Leon died how do we break it to him let's wait till after Christmas and and and I thought that maybe Morgana would rescue me and make me make me evil but that wasn't to be so I think I think that was a lot more that kind of we could have gone with but I think I thought I think he was jealous of him I think he was in all but I do think that him and grain Leon and grain I Gwen ended up together at the end and we're in Camelot Kings Camelot say I am tickets which me and Alex obviously with Mordred there's that sort of seminal scene where he essentially turns and against Camelot and Gwen always says that the battle for Albion was between sorcery and love do you think it's off ironic in a way that it's moderate love dying that turns them against camera yeah well the show is all about love really and Mordred was so trusting to everyone and required a lot of trust back you trusted Morgana he also trusted Arthur and would do anything for him but then when Cara comes into his life Cara was the source of the tipping point really for the whole show yeah but what Gwen says is really accurate about that the sorcery nothing but from perform or did he was so conflicted and complicated as a character to play and I remember just jump jumping for joy but not in the right reasons for being the person that revealed who Emrys was I was just so grateful that I got that I was the one that told Morgan I was like I was like calm and then also I kind of wanted the seem to continue go it's I've been loving I know who's searching for a mrs. Merlyn and then the camera keeps rollin I go how did you not know like really like it was right there like or just like just not even with a look like [Laughter] [Laughter] so we want to give you all the chance to ask some questions I'm sure some of you do so there's two mics one this left one right if you want to Oh the wrong there are yeah in the background so if you an airline up by those and you can ask your questions and but I actually I spoke to Katie recently who plays Morgana and she said that one of the things about how is she she's good good Lenalee for now and so she said one of the things about having played my Ghana is that now that when she's in a period drama and she and when she has to dress up in period period clothes yourself feels like she's being more garnered like so when she's in a court because she was there she was always in a corset I think there was she would be in especially evil Kati evil case long long process in order to get from the other wig and on Windham sort of hair in this yeah but does this I mean especially cuz you're in and say like the thigh now when you sort of get back into the period clothes this is for a mighty of the Merlin days not really no because from more you had like three looks like less than three weeks yet sort of like druid look which was like you know huge scarf and all that so and then the chainmail and then the chain must have just got more heavier the dog chain yeah so it was in but know that the Philippe it's the heels man that's the heels were Philippe it's it's a killer got animate I've got amazing carves now so thank you no I said no it doesn't really remind me of that but I just want we were talking yesterday were me I just want to do a show in jeans in a t-shirt it's one I want to come in in the morning in jeans and t-shirt gal my jeans and t-shirt put on other people to put on some jeans and t-shirt and there'll be the character I don't want to spend Philippe's transformation is almost two hours so I get picked up at 5:00 a.m. and it's a you know wig 45 minutes to an hour makeup costume the whole thing so just wanted to be quick and easy what would you have jeans and t-shirt t-shirt strobing god anything I'll take anything at the moment [Laughter] anything Hackney Hackney Tower slasher film where I get murdered first just like a horror film I'll do a horror film again yeah I'll do anything what about you I'm just showing those just buzzing cuz I'm so really popular it's been offered some job my job as in no no I think something actually it'd be nice to eat cuz all the running and all the stuff we had to do in terminal I was so it was I'm gonna being chased by a horse and running so far but just going out she'll be quite nice to wear trainer to be much easier actually rich of us was the only man who his shoes were amazing today were actually I think Nike Air Max yeah that's when you know you've made another thing about the chain mail wishes which was always a problem is that if you just sat down on the horse or anything like that it would just sort of matter give you a little bigger you just look like you just been you know in the Camelot Tavern just drinking yourself hi hi hi what's your name my name's Amy hi Amy they asked us to the questions how are you today back in the trends what was your favorite episode is it quelle surprise I'm not answering this for last time I'll to this when I got to do so much trouble I did that interview on BBC radio that before Christmas and I said that I do think it's a love story not in that way but a love story between two men not in that way because love can be love everything's love love is love and yeah I think a lot of people like come on I'm sitting on the fence on this one I'm sorry no comment I'll say I think again the beauty of that relationship is it was a yeah it was really