Making of a special cut knurling tool

For this project i use a rusty steel rod.... ...these cut knurling wheels... ....and the last AXA toolholder from Stahlhalter24.de... Oops ;) Nice blue chips ;) Now the thick end Removing the last rust Radius end mill Now we make two sides flat for drilling Now the other side Positioning Now it's time for the extreme drill sets from Bear Tools The drills are cross-cut, so i don't need a center drill 7.8 mm drill bit Again? 8mm reamer Now we make the slot for the wheel We also need a hole for clamping the axis of the wheel 2.5mm drill Link to the drills sets in the description Everything looks better in black :) Now we can mark the angles 8mm hardened steel pin, just a bit to thick... ...and too long The last parts i need to make are two brass washers. Setting to 30 degree for the cut knurling wheel Test
