Mega Modcloth Plus Size Fall Haul: This Haul is Bangin'

hey everybody I am really excited about today's haul let me tell you why I'm so pumped about it first the bangs bangarang two this haul is a modcloth Haul which I haven't done like I like real haul for them I've done like other things for them this is like a haul and I'm including the things that got this month but then also like some of the stuff that I've gotten in previous month's that I haven't been able to haul and I felt like you need to should know about because I love them like I have an issue anyway I also got a little present for my stepmom if you are like not paying attention to anything I've done online it's the first time you've seen me blah blah blah I'm going to China in a week yes in a week and I'm going with my stepmom for Shari and Anna's Shanghai shenanigans or as we like to call it our SASS trip made a name for this I kid you not the SASS trip um but I got something for her because I want to twin with her like take pictures with her because you know I'm like that I'm lame like that and I'm okay with it just be yourself 100% anyway it's a huge box like look at the box okay I'm gonna be real with you guys these are not my real bangs and they're driving me nuts cuz when they move around the camera they just move funny so back to life back to reality was a good look though so I didn't hate it I kind of feel less sassy now hmm oh well so our first item is inspired by my goddaughter Mirah Mirah loves dinosaurs which I love cuz I don't think little girls have to love girly things they can love whatever she likes to tell us about how dinosaurs used to live in her neighborhood cuz we watched a film about like how dinosaurs ruled the earth and blah blah blah and she thinks that they actually lived in her neighborhood so I got this kind of like fair isle sweater with the dinosaur details inspired inspired by Mirah I just love it because it's a dinosaur winter sweater could I get something that's more me in life hmm dinosaur sweater is probably like a good yeah it's very me so the next item is like classic mea and the reason is is velvet pants more velvet pants these are actually leggings I wanted a pair that we're just like comfy cozy you know Lounge leggings but velvet and they are in a greyish velvet I just can't I have a problem I just really like velvet it's not the only velvet thing in this haul either it's just the beginning velvet season I really really love these these are super comfortable you know velvet is my friend and these are actually even more comfortable than the other blue ones that had before because they're stretcher and if you like the waist is smaller which obviously because of my body shape is like a problem a lot of the time so it was really really great that these worked out so well this I got because 90s 90s realness nineties everything all of the nineties this is a turtleneck with what has that lettuce rib again very 90s it's a mock turtleneck so it doesn't come up that high on your neck and that lettuce ribbing is not down with the sleeves you're actually gonna have a closed seam there and a closed seam at the bottom so it's literally just the mock neck that has the lettuce ribbing it is ribbed itself as a shirt and what I liked about this ribbing is it's not gonna stretch out because it has a little bit of elastic to it so it does have some give and take its little pull oh but it does bounce back as well so this is just a super comfortable regular tee and the mock neck is nice it's not constricting like sometimes turtlenecks can feel like they're choking you and this just feels very like easy on the neck which I really appreciate because sometimes I'm like ahh in a turtleneck oh my god other thing I love plaid and this is a comfy like sweater not quite a sweater dress not quite a t-shirt dress atweater dress like somewhere in the middle there it's got a little bit more weight than a t-shirt but it's definitely not like a sweater it's in this lovely gray a plaid which like literally it's like a neutral plaid you can wear with everything it's 3/4 leave 3/4 leave it's 3/4 sleeve length in the arms and it's just a really soft fabric but it feels like and I'm gonna check what it's made out of here because it feels like it's a polyester and spandex mix it's just a little bit weightier than a t-shirt I don't know how to explain that otherwise it does go to just about above the knee so this is something that would actually look really cute belted with leggings or as a normal dress itself this is the ultimate flying dress it is super comfortable super stretchy like you could just throw it on and you still look cute like you look like you got ready when you really feel like your pajamas ideal life State if you watch these hauls before you know that the next item I like fell in love with because I love stripes I love ribbed sweater dresses because we're getting into that season and it's just this adorable ribbed sweater dress which I just think is a bananas it's got my favorite color in it yellow it's got my new favorite seasonal color which is this burgundy in it and it just feels great it's not too heavy not too thick kind of like the piece we just looked at it's a little bit softer as far as what it's made out of we're looking at polyester spandex mix as well so it's it's really cute and has these fun little pockets in the front then I can store things I also like that the pockets are the same cut of the fabric so it's not like super off I like that it's cool so the stress is really cute it's definitely more of like a tunic for me because I'm tall I'm about 5 9 5 10 depending on the day but it is very warm and very comfortable and I feel like there are pockets here I just want to stick my hands in them I do wish it was a little bit longer I'll be real here but this is tall girl problems show me show me show me do that thing this dress I got because I have really been trying to really been trying to incorporate more green into my wardrobe and this is green and metallic it is a maxi this