touching the end of the series it was very moving for everyone I think some of you guys found it quite emotional as well and I think you saw genuine yeah Jen you there genuine love for each other and I think yeah you know I think the thing with the show and with any fancy shows that what's brilliant is there are lots of people take different things from it and and can add things to it and when I watch - did I go all that so a couple who were you know they together I didn't see it necessarily like that it's not to mean that that wasn't a part of it and there's definitely an underlying I think just love and respect between the two of them which is extraordinary whatever that means as I was saying I think it's it was great to see showing the vulnerability of Arthur coming out and Merlin say it all constantly saving the sky who he cared about his life and yeah I think I think it's it was I don't know whether I'd ship it I don't know I don't know that I don't know how it kind of works I've read some filthy things about my character so I don't want to encourage that I mean I've I've learned some things that I can never unlearn aloud yeah I don't know that's all part of the fun isn't in fancying fandom is the fact that people do see things and mash up things and and it's I think that's fantastic I'm not saying no I think if you believe in that and want to believe in it that's fantastic are you saying I'm not a I'm into it just I've read it I've read apparently how couple nights is amazing how those just show how good you are at fighting but no I have read some early on I think we there were times we kind of go have you seen this I mean for long I'm brilliantly written but yeah yeah very eye-opening hi again guys first of all I just wanted to thank you for being here it's always nice to meet you and I wanted to know if you had some dreams that you hadn't fulfilled yet that had nothing to do with your personal professional lives sorry dreams that we haven't fulfilled yeah how long have you got oh they yes thank you yes I think it's a jeans and t-shirt that's it yeah it seems me now that's the that's with Korea and I think we all have them we every single one of us in this four night it's hard is that's a really hard question come find us later we'll give you some nuggets of truth I think it's just no no I get deep I don't think I can I don't know like visiting places or swimming I thought we were going like proper deep you know I'd love to go to okay see you next year it's just another level question not even like not even my therapist knows that hi guys hi I just wanted to know what's it like feeling that you've eternally tainted Christmas for everyone that watched the season finale cuz it's ruined for me forever well I do I did I said that in line that interview I said I hope it doesn't ruin people's Christmases and this might become but it's now become this now become a gif people use yeah I think I just remember that again me it was harsh Christmas Eve and it was but then I think everyone saw it coming everyone I think most people knew is the end of the show I knew that people had to fool not everyone obviously I thought it was quite a great Christmas early on there yeah you know so I thought I mean some people see it differently yeah I I don't think this was a gig it could get any better no I think it's harsh but it is you know it had to end dramatically and it's amazing how passionate you guys are about the show and and I think and about the ending and how some people are so angry about it and I which I know I hate I don't want you all to be angry but it's amazing that you care so much about the show that people found it very harsh and and that's kind of in a way it did what it set out to do you know it if people went oh that's a shame then that would then it meant that the last five years have been yeah so so I'm sorry for ruining Christmas but you know you know as that father Christmas actually come in and I'm sorry that's really wicked sorry with this thing's I was like this come to go you have ruined Wow everyone else can see that yeah it's not just me I mean having the ending has there been any talk about rebooting it at all it's I've always answered this with it's not really up to us it has never been up to us people think that actors have the power to bring it back and we don't I think it's weird I said because I think with the fans we've got which are incredible and continue to be I think that you know the stuff and you hear of these shows now that yeah they get them being Veronica Mars and there's also the world not peaky blinders is the other one Ripper Street which we shake up or Batman isn't it's Firefly as well Gopi no and this there are shows that but it's trying to get everyone together and I think all of us would probably think if everyone could be together do something though we'd do it answer to by chance until everyone going to be free at a certain point I I just don't see it happening and also to suddenly do a new series will do something and ruin it we'd feel we feel really guilty I think if suddenly I went wow that's a real shame but I know you know with the guys have written some amazing episodes fans of what could happen next season six yeah so I don't think it will happen but it would be fun Superman hi Superboy actually but no worries my sincere apologies mrs. it's fine this