TL;DW?
I thought that was really cool to get to actually visualize how things were back then in person such as the spice box and the reasonings behind foods. It felt like a cool interactive museum.
I likes videos about this subject and related topics. I have one big problem with most content like this on youtube though, the videos are way to fucking long and they meander around the topic too much.
Modern History TV, Skallagrim, shadiversity, Townsends could all use some trimming in the editing room.
Maybe its just me though.
Should check out supersizers go.
I really enjoyed the part about the celebrity cooks. I'll have to check out the peasant food video.
And if GRRM took anything from history, every single dish in the middle ages had onions in it.
This channel has a lot of potential, but so much of the content and execution is meh
