Homemade, healthy, soft, fluffy, airy and very tasty oatmeal bread. Also a very quick and easy recipe. Welcome to my channel where I cook without wheat flour, preservatives, trans fats, white refined sugar. Enjoy watching! A glass with a volume of 250 ml. Oatmeal with a long boil. Don't grind very finely. Salt to taste. Baking soda 1 teaspoon. 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. 200 ml of kefir or yogurt. 1 egg. At the very end I add apple cider vinegar to get the baking soda reaction. But before that I prepare a baking dish and the oven should be preheated to 180 * degrees Celsius. 0.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar. Stir quickly, pour into a casserole dish and place in a preheated oven. It bakes quickly, about 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