questions for Alex sorry and I am going against every human nature of myself to ask this Oh God traditionally Arthur is the father of Mordred and how you have moments where you'd call Bradley daddy we go back to the dream question yeah as much ease did you stab I thought you went that's a great way to end the question I'm not to ever call Bradley daddy no but boy did I wish I did No cool Thank You Superboy for your amazing contribution mythological background did you do any research about that or did you become interested in it while you were filming or anything for Merlin I already knew a bit about especially about Mordred journey there's some amazing stories there's one way quite dark when some puppet and Guinevere in a casket and stuff there's a lot of crazy stories about so I knew a lot about that actually before I did it and actually read a book but with them it was like a is for Apple is that but now I'm about about the bed that merely mythology before I before I got but with verse I know I didn't I just I sort of trusted the script and stuff really trusted the showrunners and I just come from that school of acting really where sometimes I think research gets in the way it's not good for me it doesn't change much I just it's about the scripts and the contributing team and creative team that come together to create something rather than if you go up to like if something's not in the script but you've read about it in and you've done your research you go well Philippe wouldn't have Philippe would be missing two teeth and you'd have a limp because I read it in this book and they're like well that doesn't quite work with the show and you'd want to integrate it for something in because you've read about it can I goes against so that sometimes researchers for me gets in the way what about you yeah no I'd again I mean sorry owns a fictitious character so and not in any of the books and I thought I've read bits of it and seen episodes in series one you're right I think you are right I think there's some stuff if you're playing it depends on the project of course it doesn't and you know again as you say if you're constantly introduced ago actually this is what happened I think this should happen and and this you've got to get this in it it's difficult it's difficult but you do try and read as much and normally it happens at the end of at the end of the shows you do you find little things out and I find the plays and things you you read things and it's amazing like how open you are to things you learn stuff you know if you read every play written by the author of a play you're doing now it doesn't necessarily mean that's not necessary good research you can go I've done really good work you excited on this and I commend in the writers room say this and make myself sound intelligent but I think it depends on the jobs for Merlin I I didn't read anything I think you have then they they they hire us as actors to to act and to deliver good performance on screen or on stage and you have to then trust that they have done their research and if there are writers they would have done their work to deliver their work which is the script so it's about two meeting of people and I think that's you know is there anything that you learn on melon that you've sort of used in further subsequent projects so yeah well for horse riding sorry yeah horse riding is the main thing that like I hadn't had never been on a horse was terrified of horses and went on to nowhere because when you talk it's slightly delayed brilliant sorry so when on a horse - the horse master for Merlin in France called Chino and also he was the same horse master for Versailles okay so I might the horse that I learned to ride backwards on in Merlin was called Nardo and Nardo is the same horse that plays dead in my lap in Versailles in the war scenes and I learned I practice on Nardo when I went back to do Versailles so there's a really lovely link between same horse master same horse literally simple it was what it was Katie source Nardo's caters the white one so yeah it was so horse riding is there because I had the same on the white queen it was Chino as well as well so you turn up and you go that's one thing I don't have to worry about its first day emergent you're like ah it was terrifying and then you get to know and you'd see Chino you trust them and you know and they're just the most amazing horses they land so they and then you look really cool then you get on and go well this guy's just turned up and he's like galloping horses and it's weird like the horse is generally I got really close to my horses is one in Wales and in France and you do kind of get to know them really well and and when you'd come back from season they'll be really pleased to see you and it was a ut you build up a connection with with a horse and sometimes everything clicks and the horses are so they're so smart smart animal that they know like I'm season 3 of Versailles which I've just finished filming you go for like a two week little sort of recap horse riding before you start filming the horse came running over to me the same horse likely to straight over one knows exactly what you're doing is exactly so it's just it's an amazing skill that will actually stay with us forever you know there's gonna be so many cowboy films jeans and t-shirts is open you were saying