Hello! How are they? Welcome. Today we are going to prepare this vanilla and dulce de leche dessert. A recipe that is super simple to make, it has very few ingredients and it really is a super delicious dessert. Ideal for a special occasion, so let's prepare it. The first thing we are going to do is take milk cream which has to be cold. We are going to need 250 grams of milk cream which we are going to beat just a little bit to give our cream a little firmness. We are going to beat these two ingredients very well until our cream is very firm. When we have the very firm dulce de leche cream we are going to take it to the refrigerator and we are going to continue preparing the rest of the dessert. Now we are going to choose the container in which we are going to make the dessert, this time I used a tupperware that measures 14 by 22 centimeters to which I put cling film so that it is much easier to remove the dessert from the tupperware and present it. Also for this dessert we are going to need 18 vanilla cookies that are the ones you see in the image. Depending on the country, they may have some other name and if they do not get them, they can be replaced by pionono or by some sponge cake. Now we are going to prepare the mixture with which we are going to moisten the vanillas, so to moisten the vanillas we are going to need 3 tablespoons of bitter cocoa, half a glass of milk. As for the cocoa, which is three tablespoons, here everything will be to the liking of each one, with the three tablespoons there is a quite bitter preparation, but if you prefer it a little sweeter, what you can do is put only one tablespoon of bitter cocoa and so on. The preparation with which we are going to moisten the vanillas will not be so bitter . But since this dessert already has dulce de leche, it seemed to me that it was too sweet. So here, keep this in mind, this is going to be to your liking , if you like it a little sweeter, remember to only add a tablespoon of bitter cocoa. And three tablespoons of brewed instant coffee. So we are going to mix these three ingredients very well, we are going to dissolve the bitter cocoa well. When we have the preparation to moisten the vanillas ready, we are going to take the container that we had chosen, we are going to take a vanilla, we are going to moisten it quite quickly, we are going to turn it. We only need the vanilla to moisten a little on the outside, we don't want it to disarm either. So we are going to pass it quickly through this mixture, we are going to accommodate them on our container. We are going to form a layer of vanilla. Once we have it ready, we are going to take our preparation of cream with dulce de leche that we had in the refrigerator and we are going to use only half of this preparation, we are going to form a layer with this cream and dulce de leche. When we have put this layer of cream and dulce de leche we are going to make another layer of moistened vanilla and then if we add the rest of our cream with the dulce de leche with which we are also going to make another layer. Once we have the two well-formed layers we are going to take it to the freezer and we are going to prepare the rest of the dessert. So we are going to prepare a Chantilly cream which is going to have 250 grams of milk cream that I am going to beat a little bit. Remember that it is always important that our cream is very cold. So we are going to beat this cream a little bit and when you notice that it is taking on a little body we are going to add 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar and a little bit of vanilla essence and we are going to integrate it very well and if we are going to assemble our cream. Remember not to beat so much because that way you can cut the cream, it is only until it is firm like the one seen in the image. We are going to beat with a wire whisk for a couple of minutes until our cream takes this consistency. When we have the cream well whipped we are going to take it to the refrigerator, we are going to take a little bitter chocolate to decorate which I am going to cut it with a potato peeler if you want you can also use a grater and grate a little chocolate. I use a potato peeler because I find it much more practical. So we are going to grate or cut two strips of our dark chocolate with the potato peeler. When we have all this ready we are going to get our dessert from the freezer we are going to make a layer of moistened vanillas again and on top we are going to put our cream. When we have put all the cream on top we are going to put this chocolate that we had scratched and all this is going to go back to the freezer until our preparation is very firm. Approximately I left the dessert in the freezer for about two and a half hours until it was very firm and only then did I take it out to present it. Obviously we are going to keep it in the freezer for dessert. We're going to have a super delicious ice cream dessert. When our dessert is very firm and very cold, we are going to take it out of the freezer and put it on the plate or in the place where it is going to be presented.
