HE CLAIMS HE HAS A LICENSE TO STAY IN THE HOUSE FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER. WHAT A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE IS IN NEW YORK, SQUATTERS HAVE RIGHTS.
