(Rock music plays) - Hey everybody! This is Randy Santel, "Atlas," and I am very, very excited today. I'm going for overall win number 947. I'm for the first time
in Arcadia, Florida. We've got lots of people here
in the middle of nowhere, but thank you guys all for comin'. (crowd applauds) I am here. Most of you guys know this
guy, Mr. Jack Diamond. He did have an unfortunate
event at the end of the last challenge he
did with me in Cape Coral, but we're going to get a win for him today because if he wins, that
means we won as a team. We are here. It's a food truck challenge
today, which is exciting but we've got obviously
this massive Mexican torta but this challenge is hosted by my friends with Taqueria Queretaro. We are the first team to
take on their brand new TQ Titan Torta challenge. So this is a massive 12 pound torta. We've got one hour to finish all of this. A torta is just a massive
Mexican oversized sandwich but we've got four different meats. But the big part of this challenge is this torta bun is five pounds total. So we've got an hour to finish everything. But this torta is awesome
because the meat is mixed in and cooked with mozzarella cheese. I think you can have other cheeses, but this one's got mozzarella. We went with four meats. There
is shrimp, seasoned pork, we've got beef steak, and
then we've got chicken. So we got all that and
then on top of the meats along with all the mozzarella cheese, we've got healthy lettuce, we've got a whole tomato,
we've got two avocado, and then there's a mixture
of cilantro and onions. And I think there's
some sauces on here too, but Jack and I are ready to dominate. If we fail this entire torta
is only going to be $60. And if we win, we will get our
entire torta meal for free. They are going to mail us sweet t-shirts and we'll have the first team photo with our names up there
on the wall of fame. Jack, are you ready? - I'm ready. - All right, let's get
this challenge started. (crowd cheering) Alright. Katina and I are coming
off that big win last night that we got against
that giant cheese steak. We got Jack and I. We are going to dominate this
monster size titan torta. Big thank you to the owner, Yolanda, her son Jose, the Hernandez family, everybody here with Taqueria Queretaro for having us in to start this challenge. We're actually under a pavilion next to the Arcadia Municipal Airport. Every Tuesday, the TQ family
they do a taco Tuesday special and pilots from all around Florida they fly in just to try the tacos. It's like a gathering, almost like a Sturgis for not
motorcyclists, but for pilots. Jack, you ready? - I'm ready. - All right. We've got an hour to finish. Let's shut up and eat. One, two, three. Boom!! All right, and we got this knife here. That's like, boom, boom,
boom, boom with the meat. So we're just going to
cut this up into pieces. The torta bun is buttered and toasted. So hopefully that helps
to go down better than the cheese steak uh, bread yesterday. But we are both feeling confident. I hope I don't cut through the table. Probably should've started the
timer after we started, but.. Oh, and you know what I did forget now that I actually have this cut through. There's also, chicharrones,
which are like pork rinds but actual real pig skin on the bottom to keep the meat juices
from soaking into the bun. And then there's re-fried beans on that. All right. There's a little cut through. (rock music plays) Jack and I saw this massive five pound bun and immediately were like, oh my goodness. But this filling is delicious inside. I've got the seasoned pork. He's got chicken over there. After I get done with this I'm gonna to finish his
half of the chicken. I guess if he lets me. I'm most excited for the shrimp. I think that's going to be the best. (rock music plays) - [Audience] So when was the last time you actually had to buy a meal? - Every day. She's a princess. So she needs like nice hotels
with extravagant breakfast. Technically they're free
continental breakfast, but they're paid for. So yeah, every day. - [Katina] Like extravagant
means pre-bagged bagels. - Hahaha. [Katina] I'm proud to be just about
at diamond status with Hilton. Gettin' there. Just three more nights. [Katina] It's a good deal, actually!
[Randy] It is. - What is it? - [Jose] Our special green sauce. - Oh, that looks amazing. Okay. Thank you. It's a special green sauce. Only the family knows, it's a secret. (rock music plays) Nine minutes and 50 seconds in. Jack is doing really well. I need to speed up and help our team, but I've got the other half
of the chicken over here. I am going to enjoy that. Ooh. And then we'll just keep on going. This chicken is frigging
way better than I expected. I mean, I knew it was going to
be good, but it is flavorful. Let's try some of this green sauce. While we're finishing up
our little pieces here, Jose is going to talk about they've got a new thing
with the chicharrones and how that can be topped
with re fried beans and more but go ahead, Jose. - [Jose] So basically a chicharron has all the
toppings that a torta has inside. So we wanted to, you know,
not only prevent the bread from getting soggy, we wanted
to give Randy a crunch. So we decided to add three
chicharrones inside the torta. Okay, so our tortas are
initially they're massive but this torta is the titan torta. Atlas versus the titan torta. You guys do know who Atlas
is right? Yeah, all right. - I'm an idiot. I never
even thought about that. Atlas the titan versus the
titan torta with Mr. Jack. What is your Greek name? Delilah? I just wanted to see that face. (rock music plays) All right. 18 minutes 20 seconds in. I'm gonna to finish off
the top part of mine. I keep doing these bready challenges I'm going to have jaw
arthritis by the time I'm 40. All right. I'm going to
finish the rest of the steak. And then if you want the shrimp
tell me and you can have it. But otherwise let's give the audience a shot of the cut-through. And then you can enjoy some of
this delicious seasoned pork. - [Audience] Woohoo let's go team! (audience cheers) - That's why I use uh, your chicken broth. Adds a little flavor
and its not just water. - [Audience] Okay, so it's
like french onion soup with some bread crumb in there. - We are ahead of the
pace I was hoping for in order to get this victory. I am gonna move on to this shrimp piece. The avocado on top is delicious so.. I think this shrimp's gonna
go down nice. I'm excited. The tinfoil is not required
so we're trying to avoid that. (rock music plays) - So much bread - A lot of bread, but we're doing okay. As long as Jack can finish
most of that by 50 minutes, we're okay. (rock music plays) All right, 44 minutes 20 seconds in. - [Audience] Let's go boys. (audience cheers) (rock music plays) - [Audience] You got this
team, you got this team! You got it, come on you got it. (rock music plays) Here we go. Business time. - 55:40, we've got 4:20 left. I hate doing this, but
challenges just keep on getting bigger and bigger for us. So we got to do what we gotta do. (audience cheers) - Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack! (rock music intensifies) Well you guys saw the unfortunate ending again with Mr. Jack Diamond. - Haha - Jack, what'd you think of the challenge? What uh, which of the four
meats did you like best? [Jack] Oh, the shrimp by far! - Yeah, the shrimp was
definitely the best. Not only was it the most flavorful, but it was the easiest to eat as well. We got disqualified right
at the 59 minute mark, but I really don't think we
would've gotten it anyway. And even if we did, it
would've been after the time and not a win I would have been proud of. I'll have to come back to
