Hello This is Sanago, the Pokémon Master I'm going to be making Pikachu today As you can see, I cut up Pikachu in advance to speed up the process Pikachu is the mascot of Pokémon, and I like him a lot As you probably know, Pokémon Bread was re-released recently So I was thinking about getting one for the memories But thanks to the craze, I wasn't able to get one I found one left out of pure luck, but it was a Charmander bread, the one people either love or hate I bought it reluctantly, and found a Psyduck seal sticker in it I could keep buying bread reluctantly hoping to get a Pikachu, but I decided it would be better to make my own instead Sorry for the long introduction Trace the sketch using the 3D pen, and then build bridges to make it three-dimensional Frankly, sketches can only help with the design You have to do the rest of the work with your imagination Connect the body and arms To make it into the desired pose, slightly melt it with a lighter, and bend its back into the shape of your spine at the moment If you don't want to suffer later, please straighten your back Roughly inject filament into the rest of the area, create bridges using your fingers or other tools, and roughly fill in the sides It's hard to tell the difference since I'm using blue filament Let me try switching over to a green one A lot of people have asked me why I use green filaments Let me answer, it's just because the green looks good on camera There's no other reason Fill the sides like so I'll cut the head off for now, for the convenience As before, fill in all sides thoroughly I'll work on the head later Let's work on the body first First, remove the skeleton inside You need to remove the skeleton to work more comfortably Heat the filament to make the skeleton soft, then shape it with your hands until you get the shape you want It's hot, so be careful when you work Following the same steps, shape the head Put the ears on Pikachu I thought Pikachu was a rabbit I later realized that Pikachu was an electric mouse Anyway, assemble the head onto the body You don't have to bond firmly, you'll separate them again later I accidentally broke its hand, but don't worry I can make a new one Roughly make the hand, and attach it to the armpit Then add volume just like before, and fill in the skeleton Now you have the Pikachu form complete This is just beginning Fill in the sides by any means This is the only process I work while dozing I'm about to doze off now, even by watching Oh, sorry, I dozed off See? As you doze while working, you will see that the sides are filled at some point (Writing "What a drag" with the pen) 3D pen work suits me so very well It's hard to get anything in between the nooks To work comfortably, you need to behead Pikachu again Fill up any remaining parts and use a grinder to roughly sand the surface If you're going to use a grinder, make sure you don't do it at home Please, keep that in mind if you don't want to be scolded by your mom As you sand, you'll find holes like this As a matter of course, fill in the hole and then sand it again Use a soldering iron to smoothen up areas that the grinder cannot reach Roughly mark the contours of the face and the essential features on the face, then switch over to a finer grinder and continue sanding Even with the finer grinder, small holes are inevitably created Gently rub over the holes with a soldering iron and they'll disappear without a trace From now on, you have to sand with your hands and craftsmanship, not with tools It takes more effort, but it is a necessary step for fine details Make its hands and feet at this stage, since they are prone to breakage during the early stage of work As you work, the molding may break or you may break the molding So I recommend that you make the parts that require detailed work, at the end Those parts also include the tail It's much more convenient to make the tail later and attach it to the sanded body By the way, did you know? Pikachu's tail acts like a battery that stores electrical energy So that's why Ash's Pokédex never runs out of batteries Wait... Where will be the USB port go? Let's skip this question Now that we have positioned the mouth and eyes, let's shape them in detail Tear off the part where the mouth is located, add volume to the eyes, and sand them with sandpaper The next step is to cut the head in half Inside, we see the filament used as the skeleton Tear it all up and throw it away Make a base for the tongue to be placed inside the mouth that you drilled earlier Roughly smoothen it up, and place the tongue that you had made in advance Then reassemble the head into one Oh, wait Let me attach the LED wire first I used the flexible LED wire from last time This is a clear acrylic tube I bought from a stationery store I'll be putting the wire through it Acrylic can bend when heated I'll bend it to the desired shape to express the electricity that Pikachu emits Both ends of the acrylic tube should touch both sides of Pikachu's red cheeks I'm going to make a hole on Pikachu's cheeks in advance You can easily drill a hole by pressing it with heated metal Insert the acrylic tube into the holes If the tube fits well into the holes, turn on the light to make sure the wire is fine It works well Now I'm going to make a pedestal for the work to be mounted on I made the pedestal out of white oak I bought it last year, but I left it in the atelier because I didn't have a use for it Roughly mark where Pikachu will be positioned, then drill a hole in the pedestal You have to drill it in the right place because this wood is expensive Insert the brass tube here On the back, there will be a converter that changes the voltage to the LED Make sure to drill to fit the size of the converter All this labor just for a Pikachu figure.. With this much sincerity, I deserve a Pokémon Bread Oh right, it's sold out Never mind, let's finish this figurine instead Solder the wires, let them go through the wooden pedestal, and fix them in place so they don't fall off Then, flip it over and let them pass through the brass tube I like brass tubes Although they're made of metal, they appear warm So they go well with wood Similar to someone who appears cold but has a warm heart, otherwise known as me I need to insert this brass tube into Pikachu, but how I'll do it, I'll leave to your imagination I wrapped the brass tube with filament to fix it to the inside of Pikachu Pull out the wires through both cheeks in advance, then reattach the head that we cut off earlier The head must be sanded so perfectly that no one will know it was beheaded before Pikachu is almost done The only step remaining is painting First, apply the primer After drying sufficiently, apply paint You have to spray it especially well under the pits because those are sensitive areas After masking off the ears, paint the tips black If you unpack the freshly bought Pikachu, you will see a delicious-looking, mango-colored Pikachu Paint the details with a small brush Think back to the OMR sheets you used to fill in at school, and paint carefully so as not to smear Paint the cheeks red, the cutest features of Pikachu, and put white points on the pupils - and Pikachu is complete Connect the wires we pulled out through the cheeks earlier, and plug the lightning-shaped LED into the cheeks Finally, put it on the pedestal And voilà, here's the Pikachu figure with the sadness of a 31-year-old YouTuber who couldn't get Pokémon Bread It's sophisticated enough to look like a stuffed Pikachu and so detailed in the lightning that reflects off the pupils It's not as bright as a thunderbolt, but the illumination of the 24V LED lights are the brightest I've ever created to date <POV of Jessie & James> What's your favorite Pokémon? If you leave it in the comments, I will... not make it, it's too difficult How about purchasing a 3D pen from Sanago Shop and making your own Pokémon? I'll come back with more interesting videos Thank you This was SANAGO
