Matt Fralick Unistrut Combinations

hi I'm Matt Fraley pirate engineer for a unit strut service company today I'm going to talk to you a little bit about some of the available combinations through the most common p1000 in P 1001 you may ask yourself why would I like to have a combination well there's a few very good reasons first of all you have a lot of additional strength in this t 1001 compared to the p1000 channel second of all is we all know in construction there's a possibility of a lot of interferences the additional flexibility of being able to attach top and bottom just very well may help you out in the field going beyond the most common t1000 and p1000 one at AP 3300 and it's back-to-back equivalent P 3301 next we have a 14 gauge version of P 4100 and P 40 101 here we have a P 5500 and at P 5501 and here we have a P 5000 and a P 5000 one few of the big advantages in having a back to back channel are one you have increased strength and two you have increased flexibility for example if you have a relatively tight space and you have to attach to something you now have the top and bottom it'll also eliminate the possibility for having the field drill chain I mean connection methods on the top and the bottom of the channel makes a world of difference when you're in the field kind of a comedy