is like the ultimate holiday party dress I know are not there yet but you can start thinking about it it is this green lustrous metallic it's lightweight enough though that you could take this on a cruise or vacation it's a very like way more versatile than you think it would be but do you just see that shimmer it's really cool cuz the way the shimmer is done is in stripes but when you look at the dress straight on the green is printed all the way over so you have the metallic but that kind of like dimension that you're getting those are the stripes that are kind of even sewn in it looks like the way the fabric so it's like a little raised bit of the fabric let me try to hold it up so you guys can see see how the little raised bit those aren't actually ribs it's it's like a line that is sewn into the fabric which is really cool and then we've got some nice open sleeves a little bit of ruffle detail here which is always fine you could also layer something under this if you want to be a little bit more like experimental in your fashion sense and it's long it's super long and I'm so excited it does have a sexist slit for when you want to get da mans you can have that sexy sexy slit sorry and then a tie at the waist when I want to get the mans this is the perfect dress and I feel so beautiful in it and I feel so comfortable in it like literally guys this dress is worth it it is so just magical it's a magical dress look it's even iridescent it's magical and even sorry I just it looks so pretty I do I love it it's also a really great alternative if you're a person who always wears black this is like close to black but like a little bit out of your comfort zone but yeah I look really pretty sorry I'm being vain forgive me nah another thing thing for my suitcase to China okay So also in the green family that I just couldn't say no to I know I'm like I I should not buy any more velvet I should not buy any more jumpsuits but yet when you know what you like what's wrong with like living in it what's wrong in living in what you like I like jumpsuits and I saw this one and I couldn't resist it is this green super wide leg jumpsuit it is uber comfortable it's not a stretch fabric it's in like polyester and look at the lining it's like a soft satiny lining not like that nasty sticky stuff and let's talk about easy access for changing I've got hair in my face you can untie this unsnap this and you can get out on your own which is like my biggest problem with jumpsuits it's like I fall in love with a lot of them but then I can't get in and out of them alone and as a single girl this is a criteria which I judge clothing can I go to the bathroom by myself in this and if the answer is no I don't want it in my life cuz I don't need no man anyway sometimes I do I'm trying to get on Bumble guys it is not going well it's just it's just it's basically going nowhere very good at blocking and unmatching people just put it that way anyway I like it's got a nice little elastic waist to define the waist you can easily belt this you can have fun with the color is just fantastic it's that rich emerald green brings out my eyes I'm so excited to try everything on this is like torture like in this haul specifically it's torture to have to talk about every item because I just want to put them all on I want to see how they fit how they look I'm like excited and I but I have to keep I have to keep going I have to keep going so I love the color of this jumpsuit I will say I probably could have sized down a size it feels pretty big here and even in the legs I have quite a lot of room so I probably need a size smaller so keep that in mind if you're like on the cusp like item order the smaller size versus the larger so this shirt's really cool the reason I liked it is because of this really interesting collar it's curved it's double layered so you have a black layer on top and then you have a white layer underneath to add a little bit more volume when we get down to the sleeves there's a little callback to that black hair and a thin ticking stripe and then on the button itself so it's not too much but it makes it look cohesive overall it's just kind of a standard dress shirt otherwise other than the black buttons again calling back to the collar at the top but it looks very modern very forward-thinking but again as a standard everyday blouse you can have in your wardrobe and I think the thing is is basics don't have to be boring this is a white blouse it is not boring but it is fairly basic and very versatile so you don't have to have boring basics change your mindset on that there's a good example of one a man luring basic I just love this blouse I think it's super comfortable I did size up in it which I would definitely recommend but it's super comfortable and it's just different and fun and I just like that good staples man good staples I don't know what this is oh this is Oh jeggings these are jeggings I've got them because I'm trying to build out my comfy travel wardrobe and jeans are great jeggings are better because I just want to have that stretch and I also get a little concerned because my waist tends to be on the smaller side in comparison just the way my body shaped and so jeggings sometimes have like more elasticized waist I don't know why that is so I can get a larger size for my thighs if I wanted to have a little bit more comfort there but then also maybe not worry as much about my waist as I would with like a normal pair of jeans because jeggings man they're the best stretchy stretchy so it's actually been a hot minute since I haven't really liked something from ModCloth and I don't like these leggings or jeggings rather they are way to too big in the waist for me in fact I have the sweater tucked in so that they stay up and they're also fairly low cut my waist is about here and the legging is really at the hip level these are like some Britney Spears low-rise jeggings and that just doesn't work for me so these are a hard pass for me which is weird cuz I usually love everything and I'm kind