ladies and gentlemen please welcome Mark Wahlberg mark don't drink that don't drink let's go put it in your mouth it's brick and beef it's not gone well now I've got a couple of questions okay because it's very rare we get big American Hollywood actors it's just as Ross isn't around at the moment so you're here I was on that show and I was on there with Andrew Lloyd Webber the boys face is only the saw house have you noticed it so where's that's at my second encounter with him the first time I saw him I was at a heliport going to Birmingham with George Clooney and George Clooney goes up and tells him any more Wahlberg's over there he's a huge fan next thing you know Andrew Lloyd Webber comes always talking to me for having out I didn't know who the guy was he's like you know what is that he's never done any rap songs is it no hip-hop no he's not really he's not really from the hood you know no so didn't he film all I talked to you about that if I may yeah max play what's it about I play a homicide cop the title character whose wife and child are brutally murdered and I basically get to go and destroy everybody else that's a responsible even remotely responsible it's one of those edge of the sea proper action movie and I was Sunday afternoon relaxing fighty film this is the real deal you know working with John he's definitely one of the best action directors out there and he really pushed the envelope he's here okay so Johnny's here now he is not the Stig is the stick oh he's not this no yes next question I've got and this is an important one okay there's a girl in this Max Payne movie a case who is called Olga Kurylenko era like oh yes the new Bond girl now she's in that Bond film and James Bond doesn't do having sex with her yeah in max well this is on coke in Max Payne she's lying in your bed wearing let's be honest not much and you go oh no because she's got a beard or something again another John Moore question because you know we could have easily shot the sex scene and not put it in the movie there's many other there's many other seas [Applause] are you the first action hero really ever to have a side parting does he look great thank you no it's about the Italian job because you were obviously in the remake of this now was there a certain nervousness about doing a remake of a classic film no only only coming over here to promote it because obviously you know it's a British film people in America don't give what do you do with their movies but uh you know obviously you know Michael Caine so yeah it was a big deal coming over here we wanted to make sure that we could make a really cool movie yeah but I mean to be honest I thought it was a very cool movie I've heard tell va's there gonna be a sequel to The Italian Job is that right they've been trying to make a sequel to the town job for quite some time but I don't want to do it for the sake of a paycheck if we can't make it better than the first then I don't want to do and they haven't really been able to get the script in shape so the worrying thing is the toy for the Brazilian job the Brazilian job you see we does that translate that's an American you know what yes yeah you got one no God up here what's the most enjoyable film you've worked on I think smoothies obviously gonna say max play now but what's that probably the departed there was because there's a hell I mean the talent in that one there's you this DiCaprio does Jack Nicholson who's back Alec Baldwin Mike Sheehan but what made it so much fun well because it was my neck of the woods you know I spy I've had a lot of experience with the Boston Police Department and finally finally being able to put all that to good use you know you know playing a cop instead of being arrested by them was a lot of fun how can i phrase this are wild a wild upbringing she always say is that fair enough yes yes I mean let's put it like this way your first cars you didn't buy them not all of them actually the first one that I kind of owned I bought it from a friend but I was like 13 years old I didn't have a license obviously it wasn't registered insured but I still quite a few cars in my dad but he's still the same guys car refused I did probably like 10 or 15 I mean he you drive around the neighborhood he'd find her to the cops to find to bring it back I'd walk down the street jump in the car you know just pinch the window and unlock it and jump back in and started he'd come running outside chasing me but I want to apologize to him because I probably cost him a lot of heartache he probably missed work quite a few times because we're all enjoy riding in his car and then it sort of got even more wild you did some time yes I didn't I did do a brief stint in her prison and then I'd come this is the bit that fascinates me you're out your brothers then in New Kids on the Block the band you join cuz I could have done that instead you know they went on to make millions and millions of dollars and I'm sitting there the funny thing was I remember the first time they came on TV to do one of their big performances I'm sitting in the rec room in jail and I'm like hey that's my brother I could have been that group and it was they were you're a dumb fuller because you know Here I am sitting there with them you know trying to protect myself you know what we call over here at petrol head I don't we call them rivet heads or some hair not rivet heads call them over there America okay gear head that's what because have been good I mean there's looking back through the history what was the first one SL yes it was the first one that I bought with the you know a brand new car though and then now you have a my back the big one 62 inch yeah this all was it they don't cereal packet or something yeah and then I have Carabas Mercedes 550 Tom Cruise is a big BRABUS fat isn't he I don't know do you don't know we attend different churches so I don't know I'll bet the one with Jesus baby okay he came down here presumably utterly bewildered that there's a bleak airstrip in the middle of England where the man who won't take his helmet off called Stig yeah who takes you out - no not very exciting car with a steering wheel on the wrong side and the lever sticking up out of the floor yes did that baffle you by the way the lever in turn what was that is that why you didn't treat our car quite as well as let's say other people treat it I'm sorry did you break our car I broke a couple of them I thank you come on over there and some pool came out of it the crazy thing is I went so far off the track and then next time around he was in that same exact spot I guess he's got balls yeah I'm just like to see what go on story I'm just glad this isn't how I make my living because I'd be broke well we don't know show even look at the lap by the tape you've got balls down there [Applause] [Music] that's testing the corner and that study we're just a lien for the cameraman here we are all racetrack in the UK that's Jason Statham is it actually it's that was quick that's nice closely tires yes move those now flat oh not quite so quick there but that's good line across that's not bad coming up to Michael Gambon corner and now we are across the line that since we've had that car these are the people most of whom you won't have a clue who they are well you know him Simon Cowell Ray Winstone - I work with Ray Winstone yeah well already deported yeah Brian Cox Brian Cox yeah he was really dreadful so you want to beat Brian Cox that'd be yeah that'd do it I got that someone here you did it there's a MATLAB got to be honest he's super aggressive you did it in one so you're better than Brian Cox 48:27 so he's under the 150 it's not bad somewhere in the middle no that's perfect that's very good to say that you're the steering wheel was on the correct side in those confusing but now that's really good and it's been an absolute joy to have you here thank you [Applause]
