McDonalds in Japan: SHRIMP BURGER!?

Hey good morning first full day here Fukuoka don't really have a plan and for some reason I'm kind of feeling fast-food again so maybe we'll go check out what McDonald's like in Japan how about that hotels around the Hakata station this is like where almost everything is and there's McDonald's over there and I know I just ate a Wendy's but for some reason I don't know why like it's part curiosity is part of laziness maybe a little bit of self-hate whatever let's just go eat it right now I'm in a weird time between breakfast and lunch so I guess I can eat breakfast or wait a while and get lunch or working both McDonald's breakfast menu it's very similar to what we have in this States except for a few things um you can actually get chicken nuggets for breakfast I don't know I mean I don't eat at McDonald's like ever so see we have petite pancakes for breakfast maybe we do also you can get fish for breakfast which i think is pretty awesome I got mustard sauce and what okay so this is for the pancakes like little syrup and butter combo sauce it doesn't happen often but this McDonald's actually really making me hungry let's start with some pancakes actually smells pretty darn good chicken nuggets whoo that may be the prettiest bun ever seen McDonald's [Music] I don't know is McDonald's in the US has this but this is like the Big Mac of sausage McMuffins to sausage patties and egg and bacon oh also something that's kind of surprising to see on the menu character breakfast a chicken on a English muffin again McMuffin McMuffin it's just ah that's not the most picture-perfect bun I've ever seen at a McDonald's I mean I almost don't want to eat this it's like a bouncy house perfect alright anyway let's get started with the pancake confuse as to open this I think all right just had an accident you're supposed to break your leg like that but they just squirt it everywhere so there we go that is that isn't genius by the way really really filthy little pancakes website it will make really good blankets Wow mmm extremely fluffy pancakes Roger Steph there's some sort of citrusy flavor on these pancakes I don't know that's coming from the from the syrup a.m. let me see you yep there's something citrusy that is added in the syrup gosh I wish we had this in the States this is just elevates the pancakes so much Pink's are great already come living and join his pack so much chicken i it Creedy crispy on the outside [Music] low compression kind of terrified the same time let me tell you why [Music] first of all this is a real chicken not like the typical soy tofu mysterious stuff that's in chicken nuggets in the US as real chicken is juicy chicken this is very meaty and the most probably you know chicken tasting chicken nugget I've ever had a McDonald's ever probably because it's made with real chickens I appreciate that I'm pretty sure that's raw in the middle and I just took a bite of that Salmonella is never fun but you even still I'm gonna eat these Nuggets because they're just that good oh the bez McDonald chicken nuggets a half I got a bite into this perfect super sandwich I think this thing should ensure like it like a burger modeling content there's such a thing fish nice and crispy on the outside its some metrics got great complexion no blemishes whatsoever I'm just Oh almost feel bad about eating this damn this is about as professor fish filet sandwich as I could ever had my gosh you taste of fresh onions in here the fillets beautifully crispy on the outside tender on the inside good amount of tater sauce but just this bun oh that's some fluffy delicious melting your muff bun right here Bravo McDonald's for him I'm not really sure this is some lettuce looks like some yellow is sauce that's about it piece of piece of chicken chicken it's not that crispy on the outside definitely that's not dressed to impress that was a little cardboard II the yellow sauce is mustard sauce to make muffins a little tough and so is that chicken itself despite all that the flavor is really good miss low spicy a little peppery I should like the chicken if the outside could have been a little more crunchy this thing may be a little easier to chew it's been pretty excellent finally the monster breakfast sandwich look at this thing shoo sausage patties baking whatever the sauces maybe just ketchup this is this is a real piece of pork belly oh this is I mean agile looks fantastic this is a breakfast sandwiches breakfast sandwich I gotta say that's pretty cool my bite then he really here I need to hands him there we go [Music] I think you need a big bite to really be able to appreciate our whole sandwich it's pretty phenomenal its substantial and I pretty much love it I mean the egg is super fresh that that's a good egg sausage patties a little salty but very flavorful bacon come on it's bacon you can't say anything bad about baking the McMuffins on this one it's actually toasted nice and it's pretty gentle it's not it doesn't taste like cardboard if that tastes pretty good I mean it's meaty it's a key it's a little punchy that different types of textures you got that melting this with the pork belly this sandwich might set you back a few years you know in terms of a lifespan but is it a tasty sandwich heck yeah pretty good breakfast now you guys ready for lunch let's go get some lunch the lunch menu is out in the Big Mac don't know where that is it's like maybe a teriyaki burger every single order at McDonald's is for filled in like less than a minute kids you not like the way time is literally less than a minute hope other guys because in my lunch menu tons of differences and I got the burgers that I've never seen in the US or except for a couple I got the Big Mac because yeah McDonald's you got a get a Big Mac I love this team like I said we got the Big Mac I got an egg cheeseburger fries of course the brand Clubhouse I mean I I don't know this exists in u.s. I never seen it this is so interesting it's a ginger pork burger a teriyaki make burger and a EB filet and instead of a fish filet it's it's AE beef filet this is the egg cheeseburger all again another perfect bun what is up with Japan McDonald's and is insane abilities she's just great just