that Bradley James is a joker when you were doing the was there many pranks and practical jokes on this end so who was the biggest Joker we should always have an answer ready for this because we never do do we there are kind of things that I remember like with Bradley it was kind of more offset that we would I think Bradley once hid one of TOMS shoes above his door on his trailer and just and filmed them going oh where is it come on and it was military right behind him didn't Bradley take eats all of Tom hoppers or the Tom all of that Tom was obsessed with the Nature Valley health bars obsessed but those Bradley was yeah and Bradley ate all of Tom yeah so that Tom Tom Topsy did a tweet about it I love nature valium they were like we'll send your boxes so you end up having this big box full of this nature valley health bars his oak bars in his dressing room in Cardiff and Bradley went in and I don't hate them all but he just took all the wrappers of them and just threw all the rapids in the room so obviously Tom walks in he goes yeah so Bradley was the bit of the yeah the prankster yeah I mean there's a few different things and they're not calling was always making it for the comment you've seen the bloopers right calling with these where the glasses with the funny eyes and you know we'd have a lot of fun I know but we never took yourselves too soon I think you ought to be careful cuz also there's actors when you're like when you're trying to do practical jokes on camera it's not just about it's not just about the actors it's because if you do something that you think solaris and then the rest of the crew are like filming it and then getting sound and your makeups checked and then you do something silly that it's like they're going this is just wasted ten minutes of my day and so you got to notice really really really funny so know that everyone will go actually no that's fine that's fine but there's definitely it's more kind of being silly on set or being able to just be pulling a face off-camera or doing I think for me I used to inadvertently try and put people off not on purpose but I've said this before but every time it wasn't on me if they were men they were filming me I'd remember my lines and when it was on the other person I was off-camera I would always forget my lines and I was so bags it looks like I was trying to mess them up that I would just make up a line and the stuff that came out my mouth was just the weirdest things in the world so I would then in a Burton Lee almost make them laugh while I was trying to save them and it was yeah so there's a few hilarious things that happen but not always planned yeah thank you thank you I have two questions my first questions for Alex so I was wondering if modred had lived do you think many years later he might ever be Greg healing Arthur if Mordred had lived do you think he would and many years later do you think he would regret killing Arthur yeah probably yeah yes at least see sat there on his own he's got no friends all the Druids have left him silly ons now king of Camelot so sadly going I made a huge mistake but don't worry I've got magic I'll bring him back yeah and I think he would eventually Mordred doing what he did was in almost brainwashed by Morgana to do something that he never really sort of wanted to do and that I tried to show that regret visually by smiling at the end when he's when he's dying I tried to sort of show Mordred's could have freedom and release of going oh thank god this is all over with with that look when they're both together that was the plan but yeah I think so I think he would have just you know for the sake of having a season six really [Laughter] what is your opinion sure the show for sho fo sho for sure committed to that oh sorry yeah second question right the ending that mortgage would have lived i changed nothing thank you do you think your characters would have been up to I said I've said this before I think I'm more it would probably be in the circus just like you know people do like oh I got this amazing and he's just like magic intruding stuff like oh you know got a sellout show in the Piccadilly Theatre he's like Darren brown you know so they would open a karaoke bar in karaoke yeah or a chain of healthy and fast foods good Leon thank you thank you actually I um have a question from Brian is the owner of MCM oh no Brian I'm not lomis jeez there was an MCM that I came to and that's all I got was who's gonna listen to you like Philadelphia yes I brilliant did I enjoy it yeah I did it was really good actually the dop of that as she was do PL and Empire Strikes Back so I work with some amazing people on it yeah so in your face anyone looking down on me also it made me a lot of money very happy so yeah I mean sadly that product is no longer available I don't think it didn't it's a shame another TV show what would you choose that's a good question it's a good question let's go with pick your show pick I'm gonna say melon and let's just say Star Wars cuz that'd be quite fun yeah like mordrake Mordred and Chewbacca just like [Laughter] r2d2 and c3po and Sileo and just walk across the desert that's the dream and because they'd be great because you'd have you know after versus Han Solo and stuff like they'd have great fights with me what's your name I hurried they asked me it embarrass me too much please