of bummed that they don't work but you know it happens to the best of us these suck for me they might work great for you but they suck for me this is not for me this is for my stepmom this is a lovely wool poncho sweater she does not like anything form-fitting at all so we went with just an oversized sweater in gray I'm not gonna tell you what I'm gonna be wearing with her it's not matching exactly but this is her part of the outfit and basically we're gonna get a cute little mommy daughter picture she's not my real mom but I treat her like my real mom because she's just the best she's the best and you guys see her my stories and my videos from time to time and you know that like we just have this lovely bond heck we're going to a foreign country together like obviously we don't hate each other so I'm not sure when they started vacuuming during the haul I just realized it when I went to open these shoes and then I turned off the camera and I was like I'll wait until they're done and now I'm back so part of this haul probably has vacuuming did not even realize what's going on because I was too into the clothing that's the reality of it these are shoes I got because I just wanted like a little bit of a heel that was dressy but still pretty comfortable these are great I'm gonna say this I don't have necessarily wide feet they're like sometimes wide feet I tell you that not to like brag about my non-wide wide feet but more to say the reality is it's like if you have wide feet they may not work for you I live in between so sometimes my feet are too big for regular size and I have to get wide sometimes wides are too big so I just I'm like this weird width of foot these feel pretty good I put them on while that man was vacuuming um but I think they're really really fun and cute and I got a size 11 I kind of teeter between eleven and twelve that's everything I got in this month's box now I'm gonna just show you some things I've gotten as part of like other things I've done with modcloth for curvy con and then also for the day to fright lookbook that I did last month just because I'm excited about them and I love them and I've been wearing them you might probably have seen me in them um and I wanted to you show them to you as well and talk about why I love them like is that great we're gonna do it the first is the velvet pants I got them in red and I got them in green well it's burgundy and chartreuse if we want to get technical in it these pants are the best things out now I did have another pair of pants that were like a blue velvet that were more fitted they probably looked more tailored but they were not on the comfort level that these pants are these are the most comfortable pants I have ever worn like literally so comfortable it's bananas buy your waist size do not buy if you are like me your thigh size because they are very wide in the leg they are very loungey and just look at the color oh my God look at how it drapes sorry I get very excited about all that I have found these to be just the most amazing things when I need to run an errand or throw something on I'm reaching for these every single time they are just literally the softest most comfortable pant they move with you they are stretchy they're just the best and they have pockets like seriously if you're not afraid of these colors I deeply deeply deeply recommend these pants they're probably one of my favorite things I have for all of fall because they are so comfortable so versatile and honestly like I want to lounge around in my house in them like I want to like and I don't know if you guys are like me but when I come home and I'm wearing something like the first thing I want to do is put on pajamas these are like wearing pajamas and you don't need to like you know change other than like taking off your bra because we all do that it's like I'm five seconds in the door my bra is off but otherwise you don't need to change cuz these are the best you could I can sleep in these I probably actually have something these have I slept in these yes I have slept in these they sleep well I mean seriously what's not to love about these pants these are the red ones and these are the green I just can't speak more highly of these pants like I'm personally I'm testifying to you that these pants are legit like if someone asked me what pants by the big one pair of pants to wear for the rest of my life I would likely pick these pants the next is coats and the reason I wanted to talk about coats I just feel like modcloth has really great fit for plus coats this coat I just think is the most darling pattern it's a fun little kind of Buffalo plaid but it's in in more of you know my favorite colors red and yellow on a navy back it wraps so it's very good if you have big hips and the thing is is when we're buying plus coats especially if you're bigger hipped and this may not be true for other shaped people but for me I have a lot of problems with the coats being way too big here at the top and then not even closing on my hips and it's weird cuz I'll buy the size that I'm wearing pants from that store and I'll just be like okay the top is gonna be big whatever and it's still too small on the bottom and I'm not exactly sure how that happens but it does and it's frustrating and I have not had that experience with modcloth coats in fact I've had great great great experience with modcloth coats and I don't have to worry about if it's gonna close or not and I can be consistent about what the size is so the reason this coat is in this haul other than I do really like the print I just wanted you guys to know that for those of you that are big-hipped because that has been a really big struggle for me and this has been a solution to it and I'm very grateful for it so I wanted to share with you guys I just love this coat I find it so comfortable so nice like here it's tied closed I like that it's a tie closure and then I can open it and it drapes really nicely as like an open jacket as well it's it's just phenomenal this jacket is phenomenal I think