like the most beautiful burger buns I've ever seen in my life look at this thing again just like the last time perfect egg kinda like we've seen the breakfast cheese and a patty man clubhouse you see this is typically what I expected months look like now not like me look at this I was like Halle Berry and Seth Rogen I mean come on this is the clubhouse I mean this kind of looks like a mess of a burger lettuce tomatoes and bacon and a slightly thicker burger patty with cheese I'm sure just an investor ginger pork burger slightly the for me bun lettuce looks like maybe teriyaki sauce it's a pork patty EB filet Oh Oh first one that's on a sesame bun it looks like a fish fillet but it's gonna be a shrimp fillet in the Big Mac there it is pretty perfect sesame top don't look at oh this might be the most perfect sesame bun I've seen ever oh that's beautiful I mean the burger is always a little collapsed looks like a typical Big Mac cheese is not all that melty doesn't look all that impressive but Oh dad it's just beautiful finally the teriyaki burger sesame bun teriyaki sauce doesn't look like a beef paddocks like a pork patty it kind of looks like the ginger pork burger so far it has a sesame bun oh my stars ginger pork burger why not that's a huge taste of ginger and measure those burgers delicious you can taste a nice flavor of the pork it was very gingerly and that's the point where a word like too spicy or what's too much oil which interest kind of burning burning my hair right but it doesn't hurt you I mean it doesn't irritate you it was like the perfect amount of ginger in this program you chased it ginger you definitely feel its presence muscle really love to crispy onion sure now that I had the ginger burger I kind of want to taste this teriyaki burger mistake just like you can go burger without the ginger Tonica teriyaki sauce it's almost a little too much for me and I lost you sweet to me I like the pork patty honey nice delicious this actually looks pretty beautiful this is excellent eggs now she cooked really really well actually tastes really fresh beef is nice but mainly like really you're getting the eggs here the beef is almost secondary this is more more like an egg burger and the egg is to start I wish McDonough knew you guys had this so this is kind of Flay off fish except for it's basically a flail shrimp the play led I gotta tell you guys it's a fantastic burger the outside of Peleus crunching the incense actually really snappy can taste all the individuals then there's not like it's just mashed into like a shrimp paste the sauce is fantastic I don't know whether I like the shrimp or not because I really love the sauce that's out of here and there's some sort of really tart slightly spicy almost I got like a spicy meal sausage that's how I'd be coming to highlight of the sandwich from it who's the brand club I mean it just looks like a couple pieces of bacon kind of patty that's about it I don't think this is it look really good on the pictures but I don't think this is all that special I was wrong this is a really solid burger one thing they're so on the curb with meeting or they're a big size beef patty but bacon is substantial or smokey there's a little bits of jalapeno in here to ask them to eat and the sauce that's the same one that was on the ebee sandwich just like that slightly tart spicy mail I really completes the sandwich finally the Big Mac you know kinda Bubba sandwiches I got here if this seemed to be the least spectacular does that just look very ordinary besides the beautiful sesame bun overly salted it it tastes really dry very salty probably my least favorite burger to that having tried the breakfast menu in the McDonald's in Japan I think some of my favorite items I've had today the silver dollar pancake mainly because of that syrup that is absolutely wonderful the fish filet best fish boy ever had and for lunch love the ginger pork salmon they love the look but love the taste of the Grand Club and that and cheeseburger that just speaks to me overall the quality of the McDonald's here hands down way better than anything I've had in a meal is the chicken like I said it was actually a chicken the Nuggets are good the beef quality is good and I talked about the perfect bus right service extremely extremely friendly and put superfast literally my breakfast Adamo served to me under in a minute and lunch item was certainiy under a minute it's actually an enjoyable eating at McDonald's here look like I just ate like $7 sandwiches that was not a good sitting I mean I didn't finish at all but this is all that's left I mean breakfast went down pretty easy it was really tasty out starving my lunch eat that much is just I think I've lost 10 years off my life today I gotta go lay down fresh oranges this looks great or the juice orange juice love me some orange juice comes so good sorry okay I know I know what am i color yeah oh that's gotta be oh okay we go again one last chance oh just cells so many different types of mochi ice cream Oh many types of audio stream and this way my favorite type of ice cream are the McDonald's [Applause] [Applause] yummers fukuoka my first full day here today was pretty uneventful I ate at McDonalds and passed out that's basically my entire date night I wanted to go try street food in Fukuoka Foca Fukuoka is the only city in Japan that still has street food but I heard is really touristy is overpriced is not that good so I'm looking for a seafood restaurant here that is supposed to be just spectacular [Music] that place like wow I mean it's expensive yeah but just ridiculous seafood I literally don't know if that's a real person or if that's a statue I'm kind of scared oh god I hope is a statue that thing comes alive right now I might have to jump into the river this one was great she's awesome [Music] [Music] I gotta say this is that's a really beautiful city it really is I mean it's not like Kyoto where it's all historic it's not like Tokyo where it's all just gonna blitz and lice and just pretty you know it's not like that I don't know the Venice of Japan love the subway / ice cream sandwich walk around delicious he put me out eating ice cream sandwich taking a walk in perfect weather reason
