know go for it I got sort of a surprise if my plate um would be nice yes just give me a half an hour hopefully less than that scared it's quite random in real-time I was gonna give it a couple of attempts I usually have better success rate at it if I switch to health man's weapon some reason there we go so basically what I did is I spawn you know the water tonymoly free I spawned that one in record broken for donations keep up the great work and game on okay hard huh are we ready to go okay yeah like it all right well before I begin I want to give a few shoutouts first to cool kid for inspiring me to pick up this game speedrun it second to a bow for carbuncle hopefully give me spiritual energy during this run and third to shoka shoka who has the current record in this game and he was very supportive of me going into this run and I did this run two years ago at agdq I saved out a few parts and I'm going all out this run so things go badly well things go badly also my voice is really shot because I'm sick so sorry about that independence alright three two one go so we start out with flash min because the other items don't really help save any time in this stage and we try and get all the items first item one two and three early in the run to do tricks later in the run the state is pretty boring but it has a couple of neat trick also this is on difficult knowledge since it's the Japanese version the difficult mode is only mode this enemies take a couple more hits to kill like you that guy doesn't you guys insulate okay that stains about a quarter of a second compared to taking damage and the same goes with bosses bosses also take less damage when being hit coming up is my flash my flight is really in resin five any possible may I mess up the strap um the existing strap before I started looking at this fight a few months ago was about half a second slower but I optimized it to be hitting him at almost all times fortunate I couldn't show you there but basically guys all right coming up will be the first nip teaspoons now but the stage is also kind of straightforward under that there's some hard stuff something interesting to know that the Mega Man 1 and 2 for some reason your horizontal speed is a little slower when you're in midair so you want to be on the ground as much as possible so you see sector control that's just a controllers jump very well so that you just on the ground as the bus I sort of huh all right I hate that heat man bike coming up is interesting because when you hit him he has three different times that he can delay before blazing at you 30 60 or 90 frames so I do small buffer jumps to try and predict each one to remove human reaction time all right the next stage coming out is a do-or-die time um this is the moment I'm most scared of in all my marathon runs and this is basically the thing that I decided I had to go for this and if I didn't I came for the rest of my life there's nothing really to explain you'll see when I try and do it better clothes along the way yeah I have to do background so right there I turned around the verb to have them carry that fan guy off screen it's actually like a thing he does is quite luck based like like the tornado patterns are random like a you can be like four you're like four different tornado patterns and his starting pattern was like the worst possible yeah II got it's made difficult there's a backup if I fail at levels for some reason when you're in zipped mo and you're like in the wrong screen you can actually pause upper taking damage which you can't normally it's strange you can't like your weapons are useless strange are my words but basically what he did there he went to the checkpoint like he sort of when the advanced in the game without actually scrolling the screen and once you got to the checkpoint yes suicided let's get free really slow like these ones are more difficult than they may seem those good can you get it Pacific position you'll be a him
