A Mann Box Will Change Your Life

[Music] do you have a man box sweetie are you seeing my keys do you need a man book glasses do you want a man box where's my phone what's a man box well sunglasses are somewhere I've lost my mind a man box is a place that you put the things that you carry with you every single day so that you never have to look for them ever again they're always in the same place so when you come home from work you put your glasses your keys your phone your wallet you put it all on your man box so that when you go to leave the house you can just grab it and go I've made a lot of man boxes over the years for other people but I've never actually made one for myself so I think it's about time I did one for me so let's go do it [Music] I have some beautiful scraps that I scored from the cabinet guys dumpster so what I'm thinking come into strips and then glue all the strips together in a mosaic kind of fashion and then I can cut out the squares the sizes I need for my box and I think I think it's going to look beautiful [Music] oh [Music] foreign [Music] foreign foreign [Music] almost ready to be glued up and I'll show you what I'm doing down here they're all in their sections [Music] foreign [Music] thank you [Music] [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] everything okay so here's here's what I've got so far I'm gonna cut a shelf right here a shelfer here a shelfer here there will be a drawer in there and our money box will be there and these will all be open compartments so I found this in my scraps but it's only got what I want on one side the other side is lighter so what I think I'll do is I'll double it up so instead of being a quarter inch it'll be half inch but I'd like to see this on both sides [Music] foreign [Music] fit this is the backside dry fit okay so this is gonna go there [Music] so this piece I will cut out and go like that [Music] foreign [Music] and that will inset into there like that that'll be the draw and have a very excited today today is the day we're going to glue it all together [Music] thank you [Music] thank you [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] United States uh post office PO box that you they used to now they have keys but they used to have combinations so once you get the combination you can unlock it so to do that you've got a spin the dials and you'll watch where the with the opening comes and then you stop it and then you look on the front so keeping this a secret and then you do the other side and then you watch the other opening cup and then you look and then you've got your combination and then slide boom you're open and then once you close it it's locked and this is going to go on the front of our box [Music] okay [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] thank you foreign [Music] I've got a place for all the things I carry every single day [Music] including Small Change [Music] a place for everything and everything in its place [Music] and then when I leave the house I know where everything is I just grab it and go [Music] no more wondering where anything is sweetie if you see my hat