well question I don't actually when Harry came to see one of the scenes wink felt didn't he when you're very small and he's he's actually one of the only people's got a real Merlin cape that was made for him he's very lucky it's not with him now so then try and steal favorite scene it was a I think for me it was always the battle scenes you know when he did all the sword fights and got to have these huge battles and win an Audi I remember one of the first times in France in the castle and there was a dragon that that had flames flying and raining and we're running around and it was just so cool and it was like they had flamethrowers there actually there and flaming people who are in fire resistant cloaks and all the stunt guys were being incredible and it just looked amazing and then obviously once they added the CGI dragon it was even cooler and so just watching it was just like this is the best thing in the world and that was definitely my favorite scene that just you know afterwards he hadn't loads of other great scenes but that was yeah I'm gonna say the same then the the Battle of the Battle of Camlann that filming all of that with Justin the the director he had this that he was doing these really cool things where he'd have two cameras filming at the same time and they would be filming the same they'd be one on top of the other something exactly the same frame exactly same shot but one was a tighter lens and one was a wide lens so it meant that there's an amazing effect in those battles but it would assume in and zoom out and punch in and punch out without messing with the thing so you kept thinking why are we doing this it was it took a long time didn't it but then the look of it and the end it was amazing so yeah I love doing all the fight sequences was great what was your favorite scene together to be half won rooms I think it's probably the ones when you're riding on a horse backwards early ones you know why I might want to money one of my favorite scenes actually as well for acting purposes was drawing up the darkest when Mordred is running away with Cara it's running away and he gets stopped and he hasn't he pleads to all of the Knights they're trying to get him to come back and he pleads with all of them and he looks and he goes grain and silly on and that was nice because you know and then Tom I know personal comes and just whacks it across the head but that was great with working with Declan the director it was just me and ignite surrounded me and it kind of feeling like you're telling your best mates like come on help me here so that was a nice thing to have I have so many there's so many great moments and memories and yeah and so what is next for you both jeans and t-shirt yeah thanks Harry good question I've just finished doing Versailles season three I finished two weeks ago and I'm actually funny enough working with the director that directed drawing up the dark deck and it's why he ended up doing crazy head which is another shine show and he did barbarians rising with me I've worked with him on Merlin Bob Aaron's rising and now he's got his scar feature film and I'm filming in December with him so declan's been one of them the directors from Maryland that keeps employing me which is thank you lovely so yeah I'm gonna do and I'm actually fun if I'm doing a jeans and a t-shirt in that I am it's a modern-day gangster film I only so I'm sorry I'm doing that so that's I'm doing that in november/december in in London and in Ireland in a couple days so that's one that's one do next yeah and yeah for me I've just finished doing a little thing for ITV and I don't know really I'm gonna I'm not arresting and it's been quite nice nice have a bit of time off so we'll see what this no this one and his plane that went wrong yeah I got on my horse who I adored in Wales and I was half on and the horse just bolted and it being me cuz that they people thought I was a joke everyone was gay get the camera on it and I'm going out like literally I'm half on and my horse is bucking and throws me off and I fly into this this fence and it's really thick and lucky I was wearing chainmail I fall on the ground I had get hammered and I was going what's happened I get up and it was generally seeing stars going white hims nice ambulance and then they went we need to check you out so I ended up being taken to hospital they refilmed the scene without me and I had all the lines I get to the hospital with a guy in an earpiece who's like an assistant director I'm waiting to be checked out in my chainmail everyone else in there he's going who the hell is this guy because he's also got seems like a bodyguard with him and yeah so that was that was pretty horrific that was yeah and then it turned out that the horse I was on was actually pregnant that no one knew so she was just getting slightly anxious this six foot four guys sitting on her all the time but yeah so that was pretty scary but I survived and the chainmail saved me so he's got one last question I think it's like oh can you do I think all right you donut say you can pull out pull out the microphone the microphone is out oh is it oh cool go for it um [Applause] choose wisely my favorite nephew what duty to end on it is definitely all my nap is equally love but I'll decide at Christmas depending on what presidency by me give you the same okay [Applause]