they have another couple other patterns too if you're not set on these colors so all of you guys know I love a good cardigan sweater I did wear this in the day to fright lookbook but I've been living in it this sweater is literally the best I wear this all the time I wear it when I take data out for a walk just throw it on it goes with everything now at first I wasn't sold on it at first I was like oh Idon't know if I like this because it was a little like boule print where it was like not a smooth sweater and I wanted it to be a smooth sweater but then over time that's grown on me it's just like so comfortable that I can't be upset about it so this is growing on me as one of my favorite you know sweaters this season it's also in my favorite color which duh mustard yellow actually mustard yellow's not my favorite color it's my favorite fashion color there's a difference but I just think it's the perfect length the perfect weight and so so easy and comfortable to throw on that I wanted to again feature it I almost forgot to mention that the sweater also has big sleeves which also makes it the best next is this sparkle skirt and that's just because guys it's so comfortable and sparkly and I just feel like it speaks to me they do have it in another color and I had to resist so so hard to not also get the other color in it because I was like how many Sparkle skirts do I need and the answer is to myself I said one but this is so cute this is so cute and so fun and the crazy thing is is on the street people always ask me where I got which is funny because I wear a lot of things and I have worn this multiple times either in look books or even just going out with friends I don't always get stopped about specific items I might it stopped about a look but I've gotten stopped about this specific item quite a bit and I thought you know I probably should talk about it because it's it's something I love it's very comfortable and it's very fun and you can throw I throw the leggings underneath it which I like with like a t-shirt that's a cute look it's a very cute look see you put it with a blouse and suddenly it's so classy I love this skirt so this dress I got and I actually didn't wear yet I'm gonna actually take it with me to China for curvycon and it's this lovely blue dress with white polka dots and orange and purple flowers orange and purple and blue like that color combo is like a magic combo for me I love orange but it's like sometimes hard to wear this makes me feel like I get to wear my favorite color without like it being like bam in your face orange I love the cut I love that's a little bit more conservative of a neckline but still feels modern and fresh totally work appropriate and also very very very comfortable which is like an amazing thing the arms are sheer so this is actually not a solid fabric but it does give you a lot of coverage so you don't feel like you're exposed it's just a little bit of a subtle difference in the way the fabric looks which is nice it makes it look a little bit more expensive which you know I like a girl's got to look good I feel so 70s like Wilderness Queen in this dress I love it the last thing is a little unexpected it's this brownish top so this item I picked because it's a brown shirt which I know a lot of us avoid because Brown it's not like a sexy color but I found that this color is universally flattering I've had some friends try it on I've worn it and whenever I do I get a lot of complement I get asked like okay where'd you get that I wore it in a haul where it was trying some things on and people were like oh my goodness where's the shirt from and the reality is it's a brown shirt and this brown shirt probably doesn't get a fair chance and I wanted to show it to you guys because you should give brown a fair chance you should give these warm rich kind of orangie browns a chance this season because they actually do a great job at bringing out yellow skin tone so if you're like me a yellow skin tone you should definitely give this warm brown color a chance this season and this shirt's a great way to get started on that this is a basic sweater top but it's so comfortable and the color I just literally believe in this color and then want you don't believe in this color too because I think it's just the perfect fall color and I think it does look good on most skin tones believe me so this skirt never made a lookbook and never made an outfit but I actually really like it and I wanted to show you guys it because I think it's a great skirt it is very heavy it is a wool skirt I'm trying to find where the front and the back is it is a wool skirt so like things to note about it is it's warm it's very very warm I have been looking for this stupid credit card for days I just ordered a new credit card and I reached in the pocket and there it was that's irritating literally I tore my house apart and it was sitting in the pocket of this skirt rude so but now you know it has pockets because there's definitely pockets in this one I was gonna use this for the Britney Spears look it just unfortunately didn't look right on camera and that's why I didn't I had to like MacGyver it but it is just such a warm skirt it's lined in this lovely luxe fabric and I feel it's lined in this lovely luxe fabric and I think it would be a shame not to share it with you guys it is wool so this baby is going to keep you warm in the winter months which frankly like right now I'm like oh I would love the cold but as soon as the cold comes I'm gonna complain like nobody's business but right now I'm like in the mood for some for some winter times the skirt is just super versatile like even just with this yellow sweater it just brings out the warmth in the skirt and like even this this one right now would be an outfit that I would wear out and be proud of I actually really can't say enough about the skirt I'm just sad I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet so that is everything I have from modcloth to show you guys today thank you so much for watching my
