I remember hearing about him before the last presidential election. He said he was destined to become President of the US at that time (based on his Mars experiences, etc)....
He had a FB page and group about it. Not on FB anymore, so don't know if it is still there.
He talks about a device used in early stages that very much resembles the Chronovisor by Father Francois Brune.
He also claims to have met Obama on Mars during the project and say that Barack went by Barry Soetero at the time.
