When they played in KC last year, when Andy went back and sang the last four lines, he changed the line “let me hold you above all the misery” to “let me hold you as close as my family”, and I’ve never gotten over it. It was the greatest thing I’ve ever witnessed

This is not only one of my favorite songs from Manchester, but literally one of my top 10 songs of all time for me. This band continually puts out some of the most emotionally charged music that never ceases to amaze me. Keep it coming guys, I can’t wait for more!

All I want is for a live version of ABMTTS front to back. They clearly have recordings from a ton of shows since the album dropped, so I have hope.

In Madison last week, Andy pushed the mic off to the side and screamed out the last three lines without any amplification. It was deafening.

This song kills me. It was my favorite off Black Mile immediately, and I've already gotten the chance to see it live three times.
