I'm like jumping around the gym and I'm pretty sure people are like whatever pre-workout she have I want it what's up y'all it's your girl mean St aka the hot girl coach and right now I'm about to break down my whole workout routine this is everything but the sweat when I wake up in the morning I definitely pray and then I turn my TV on I put on some anime for background noise I go on my balcony I like meditate I guess a little bit and I think about everything I'm going to do for the day everything I want to do how I want my hair to look how I want my Glam to look I go play with the puppies for a little while and then I just do all hot girl activities I definitely prefer to work out in the morning because you are really that girl if you jump out the bed and have working out on your mind like if you start your day with sweating and squatting and punching and lifting and doing ab workouts and stuff like you have no choice but to like really tackle your day the same way my go-to pre-workout meal probably would have to be green juice which is not really like a meal but I don't really like to work out with a lot on my stomach spinach kale Ginger turmeric like collagen powder apples Everything Green just go outside dig up the dirt and put it in there but if it's not green juice then I eat like two hardboiled eggs and some turkey bacon I switch my pre-workout all the time because sometimes like it wears off like if I take the same one over and over again I don't feel that stinging and tingling that I need to feel before I start working out I definitely take vitamin C and I take magnesium magnesium help helps with like my muscle aches and vitamin C like helps with the bone cartilage because I'm on stage of like squatting for 60 to 90 minutes and I need these knees and they be asking what's the secret to the makeing knes I think it might be vitamin C so in general I like to work out in things that make me feel sexy like they make me feel confident and strong when I'm in the gym and I'm looking at myself in the mirror doing my sets and my reps like if I don't look like fine doing it I'm like dang okay girl what we need to re-evaluate this I need to be in the gym looking like an anime character like I need to remind myself of a superhero so like I'm like you look fine you look good and you want to stay looking like this right or do you want to get better than this do you want to be a pony or do you want to be a stallion and what I have own definitely like motivates me to do better like if I look good doing my sets then I must be doing my sets good I am a two-piece set girl and when I'm working out in it I just feel like a superhero like I feel like I can take on the whole gym like who wants smoke with me love me a good tight in a sports bra I love me a good scrunch butt tight I love like little booty shorts whatever makes my legs and my thighs look like they're super popping cuz when I'm doing the squats I like to see the muscles like really coming through the tights like that definition on the side of my thigh that make me feel like I really been putting in work so yeah anything that's like giving the legs like the praise that they deserve the songs that help me get motivated in my workout is definitely a lot of Megan a stallion songs of course I work out to freak nasty the beat is just is too fire I'm really talking that talk and it allows me to get on the stair master and really walk that walk so I really highly suggest if freak nasty is not on your gym playlist you go add it right now I really love key Glock and young Dolph and I listen to uh Mr Glock when I'm working out uh because the hook is just so good the beat is so good I like working out to things that are like Up Tempo so yeah I feel like Dolph and Glock they really pick the best beats to work out to the hotties that know me wouldn't be surprised that like Ain't it Fun my par is on my workout playlist cuz I just feel like I need to get in here and have the time of my life I'm like jumping around the gym and I'm pretty sure people are like whatever pre-workout she have I want it first of all I stay motivated because I know I want to look as good as I feel on the inside and I have to perform I I need my stamina up so working out is not just about you know looking good but I want to have that endurance I want to have that stamina cuz when I go perform for the hotties and be squatting for an hour I really need to give him a show some days I work out with a Pilates instructor and that little lady be whooping my butt some days I work out with my trainer he does like a lot of strength training and some days I work out and one of my trainers does like a lot of hit training but I really like the days I can go in and like do a lot of cardio because when I'm feeling it that day like if I'm feeling angry if I'm feeling sad I really like zone out and really go in on the stair master or really go in on the litical like whatever I have to do cardio wise like it gives me the opportunity to like really have that moment to myself and like really Zone now what do I do a lot in the gym I definitely work my legs a lot because I feel like when I first started working out I didn't realize you needed to build your legs and like your back and your arms to give that illusion that the waist is getting snatched so I really do a lot of things for my thighs for my butt and for my arms so it starts giving me that like illusion that I got that hourglass shape cuz I really got hip dips and I don't really have any hips but the more and more I work on my thighs it's tricking y'all y'all think I got hips but it's all falling into place so nicely so yeah I just definitely do a lot of things like thigh and like leg and arm focused M okay rest days a typical rest day for me looks like watching anime and playing with all of my animals on the recovery day I'm definitely getting a massage I'm definitely pouring a whole bag of Epsom salt in the tub and turning on you know just some calm music some good R&B lighting up the candles everybody don't bother me phone on DND D and yeah I just soak and chill I definitely do the sauna yes I can do anything hot I hate being cold even on the rest day I'm just still a ratchet girl like I'm listening to 36 mafia I'm listening to UGK I'm listening to DOL I'm listening to Megan a stallion and you know you if I'm really feeling it y' might throw a little keep sweating there nothing too mellow my advice for any woman who is deciding she wants to get into health and wellness and fitness is don't do it because it's trendy don't do it because you feel like you want to look like somebody else do it because you genuinely want to feel good on the inside like you genuinely want to change something about yourself that you want to change not because you want to compare yourself to other people you want this type of body do what makes you feel happy do what is going to inspire you to be better it's not always about losing weight it could be about your mental health you could use the gym as like a outlet you can use the gym as your own therapy so just be you and do it for the right
